A great local spot that combines the work of some local favorite businesses! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We've been a few times and love sitting on the patio, especially when there's live music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The smash burgers are some of the best I've had, and curly fries are a perfect touch. Loved the biscuit with honey butter as a starter. The smoked wings were just okay-- texture was a little rubbery and not the best. The chicken sandwich is also a hit. Decent beer and cocktail selection! My boyfriend loves the coffee ale and I like trying the seasonal sour, which has been good both times. Love that you can grab foxtail or Kelly's ice cream if you're in the mood too! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We went once and sat outside and had a great time, but the next time we went and sat inside and the vibes were a little off.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Granted, it was a Sunday evening, but there was hardly anyone there and then the music playing inside was more coffee house and less bar vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I know they also have a foxtail in there but at some point in the day the music should probably switch over. Either way, I still recommend this spot, it's just a shame that the location isn't nicer to enjoy. I so love this place, but only because when my and my significant other, there's always this one female bartender who makes my drink just the way I like it. She's so sweet and gets your order in as soon as possible. She's also so so proactive everytime I see here, love a woman on business lol. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I typically sit at the bar before I head to work myself and it's such a nice and quiet hour settling down.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There is also Kellys Ice Cream and Foxtail within this place :)!
Went for happy hour on a thursday and had zero complaints! [[HIGHLIGHT]]It wasn't busy so we were able to enjoy the porch to ourselves![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You order up front and they bring you the food & drinks quickly to your table. I ordered a Whiskey sour which was the $8 "Drink of the Day", the happy hour 1 smash burger and half order of the cob salad. The meal was great! No complaints! There's also Kelly's Icecream in the same location- perfect for a sweet treat. Stopped in for a coffee and a tea with my partner as we love Foxtail Coffee. What I saw when I walked in was a lot out front that place not only has a Foxtail coffee but they serve food and have a Kelly's ice cream as well as a full bar with liquor, beer and wine looking around and [[HIGHLIGHT]]talking with the barista I found out they also have game night and trivia night so I thought this would be a really cool place to come with your friends and pregame since it's right downtown not far from the 50 Mills area as well as downtown Orlando and Southern Nights Orlando.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This time around I got the peach tea which was pretty yummy, but I definitely recommend adding some sugar for natural sweetener if that's your thing because it comes natural. I will leave another review soon when I go check it out with friends.
Grabbed a smash burger at Milkhouse, and it seriously hit. Super flavorful patty, excellent crust, and the house-made sauce really tied everything together. The pickles tasted house-made too, which is always a good sign and added the right punch of acidity. The whole experience felt artisan without being pretentious--quality ingredients, done right. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere fits the Milk District perfectly, and the location makes it an easy stop whether you're already nearby or intentionally heading over.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Solid food, great vibe, and definitely a place I'll be going back to.

For food, I got a burger, which was okay overall, though the bun seemed a bit stale. Popped in to Milkhouse for a quick business meeting and happy hour with a friend. We sat at the bar for Swine and Sons. Service was great! Food delicious. We had the fried pickles. Prices acceptable, especially for happy hour. It is a conglomeration of different eateries so if you aren't sure what you want to eat -- no problem. You will find something to satisfy your culinary itch. Perfect for those who are less decisive! [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is in close proximity to the Plaza. I actually went to a concert afterwards. I would say that it isn't necessary to walk but I like walking so I guess it worked out but I would keep an eye out since the neighborhood is more 'urban' and there are a couple of cars nearby so imo that can attract some undesired activity later in the evening.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking is limited but you can find something on the street. Great spot for a date. Lots to do nearby. You can shoot pool at Sportstown or play darts. Hit up the bars. The choice is yours!

I got the espresso martini and a coconut seasonal cocktail (sorry I can't remember the name). They also have a Kelly's homemade ice cream for that sweet tooth craving. Definitely a spot I'll return to.

I ordered crispy pickles, 2x curly fries, 3 single sliders, and 1 hot chicken slider. This was more than enough food for two people. They do not skimp at Swine & Sons. Note: the "single" slider is actually a DOUBLE PATTY singular slider...yum! The hot chicken slider was so crispy and juicy, I personally loved it more than the burger even though the burger was so delicious. Curly fries were very well seasoned and pickles were perfectly briny. Food came out quick. I would 100% come back, small but extremely mighty happy hour menu. Where else would you go to feed two for ~$35, with leftovers?
Overall experience was great. I was a little perplexed when I first came in. I didn't see the sign for self seating. The wait wasn't too long and the staff was great. Our server was so kind and brought pickled veggies with our burgers to try. Surprisingly the pickled carrots and cauliflower are great. If you have the chance try it on the side with your burger. The food came our hot and fresh. The burger was moist and juicy. The fries were also perfect. Though they are not on the crispy side, I prefer them that way but my friend wanted them more crispy.

Decided to kick off my 2025 food tour with a local favorite: Milkhouse. I've been a fan of Milkhouse since day one. The staff is great. Service is speedy - even at busier times - and the overall atmosphere is very nice. It has a modern barn house / rustic feel to it with ample seating. There's also ample outdoor seating - which is typically where I like to sit. Also, Milkhouse, houses a Foxtail Coffee and Kelly's Ice Cream - both of which I've enjoyed individually at their stand alone shoppes and satellite shops. As far as the food and drinks go, I have yet to have anything that wasn't good. My usual is their wedge salad with a glass of wine, however, I decided to try their deviled egg toast. I also paired it with a lavender matcha latte. The lavender matcha latte was DELICIOUS!! I am kicking myself for not ordering another one to go! And the deviled egg toast was pretty good too. I wish the egg were seasoned just a tad more - I LOVE deviled eggs and can honestly eat them at any given moment. Outside of that, it was good and filling. Price points are reasonable across the board for food and beverages. It was a nice lunch date with myself! And I'll continue to be a BIG FAN of Milkhouse. I always recommend this spot and I can't wait to see how their menu changes per season because they do offer seasonal selections. All in all, GO! You won't regret it!

Unfortunately, the chicken was quite bland despite having what present as a well seasoned crunch coating. The pickles and the fries were very good but the food was underwhelming at best. I went on a weekday a shortly after 11 and I was the only one inside when I arrived but the patio seemed busy. The server was attentive and helpful when I asked questions.

Came here for dinner with some friends and it is a cute spot, and is also a part of a Kelly's ice cream. It's very casual, so good for a quick bite to eat. We started with the pretzels and caramelized onion dip, which were both good. I really liked the onion dip. I got the Simple Man burger, and it was good but pretty small. Decided to check this place out before a show at The Plaza. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Really nice bar aesthetic with open seating and a full craft bar which was an unexpected treat![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We went during Tuesday Trivia night, so the atmosphere was fun and very low key.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was also quick so we got to our show on time. The food was as expected, quick, simple, and very tasty. A standout was the bun on the burger which I think they make in house. Typically I end up removing the bun halfway through my burger because it's too dense and bland. However, their bun was light, flaky, and quite delicious. Ate the whole thing! We came right as a rush came in & only 1 server, who was good but had to do alot of tables. They had a separate ice cream business, did not do it but curious if it is good. read more

I'll just say upfront my average rating has nothing to do with Kelly's Ice Cream or Foxtail counters in the Milkhouse and all about the "Swine and Sons" menu and service. My friend and I were excited to try the brunch menu, which we looked up just a few hours before we got there. When we arrived, the server let us know it wasn't available as they were reworking it, and when I asked when will it be back, she didn't know. Definitely should've pulled it off the website. Ok, first disappointment, but the optimists we are, we ordered soft pretzels and pimiento cheese. The pretzels were very good, pimiento cheese needing more melting, and mixing, but the flavor was good. It came with a very watery mustard sauce, I don't recommend. I ordered the turkey club sandwich, and enjoyed it. Bread was toasty and soft, Turkey had a honey-basted flavor and bacon wasn't greasy. I do think for $13 dollars they could've added some fries or kettle chips on the side, but it was still a hearty sandwich. The latte I ordered was the highlight, but when I go to places for brunch, and since it was exceptionally slow and very few tables, a little latte art pour with the milk would've been a nice touch. We also never had our water cups proactively filled, which to me is a service sin - at least in the U.S. where servers are working for their expected 20% tip. As a big Ravenous Pig fan, I had high hopes, but were a bit dashed. read more

Milkhouse is a cute little mini food hall with Swine & Sons, Foxtail coffee, Kelly's ice cream and even Ravenous Pig brewing. We stopped by for brunch. I had the chicken biscuit and it was delicious! My friend had the pastrami sandwich (no pictured) and she loved hers too. The service was great too. Our server/ bartender was super friendly and we enjoyed chatting a but while they were slow. Will definitely return. read more

Milkhouse has a fantastic happy hour and the drinks are nice and strong! The fried pickles on the happy hour menu are SO GOOD. That white bbq sauce it comes with is so tangy and delicious -- I've also ordered the smoked wings smother in that sauce and they're delicious. They've also got a great smash burger deal that comes with a tall boy beer. Get a side of curly fries because they are perfect. Highly recommend happy hour M-F from 4-7! I've sat at the bar and also come with a large group and I've had great service every time. You can push tables together like we did for our group of 10+ and it's easy to do separate checks. Then when you're ready for dessert or a caffeine pick me up, you've got Kelly's and Foxtail to order from as well! I'd love to come work from here one day as I've seen many others do -- its a perfect chill spot! read more

Took a break from work and had a delicious lunch. The Chiang Mai hot chicken sandwich was juicy and perfectly fried with the perfect amount of heat; while the pickled papaya gave it a tangy and refreshing kick. The curly fries can be their own food group! The friendly and attentive staff took great care, and the espresso martini came in clutch as dessert. read more
I've always eye'd this place but every time we'd drive by, the parking lot would be crowded and loads of people coming in and out. We finally tried this place on a Monday, early afternoon and only a couple of people were there. Love the idea that there are small businesses inside one building. Ravenous Pig for drinks, Swine & Sons for food, and Kelly's for dessert. We ordered a classic burger with curly fries, and two beers from the draught menu. Food came out fresh, fries were crispy and the beers were good. Prices are a little bit on the expensive side, but the concept is nice. I'd come back just for drinks. The bar was beautiful. read more

4/5 - Came in for an ice cream review! We got a rice krispy and Mexican hot chocolate ice cream ! They were creamy and delicious, but it was definitely confusing because when you walk inside there's a separate ice cream counter and then a restaurant? There was limited flavors so if you're looking for ice cream, I am sure that there is a wider variety else where for cheaper. Milkhouse is a cool place to relax in the evening with a nice cocktail, or come to work during the day. At night it's pretty lively, but I haven't seen it full before. They have food from Cicchetti kitchen (which I admit I have not tried yet), cocktails and beer from ravenous pig, Kelly's, and foxtail. I like to come in the evening and eat my Black Magic pizza here. They are across the street, but you're allowed to eat the pizza here. Which is a great deal since Black Magic doesn't have seating. So I really like to come here to eat my pizza and get a delicious cocktail! During the day, I have been here to order foxtail coffee and it's a nice place to work if you are a remote worker or whatever the case. This is definitely a nice place to come for a chill night, or maybe the first stop of the evening. Even for a date! Taking a star off because the bathrooms were disgusting!! Was in the Milk District already and decided to pop in for some food and cocktails. Limited parking out front and along the side street. Mid afternoon on Saturday seemed to be pretty busy. I started off with the La Imitadora cocktail which definitely had a ginger kick and a smokey finish. The Simple Man burger has a choke hold on me. Honestly, mouth watering. Swine & Sons knows what they are doing when it comes to food. Plus the bun is so soft. I got a side order of curly fries and I think they are some of the best in town. Finished the meal off with a scoop of the Swine & Sons Oatmeal Cream Pie ice cream. It has big chunks of the cookie all throughout. I felt like the establishment was very clean and loved the combination of everything under one roof. The reason for 4 stars would be the confusion with service. We had 3 different servers who all rotated asking us for our orders multiple times. I gave my drink order to two different servers and same with food. Made it really confusing as to who was actually putting in our order or if it was being put in twice. read more
So excited that they're finally open!! We came on a soft opening week, Friday night, their 3rd day opened to the public. The interior and exterior looks grand with sliding glass pocket doors that opens to the outside... love I adore the concept with multi vendor collaboration... Ravenous Pig, Chicchetti by Bruno, Bagel Bruno, Kelly's ice cream, and Foxtail Coffee OH MY!!! These are some solid Orlando staples and they're all under one Milkhouse roof They have some unique craft beers and colab with Foxtail, seltzers and my 1st seltzer tea (so good!), wine, and full bar. I'm excited to come back to try more. Their open early, and may be a great spot to work from your laptop. So glad I found a new spot and will probably be a regular It's definitely worth a try P.S. they are still working out some kinks, but it is their 1st week so I'm sure they'll have it figured out soon. read more
Stopped here for our free Tito's shot for the st Patrick's day bar crawl! It was very yummy. We also ate the chicken biscuit sandwich. Everyone here is so nice; definitely going to have to come back. I know thatve got salads and wings; the couple next to us has the wings and they smell delicious. Ambiance is like a modern bar with wood features and good eats. 10/10 read more

My friend recommended this place for happy hour as she works around the corner. It's a great little gathering spot, with Foxtail Coffee, Kelly's Ice Cream and food by The Ravenous Pig available within the establishment. The bartender was making up a cocktail concoction (no official name yet) when I arrived. It was a combination of vodka, apple, cranberry and pomegranate, garnished with a cinnamon rim and cinnamon stick. A girl also at the bar had one and stated it "tasted like Fall", so I ordered it, too. It indeed tasted like Fall and it was delicious. (This needs to be on the Signature cocktail list for the Fall!!) My friend ordered the Foxtail Expresso Martini, but she was not impressed with it. It was a cold brew martini without chocolate and cream as she is used to, but if you like cold brew drinks, this might be one you should check out. We ended the night with two glasses of wine and an ordered of Brussels sprouts (excellent, included dried cherries!!) and six chicken wings with garlic parmesan dressing on the side (flavorful). A special shoutout to our other bartender, Chase, who did an exceptional job. When we were choosing our glasses of wine, my friend wasn't sure which Chardonnay to try and asked which one had a more oak flavor. Chase recommended the Tre Chardonnay and then asked her if she would like a taste first. (Very nice taste pour, I might add!) She liked it immediately and requested a glass. I should have requested a taste pour myself as I chose the Sauvignon Blanc and it was way too sweet and citrusy! I expected it to taste a lot drier than that. Chase took the glass back and asked if he could bring my something else and I went with the Tre also. The Milkhouse has an excellent Happy Hour menu from 4-7pm, Monday thru Friday for drinks and four Bites selections (see picture). The servers are friendly, engaging and attentive. I definitely will be back to try more food and Kelly's ice cream on my next visit. read more
We went for lunch on a Friday. Seemed like they were not even ready. We had a nice waitress and the interior was hipster modern is the only way I could describe it. The concept is not a COOP as one would think. It is owned by Foxtail and the ice cream and everything else is run through the FOztail POS. We started with a buttermilk biscuit and honey butter app...not impressed and my companion said it was way smaller than when he ordered it on a Friday night a few weeks ago. The biscuit was very dense and I would have thought it would have been flakey. Also the "honey butter" had hardly any taste of honey. A very disappointing start to the meal. We ordered two smash burgers and curly fries. The burgers had way too much crunch on the edges. Almost inedible...I cut mine off. The tomatoes and garlic pickles were the highlight of the burger. The curly fries were institutional. Frozen and mass-produced. And a very small portion. Check out the pictures. Value for the money I am hard-pressed to find. I can tell this is probably a fun place to go for Happy Hour and stroll across the street to the brewery or vice versa. Protip - They offer a military discount of 20%, Very much appreciated. read more
