Back again after only a few months since my first experience here. It is such a relaxing spot for good drinks, nice small bites and great conversation with friends. We decided to stop in here after lunch to enjoy one of the great Spring days in Orlando (which are few and far between as you locals know!) The outdoor area, with lush plants, a water feature, good shade trees and tables with umbrellas allow you to sit back and enjoy a perfect Spring afternoon. The wrap around bar area is spacious and covered. Cool retro music is always playing here. We were again served by Andy and Noah! They are two of the hardest working servers in the business. In fact, every one of the servers at this spot seems to up their game, possibly due to the great vibe of this outdoor bar. We had several drinks throughout the late afternoon and evening and just enjoyed the music and the chill atmosphere. We ordered edamame (nicely seasoned with spices) and chicken fingers (very good) during the evening given the big lunch we had earlier. This place is such a good time! Now that I discovered it though my friends, I think I will become a regular here, especially when the weather cooperates. read more

First time at this location! It has a cool setup with a restaurant and bar area, and inside there's a movie theater. I had never seen that kind of concept before. They had drink specials, mimosas for five dollars and bloody marys for six. I ordered the turkey cranberry croissant with truffle fries. It was alright, I expected a little more flavor or something that stood out, but it wasn't bad. The drinks were good and the service was great. Would I go back? Definitely yes. read more

Come regularly as the location is very convenient for me. Go every year around Halloween because they always do such fun spooky themed cocktails! Excellent per usual, bartenders are always friendly, food is great and the atmosphere is so relaxing, you feel like you are surrounded by plants in a serene area but are right on the main drag. Great time here! Went on a nice sunny saturday and it wasn't too packed. Beautiful atmosphere and the vibes are immaculate. Music isn't too loud, the weather was perfect and you're surrounded by big beautiful plants and oak trees! We got the happy hour deal which was $5 mimosas & $6 bloody mary's. They were delicious! The service was so quick and our server was very kind and attentive. I would've liked salt & pepper at the table because the spinach artichoke dip could've used a little. On the other side of that, the prosciutto pizza was a little too salty for my taste buds. Other than that we had a great time and will definitely be returning! Came for dinner with a party of 4 on a Friday evening. We called ahead to see if they could seat 8 and told us it was too busy to accommodate that size of a party, but when we arrived, there were several 4-6 tops available. We sat our group and were greeted by a server immediately who quickly took our drink orders and brought out water. The outdoor ambiance is spectacular. They have low lighting and a huge Florida oak tree that rightfully dominates the scenery. We all ordered different entrees and two apps. Prior to the food arriving, the drink orders came out and one was incorrect. The server took a few minutes to come back with the sangria and take away the glass of rose. The apps and entrees all showed up at once, which wasn't ideal. The food was good, though. I enjoyed our crispy shrimp app with a spicy sauce on the side and my nutty pear salad with a zingy vinaigrette. My boyfriend had the burger and fries along with a flatbread pizza. We both agreed that the pizza was delicious. He said the burger was as expected, nothing crazy. I came for lunch and drinks with my mom and we had a great time. The lovely outdoor seating surrounded by a fountain and greenery creates a really relaxing space. Service was great. To drink, I got an Aperol spritz. It was delicious and well balanced. My mom got a $6 Bloody Mary and liked it alot. To eat, we shared the pear prosciutto flat bread, truffle parm fries, and the sweet and spicy fried shrimp. While a tad salty, everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. Met a friend recently here for Lunch outside on a nice day! Didn't realize they had such a nice menu and with many choices, decent prices,etc..! I've been here twice and had similar experiences both times so I decided to write a review to help out anybody that may be interested in going here since this seems like it's going to be a constant. The outside is SO PRETTY! I love the lights they have strung around. It looks especially gorgeous at night. There are different drink deals every day also. We went on a Wednesday and they had $6 Espolon margaritas. The margs were great!! Now the issue that I had was with the service and the food. The food is pretty expensive for what it is (I paid $9 for a small-ish bowl truffle parm fries that weren't super truffle-y) and it took like 30 minutes to come out. I remember last time I was there we ordered an appetizer as well and it took a very very long time to come out as well. We ordered edamame also that didn't come out. We figured it would take as long as the fries so we waited a while before asking about the edamame and the bartender apologized and said he forgot to put it in :( it was extremely busy though so I will give them that. We ordered another round of drinks and the bartender forgot about those too. He came back around to us 10 minutes later and asked if we needed anything in which we reminded him about the drinks we had ordered. But he and the other bartender were super duper polite and apologetic! I'd come back another day for the drink deals... I'll probably eat beforehand though. read more

What a cute place and bar area to enjoy food and drinks! It was a beautiful, natural scenery. Not upscale, but very authentic and comfortable. The server was very attentive and kind, as she was there to check on me immediately (even with a full bar). I liked that they had ample help, although it's a small area. I ordered the fried chicken salad, and it was delicious (I used ranch rather than the offered honey mustard)... the chicken was the best part; fried to perfection! They had a happy hour selection of $5 wine, which was a plus; and it has a really cool movie theater attached to the area. Eden Bar is like the quintessential Florida experience. Is anything better than bar food al fresco with twinkling lights and trees surrounding? Nope! EB is unique in that it's home to a movie theater so you can take in a feature and grab a table before or after for some grub. It's definitely what I'd classify as bar food but with a slight upscale vibe. Everything tastes fresh and even the fried foods aren't greasy. All pleasant bites. No bad choices. Simple menu with just enough options to give you some variety. Not over doing it at all. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about Eden. I enjoy everything about it. They have different specials on different days of the week, fun tiki drinks, and great service. Prices are pretty much on par with the various Maitland establishments located nearby. It's really difficult to describe in words how beautiful this place is. It's a seemingly boring, dive bar from the street view. It's also an indie/cult classic movie theatre. But the Eden bar itself is a restaurant/bar outside of the movie theatre. The outdoor lights illuminate a short walking path around the bar and give way to beautifully lit corners and fun photo ops. The drinks are always made correctly, never skimping on the important ingredients... The servers are attentive and pleasant and the bar food is good. You have to come and see it to get the full experience and feel the atmosphere. I highly recommend going during slightly cool nights. Extremely rude waitress. We were so excited to try this place but were met with a rude waitress. We arrived at 9:30pm the waitress told us she was only selling single mix drinks, beer and wine. She then told us the kitchen closes soon because they close in 30 minutes. To our surprise because online says 11:00. The energy was just off so I told my husband I wanted to leave. We told her we are going to leave, I suggested to her that they update the online hours her response....NOT MY JOB. I responded maybe not but having an attitude surely is. The drink menu and the tiki inspired cocktails are phenomenal. Tiki tuesday (1$ off) are the best! The patio Is beautifully lit with many spots. Great date night spot and every day they have daily specials. 5$ double mimosa sundays with an uncomfortable brunch is like a right of passage. Every drink ive had, ive enjoyed. I've actually been coming to the Eden Bar for a long time now. I've always just associated it with the Enzian. Yesterday it dawned on me that it's a separate business with a separate Yelp page, so here we go. We get here a few hours before the movie starts, because MoviePass, and we decided to chill out at Eden Bar and grab some food & drinks while studying. Long story. The seating options are great. You can be at the big bar, around the periphery, or down near the beautiful fountain. We sat somewhere in between underneath an umbrella on a beautiful day. Our server was super nice and brought waters right away, which was good, because we needed some time to think. We knew we wanted to get an option that wasn't offered on the Enzian menu inside. Might as well try the exclusives. We ended up ordering the Shrimp & Loaded Grits (Grits loaded with cheddar, bacon & green onion, topped with Cajun spiced fried shrimp), the Eden Burger (100% Wagyu beef burger with lettuce, tomato, 3-year aged cheddar, and peppery mayo), and a side of truffle fries because they were on happy hour. The grits weren't as loaded as I was expecting from the menu, but they were still very well cooked and there was a plentiful amount to go with my shimps, which were cooked very nicely. I was quite happy with this dish. Good flavors, and a duo of nice sauces on top of the grits. The Eden Burger was overcooked, but the nice beef flavor was there and really awesome. A nice simple salt 'n' pepper seasoning made this burger really enjoyable even though it was overcooked. The mac & cheese on the side was nice, too, with shavings of parmesan cheese on top. Yum! The fries were awesome, as always. The truffle flavor is just the perfect amount, and they give you a lot of parmesan on top for enjoyment. The ketchup might or might not be special, but for $4 on happy hour, I don't think I could ever say no to this side. Overall, this place is a really great place to hangout, and they throw really good Halloween parties. The perfect little friend to the next-door Enzian. I love this place. read more

I went with five friends at 3:30 in the afternoon. The setting is lovely, our server was top notch. After that it was all downhill. The food was not acceptable for a place that is ranked best for bar food. The mahi mahi sandwich was not edible. Fish cooked too long, like a board. The Sysco truck had not arrived that day so there was not one green vegetable, salad, or cole slaw To be had. They did not have coffee, as in one cup of coffee. Natchos were OK. The ladies room was a disaster at 4pm in the afternoon. No toilet paper and hand towels all over the floor. Granted the place was crowded but they should be used to that and plan accordingly. The irony was that the Sysco truck arrived as we left and blocked us in the parking lot!!! All in all, not a good day for Eden Bar. read more
