The Sunroom is a beautiful bar with good craft drinks. I loved the lighting and ambiance of the venue. We were able to order pretty quickly from the bar which was a plus. I ordered a Cafe Bandito which is similar to an espresso martini and it was delicious. One thing to note is that the drinks are fairly pricey in comparison to other bars in the area. I look forward to visiting again soon!
Came here on a random Wednesday with a friend and i'm so glad we came in. The ambiance is amazing, perfect for a girls night out or a date night. The menu is very well thought out a mixologist definitely put some time into it, and the drinks are amazing. Max and Jake both gave amazing service, are very knowledgeable on the drinks, friendly and made great recommendations. This will definitely be a new spot for us! If you're a whiskey drinker and like a fruity drink I definitely recommend the "fights to brazil" it's banana forward in the best way. For those who like a lighter drink the sour cherry cosmo is too good, i've never had a drink like this before. definitely stop in and ask for Max and Jake!
Summary: A festive gathering place to enjoy the company of family, friends, and co-workers and well-crafted adult drinks. Two of my adult children recommended that my wife and I try the Sunroom. They both like the Guesthouse next door (owned by the same company) and Sunroom in prior visits. We arrived at the opening on a Friday, and immediately enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Although Happy Hour ran til 8 pm, we ordered from the seasonal menu. The Golden Lotus surprised me by the earthy and balanced fruity rum-based drink, lightly fizzy, impressively clear, with an obelisk ice cube that was the same depth as the glass. I also tasted the Prancer's Royale and Ginger Jangle and found they were pleasant to the palate. The mixologists were excellent in their craft. MISC: Although situated in the busy Mills district, we had no problem getting in and out. Outdoor seating in the back is plentiful and has a small trailer where drinks are ordered. It's right next to the main parking, but the limited spots keep traffic light. More parking in a gravel lot is located a little further back.
Popped into Sunroom for a quick drink with a friend on Thursday evening. We went super early as we both had separate dinner plans for after, so we had zero trouble finding a spot or getting a drink. Sunroom makes exceptional craft cocktails and has a broad selection of flavorings, syrups and mixers to make just about anything. I had a mocktail and my friend had a Gimlet and both were exceptional. The service was top notch and friendly. Drinks were made to order, perfection.
My favorite bar! My barhopping days might be over, but the times I wanna go out for some vibey drinks, I come here. I always bring out of town guests here too and everyone agrees that it's amazing. The ambiance and theming here is fun and elegant, like a mid-century modern tiki bar. It's pretty small and can get full quickly on weekends, but I actually love coming here on a weeknight because it's calm and intimate for date nights or drinks with the girls. It's a fun atmosphere, but you can still chat and have conversations here. But the drinks here -- omg. These are some of the best drinks and bartenders in Orlando. The cocktails are creative, strong, and yummy; you can't go wrong with anything on the menu!
Great spot for a chill night out with friends or an intimate date. Their cocktails are balanced though a bit pricier than at other locations on Mills like its sister bar, Guesthouse. Virtually all of their seasonal cocktails are $16. They went above and beyond in the Christmas decorations this year so I recommend checking it out in December!
The Sunroom is one of my favorite spots in Orlando, especially during the holidays the Christmas pop-up is always festive and beautifully done. The craft cocktails are consistently delicious, and it's a great place to meet up with friends.
A much more relaxed vibe compared to Guest House. Drinks are reasonably price, bartenders are friendly, and it's not loud so you can actually have a conversation.
Back again just to check out the Holiday drink menu. I have to say this was not as big of a hit for my personal tastes but that's one of the great things about Sunroom... there is a new drink menu every few months. Service was great and super friendly as always. They have a nice vibe here I just wish there were some food options which would make spending more time here even easier.

I love the inside with disco balls and warm lighting, and the bartenders are super talented at making tiki inspired drinks. Their Happy Hour has $10 cocktails and goes to 8PM, even on Fridays and Saturdays. I definitely recommend stopping by in the Mills 50 area!
Hidden gem with great drinks and not too crowded on a Friday night. Service was quick drinks were solid and space was ample.
Sunroom is such a great spot to go for a cocktail and is in the perfect location on Mills! Lots of fun bars around it as well if you want to bar hop. My go-to is the Aperol spritz:)

The music in here was ok. The vibes were alright. The drink I had was not it. It was extremely strong which many don't complain about but I like the taste of a drink to be nice and not just like alcohol alone. I told my friend this tastes like a shot, she said no it's worse than a shot. I don't remember what the drink was called but it looked nice. Picture for reference. My friend bought it for me and I took two sips and had her try it. Even she was like wth is that. I told the guy I was so sorry I couldn't drink it and he just said "oh well the bar is closing, and I can't make you another drink." Which was fine but I know many times if you order something and they can clearly tell you didn't like it, they will say sorry either wipe it from the bill or offer some type of credit (drink credit for another time or something). I haven't been to more than 30 bars around here so I'm not sure what everyone's policy is but I know times when I've been out with others and someone didn't like it, people are usually really nice about it and willing to help in some way. Not the worst thing but it just made me more inclined to not want to go back. We also went pretty late and you could tell the bartenders were wanting to hurry up and get everything cleaned so that they could leave. They really didn't want to make conversation with anyone and were just trying to hurry up and get their stuff cleaned out. There were still probably about 10 or 15 people in there though and it's a fairly small place. We ended up just leaving before they fully closed. It's possible the bartenders just had a rough night, but there wasn't really anything there that made me want to come back again. It's small and cute but there is nothing you can't get anywhere else except for strong drinks. Not for me. read more
Oh, my oh my!! I've been venturing to Sunroom since their inception! A long-time fan of this local Mills 50 favorite, I decided to pop into Sunroom with some friends this past weekend for a cocktail. One of the many bars along Mills 50 to infuse beautiful design into their space, the Sunroom is a swanky lil' modern bar with a good amount of indoor seating. There is some shared outdoor seating for the bar and eatery in the plaza where the Sunroom is located, so keep that in mind if you want to sit outdoors. However, check with bar staff about bringing drinks outdoors (I don't believe you can - but don't quote me on that). Beyond that, you should be able to find seating in the Sunroom, which you enter from the rear of the building. Upon arrival, we were greeted fairly quickly by the bartenders and were able to place our orders. I ordered the Cafe Bandito (which is a play on the espresso martini), and it was DELISH! It was well-balanced and just had a great finish. I must note that the Sunroom is a tad pricier than its neighbor, The Guesthouse. So, keep that in mind if you are looking for budget-friendly options. However, they make a great cocktail here, and it's definitely worth the visit every once in a while! Might as well TREAT yourself! All in all, great spot for a girls' night, date night, or just a solo adventure! You can also pop into The Guesthouse next door and grab a bite at the Black Rooster, which is further down. What more can you ask for? read more

Delicious cocktails, great service, and an awesome atmosphere. Even though it was an incredibly busy night, the staff at the door were friendly and efficient, and the bartender still made sure we were taken care of. The drinks were outstanding and the space has a really cool look and energy to it. Highly recommend The Sunroom for a night out in Orlando. I generally only enjoy gin cocktails, but since I wasn't feeling any of their standard offerings, I decided to try the Desert Orchid. It's a cachaca based drink and I absolutely loved it! Stopped in for a drink after being down the road grabbing a mead. This place has somehow slipped under my radar for this area. The inside is well themed and was super cute. They have a great cocktail menu, but also able to make different cocktails based on your preference. The bartenders helped me to pick out some drinks based on my preferences and they were spot on. They really are more mixologist then bartender with the the accuracy and different drinks they make. Looking forward to stopping in and trying more drinks. read more

We came here with no expectations as we were bar hopping and to my surprise with how busy it was the bartenders did a great job and kept things moving, our drinks were really good and good prices too. They had okay music but it was a nice vibe inside. Not really my vibe but it wasn't bad. read more

What a gorgeous bar! Popped into this place with my amazing teammates after a fun Yelper Party and wow, what an awesome spot to enjoy an evening cocktail! If I wasn't with the Orlando Queen (Yelp CM Anna) herself, I would have never seen this fabulous place. Located on a busy side street, seeing this place from the outside would have never prepared me for the beauty we experienced inside. As soon as we walked in, I felt like we were transported to the 60s/70's. So beautifully decorated, this dimly lit cocktail bar would be such a great date night, girl's night out or hell, just a solo drink while out about! Grabbing a table for our group of 7 was super easy and the bartenders quickly prepped our diverse group of drink orders. I opted for a glass of the house wine as I knew I needed to sleep soon, but between Anna's adorable mocktail and everyone elses' super fancy cocktails, we definitely all walked away with a fabulous (and buzzy) first impression. So glad that we visited, can't wait to return! read more
A great bar to start or end the night! For me, it's usually the night cap everytime I visit my coworkers in Orlando- and I ain't mad about it. I love a great craft cocktails and how wonderfully diverse their menu is. This past visit I got the Saturn cocktail (if you know me, this is very on brand) and it was so goooood. Both pretty and tasted great! It had gin, passionfruit, almond, and lemon... delicious! There's a good amount of seats but have seen it get pretty crowded fast, especially during busy nights. The mood and lighting in here is very moody in the best way. Give me good vibes and great cocktails and I'm a very happy girl. read more
Very cute and esthetically pleasing bar. Its so pretty inside and so are the drinks! Directly next to The Guestroom; we have visited multiple times so this review is long overdue. The service is always great and drinks never disappoint. This is a cocktail bar so they do not serve food directly inside but they do have food trucks on occasional in the patio area and one of the best taco spots right next door which will also get a review soon! Overall, definitely add this to your bar hopping rotation list - located on Mills! read more
Checked out the new Halloween menu at Sunroom and I love how they deck out the bar with spooky decor and themed drinks each year. Their seasonal cocktails are delish and the attention to detail with the menu design is always on point. First I ordered the Ghoul Dinner (tequila, amaro, blood orange, chartreuse) with a black salt rim. I love margaritas so this was right up my alley. Next up, I tried the PSL Killer which is a boozy rum pumpkin/tiki style drink (rum, brandy, pumpkin spiced coconut, pineapple & orange juice). It was soooo good! Definitely more of a dessert cocktail and the burning cinnamon stick on top was the aromatherapy I didn't know I needed. I'm excited to go back before the end of the month and try more of the Halloween drinks. There's also a fun selfie mirror in the hallway by the bathrooms. We went on a Friday night which is probably their busiest night of the week, but we were still able to easily order drinks and find a place to sit. One of my favorite neighborhood bars! read more
The Sunroom has the chillest vibe and is a nice contrast to its sister bar's high energy (The Guesthouse) next door. But just like The Guesthouse the Happy Hour is killer (Tuesday-Saturday until 8pm). The bartenders are stellar and I love the drinks they concoct. I enjoy getting something different every time and venture away from my go to Old Fashioned (which they make a good one). read more

Sunroom is a great little spot for a good drink and vibe! I loveeee that they have Happy Hour from Tuesday to Saturday until 8pm...so good! They have $2 off featured cocktails, wines, and draft beer. Every Tuesday, they have $7 daiquiris. Wednesdays are $5 bubbles. Thursdays are $3 High Life. The bartenders at Sunroom are helpful and welcoming, and the ambiance is great with lots of low lighting and seating. It's a little small and I could see it getting very crowded on a weekend, but on a Thursday night around 7:30, it was quite empty. The only thing I wish was different were the presentations of the cocktails because I feel like they could look so much more photo-worthy! As much as I enjoyed my Saturn ($8 in HH), I wish it looked cuter. The Penicillin ($8 in HH) was also good, but the cup half filled wasn't my favorite. Sunroom is a great spot to bring friends visiting Orlando! I love that it's right next to the Guesthouse too as this was my favorite bar when first moving to Orlando! Guesthouse are the masterminds of creating Sunroom so it makes sense they are nearby. Sunroom has a great terrazzo bar and plenty of seating away from the bar. The vibes are more loungey here and the bartenders are helpful when ordering. There are many creative cocktails on the menu which I appreciate when getting drinks and their menu changes often. Sunroom does offer a happy hour with a large list of drinks for $8, I think it's until 8 pm. read more

This place is in the mills district. Pretty busy Saturday night. Crowd is a mix of yuppies and college crowd. Drinks are priced right. Service was fast. Did not order food. Just mixed drinks. read more
Sunroom is a cute, dimly lit, cocktail bar in Orlando. There is a parking lot in the back and some nearby street parking if you are lucky! We parked across the street and had to run across the main road, only to realize the entrance was in the back. It was fine, but may have been an issue if we were in heels. I visited this bar two years in a row when visiting a friend that is a big fan of this bar. It's nice that they have booths for a group in addition to the bar stools at the bar. We were able to squeeze in a booth together and check out the menu. Last year I got a specialty mezcal cocktail from their seasonal menu and absolutely loved it! This year I went with my usual dirty martini with vodka. Great drinks, friendly staff, and cool atmosphere. I would go back! read more
Stopped in with my coworkers after a big Yelp event at the Science Center. First note is that the entrance is in the back so if you end up parking on the street, the front is exit only. We were a group of 7 so we gathered around one of the bench tables and all went up to place our drink orders at the bar. The menu was creative and fun and the bartenders were on their game. I had the Godfather which was a variation on an old fashioned and it was delicious. They have some great happy hour deals too. read more

Cool little go-to spot to grab a drink on Mills. Cocktails are always excellent. Could use a little diversity but the vibes are always positive. It seems to be a lot busier these days but even still, never had an issue finding a seat. read more
This has been one of my top places I've been dying to try for a very long time and It did not disappoint by any means. I have always been a super big fan of Guest House and I heard Sunroom is by the same folks so I had no doubt it would be amazing. First the ambience here is incredible. It's called Sunroom but at night it has very moody lightning and is almost romantic inside. I visited during the holiday season and was lucky enough to make it through the doors before they got so busy they had to stop entry for the night. We ordered a few holiday drinks and even had a egg nog shot. It was a very merry time. Just like the beautifully designed decor... the drinks are meticulously crafted to perfection. Despite being slammed busy we felt like our drinks were still perfectly crafted and they have a close attention to detail. I look very forward to coming back here during the early hours to really see the decor details and check out their normal menu (outside of Christmas). read more

70's themed bar that's perfect for a date night. Bartenders are great at what they do and craft some tasty drinks for you. Most drinks are of the tiki drink variety so they'll be on the sweeter side. They also have a pretty good list of happy hour drinks Tuesday thru Saturday until 8pm. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Orlando. read more

Great place for happy hour with friends or late night cocktails! Vibey atmosphere with low lighting and booth seating. They moderate the amount of guests in the bar so it's never *too* crowded. It also connects to guest house - another fave. Happy hour goes till 8! Definitely one of my go-to spots for a good cocktail and conversations with friends. read more

I'm pretty sure you need to ask the business owners and whoever gave you your peddlers permit. Florida Dept of Health? Also, probably not a good idea to open a food business right now.
