Once seated, we noted that the only other customers in the patio with us just received their check. After another 15-20 minutes I went inside to let someone know that we were either ready to order or leave. I went back to my table only to overhear our waiter complain to the host that he was too busy with a 6-top inside to concern himself with any customers in the patio. Seconds later, water was delivered and our order was taken. The food took an eternity and finally came to us at 2:15. Then we were abandoned. No one checked on us and at 2:40, I went back into the restaurant to get someone's attention to get a take away box and our check. The insult to injury was the check was presented and my wife's meal was charged $3 more than the menu price. They made that right, but it was still yet another fail in the overall experience.
