But, since I am hoping to buy a small home, I couldn't afford to spend a lot of money. Afridi was the manager on duty and I found him super helpful. I snagged a great deal at a price I couldn't pass up. The unit was beyond clean and air conditioned perfectly. He walked me to my unit, made sure the passcode worked and went over everything in great detail! When the photographer came over along with my realtor today to take pictures they both commented it looked like a model home. I credit Afridi for making it so easy to rent and get all my items moved in there the same day! After three weeks I received a great offer on my condo and the staff let me know I could pull my items out since i was only 3 days into the next month. That was a big savings for me and I really appreciate how accommodating they were. There are always carts there and I am not sure how they keep the place soooo spotless. I Highly recommend!

The downsides: - No easy way to turn on lights inside unit - Nobody ever seems to be at the front desk - Entryway into unit is visibly broken which makes it hard to go in and out when carrying heavy items - Weird plastic strips hanging from the ceiling makes it even harder to enter unit after battling the broken door Sometimes it be like that.

Ell was very helpful and have a thorough explanation of the rental process and she did it with a genuine smile that you could feel that she was happy to assist without any hesitation. I was able to get the units I needed in the time frame I was looking for. I have to say that it was the team work between Josh and Ell that made that happen. Josh assisted and was able to find the units that were becoming available. He and Ell made this process such a delight when I was expecting it to be somewhat stressful with the time frame I had. Not only was this experience a breath of fresh air, but it continued each time I was at the facility. The maintenance and care of the facility is just as nice. Each time I have made a trip to my unit I see all of the crew doing something around the facility and each time they make eye contact and greet you with a smile. Josh was painting on one occasion and stopped what he was doing to acknowledge me and say good morning. You do not get this kind of acknowledgment anywhere these days and when you do it's definitely recognized. Thank you Josh, Ell and the other extremely kind and helpful maintenance helper that all I can remember is he has been with them for 4 years . I didn't want to get his name wrong. They wrapped his things up and provided furniture covers before putting his things into the truck. We met them at his storage unit and when we thought the storage unit would be too small, they looked it over and said they could fit everything. They meticulously maneuvered everything into our unit and got it all to fit! Because of this, they saved us from having to pay more money for a larger unit. We honestly had a good experience from start to finish and are greatly appreciative for their assistance. Plus, their pricing was incredibly reasonable. We will definitely be using them again.

While the crew arrived on time, there were only three movers instead of the four that were expected. I was then charged an additional $120 for an extra hour. One of the movers openly admitted that he had been out all night and was exhausted, which was evident in his performance throughout the move. The most frustrating part is that I moved into a brand-new construction home, and the movers caused significant damage. They put holes in my walls and scratched my stairs. I understand that minor scuffs can happen during a move, but these were deep gashes and holes that require repair. Before the crew left, I brought the damage to the attention of the lead mover. He told me not to worry and said I could file a claim using the claim number on my receipt. Since then, I have called multiple times and have not received a single callback. The only person I have been able to reach says she is in sales and cannot help me. No one has contacted me, and no repairs have been made. The lack of accountability and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend District Relocators and would strongly advise others to consider a different moving company

Our billing date this year was Christmas Eve (12/25/24) and she called, threatening to lock us out of our unit. We assured her we will have it paid by the first - like we have done every month for the past 2 years. The bill was paid 01/01/25 and her argument was "nobody was working that day, so there was no one here to take the lock off." She presumptively had us locked out of our unit. We arrived at 1030 on 01/02/25 and she still wasn't on site. When we confronted her about this issue, she was rude, petty & and argumentative. Then she took 20 minutes to walk down and unlock our unit. Next time, I'm bringing bolt counters and leaving the cut lock right on her desk.

They poorly packed my stuff into my two storage units. Some things broke or were smooshed. They stole extra $40 from me and gave me a poor lie for why they did it. They had to send me a $40 check after I called them out on it. Their boss wouldn't believe me and defended them, almost to the point of scolding me for accusing them of stealing... only for their lead mover to apologize to me with a weak ass lie. Edited to elaborate, since Susan continues to be in disbelief and refuses to think it's possible her employees would do such a thing and to make all of you potential customers aware of my experience: I counted out my cash out loud maybe 3x. The lead mover saw that I had multiple $20 bills amounting to hundreds of dollars. I laid some of the $20s in piles on my vehicle dashboard and counted out the cash to the amount that I owed, rounded to the nearest $20. When I gave him the money to count, he gave a fake sigh and shook his head and said I was $40 short. I didn't believe him and asked him to count again. He said I owed $40 more. So, I gave it, but I felt lied to. After that, I still tipped them smh. I shouldn't have. He left and I recounted all my money. Now I was short $40, meaning if we subtracted what I owed to them from what I withdrew from the ATM and also subtracted the tip, I should not be missing extra $40. I did the math multiple times and brought it up to Susan and the company. They accused me of lying and trying to steal from THEM. Susan said "it's only $40! I'll just send you a check. It's only $40." (Mover's name here) later texted me and apologized and said he got confused. He said when he counted the money, he set the $40 aside in his sock because it was tip. That's why he asked for $40 more. That doesn't make sense? When he counted the money in front of me, he never put any money in his sock. He just counted the money and looked me dead in the eyes and said I owed $40 more. I also didn't include tip until AFTER he said I owed $40 more and we settled what I owed first. Susan, the reason why I didn't pick up when you called today (8/10/26) is because you showed me months ago that you are argumentative and not interested in listening to me or believing me. I already know you're gonna argue like before and probably pressure me to take my review down. I took months to post this review because I knew you'd do this, call me and claim I'm lying or have your business confused with another. But if you thought that, if you truly couldn't find me in your data base, then why did you call me just now? Looks like I was in your data base after all.
