They said the regional manager would call me, 3 months later still no call. 2) came back on Monday and the same thing yet again. The store wasn't open but their HQ people on the 1-800 number didn't know that. So I lost around 3-4 hours, this time with paid labor while I waited on anyone to show up with a key. Finally 4 hours later a manger of a completely different store showed up with a key. 3) When I went to turn in my unit, their were no employees on site at 10:30 (their hours are 10am-5pm) but they had a sign that they would return at 11am. I returned at 12:05 to see they had changed the be back time to 12pm but the store was still locked. I had to once again call the 1-800 number to cancel my unit. I gave them 1 star as zero wasn't an option.

Things were chewed through and urine covered a lot of items so we ended up throwing a lot out. When we were moving the items into the moving van a mouse came out of a piece of furniture. We did not store anything food related so they weren't enticed by that. I am not quite sure what the solution is for a mouse issue in a large facility like that but something has to be done.

The property was very well kept and the A/C was blowing when we viewed available units. The covered carport for loading and unloading is a great feature, and I like the security of the facility. The only negative i experienced was heresay from another tenant who stated he was moving out of his unit because ever since the new manager started working there, he has checked on his unit to find 90 degree temperatures in and around his "climate controlled" storage unit. And he wasn't happy about that. Max temp is supposed to be 80 at this facility. Temps were good when I was there.
