I went here on a date after work at around 5pm. I haven't been to Bellhop in about a year and it did not disappoint. The service from the bartenders was great and they were very attentive. The bar seating had plenty of openings and there was also seating available.Happy hour is also everyday from 4:00pm-7:00pm
Located in the lobby of the historic Angebilt Hotel, Bellhop is a 1920's vibe. By day it is a coffee bar and by night a cocktail lounge. The Bellhop is owned and operated by Ricky Galicia and Co., which also owns The Wildflower, a cocktail bar that opened June 2020 in Baldwin Park. It was the Bellhop to the rescue when I discovered a different bar I was going to take my daughter to was closed on Sunday. It was only a short walk through Heritage Square park to reach the Bellhop from Dr. Phillips where we had just caught a show. We crossed through lively Wall St. Plaza and slipped into the subdued elegance of Bellhop. it is hard to believe it was once a Subway. It is as if you stepped into the Great Gatsby where you expect to see Daisy Buchanan lounging on a couch, sipping a prohibition Gin Rickey. Their vintage decor is just my taste. The suitcase wall is a standout and there are lush curtains and inviting, plush seating nooks where you can relax as you chat and drink. You can also sit at the bar if you prefer. We made it in time for their generous happy hour menu offered every day from 4-7 PM. We started with the Wake Up Call made with Tequila Blanco, maraschino liqueur, cane sugar, grapefruit, lime, and cherry juice. If you like a fruity drink I highly recommend this one. We enjoyed our drinks so much that we followed it with Working Lunch, their version of an Old Fashioned made with Michter's Bourbon, Demerara, Angostura Bitters, and Orange Bitters. It arrived expertly prepared and beautifully garnished. Everything about Bellhop was an absolute delight and it was a highlight of my Orlando visit.
I stopped in here after an event close-by and this was a quaint and cool decorated establishment with an impressive alcohol selection and a not-so-impressive beer list. They had the staples though! The staff was super friendly and provided quick service to a bunch of people showing up at once. It's right on the Orange Avenue corner of the Wall Street Plaza and it looks like there are a lot of different bars in that area. I'd stop in again as the service was great and I bet they make an awesome Old Fashioned. This looks like the place for it.
I went here for a small reception from the innovation league after a fun mock AI trial at the history center. The place looks like a very upscale hotel bar setting with very plush and luxurious chairs and sofas in an intimate setting. Since I had a drink ticket, I just had a wine, which was good and boozy enough to make me happy. The innovation league also bought some small charcuterie boards that has cheese, crackers, meats, grapes, and olives. I took some very small portions and they were fresh and delicious. The bartenders and staff were very friendly and helpful. I was a bit surprised there were no security doorman at this bar, especially during the night. However, all guests looked to be professional and respectful. I will definitely visit the bar again and buy a cocktail next time I visit. Their drinks looks good, but a bit in the higher price range. Ummm so Bell Hop is almost indescribable in words. Especially during Happy Hour from 4-7.... And what a wonderful Happy Hour, $10 signature drinks.... and they ate quite wonderful. Connor, the bartender is a skilled professional... I watched him do over 20 drinks with ease in less than 10 minutes. He did not break a sweat. In fact he was as cool as a cucumber. And he carried the disposition of a monk. We had about 4 drinks here and all were quite delicious. If I ever get rich I want t to find a bartender like Connor who can do what he does, delicious, perfect drinks without breaking a sweat. Connor is the Iceman of bartender's if Bellhop was Topgun. Oh, and the venue is so very well decorated. Love the ambiance and decor, from the key holes when you enter to the wall of luggage on the back wall. I know it's downtown Orlando, but if you transpoterd it to New York, Philadelphia, Houston, or Los Angeles, this place would be packed with lines down the block.
Bellhop is one of our favorite hotspots downtown. We recently went there to celebrate my wife's birthday and came with several of our friends. All of the drinks were delicious and unique. We all very much loved their espresso martinis, and my wife liked the variation of their last word. The service and bartenders are very good and excellent at their Craft. It's a fun place to hang out and we love the environment and all the decor, especially the suitcases on the wall.
Amazing food, service, ambience! Finally! A crafted cocktail in downtown! Very gorgeous interior with perfect theming that blends vintage opulence and the Tower of Terror. We went on a Monday and practically we were the only ones there. Connor is a bartender excellent at his craft, crafting unique cocktails to your taste by request which all hit the spot to what we were craving! The summer charcuterie board was also beautiful and well made. I'd definitely come back to this hidden gem!
We had a fantastic event at this cozy bar located centrally in downtown Orlando. Has a very cool ambiance and vibe. The cocktails were works of art both beautiful and delicious. They have one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had in life! The service was absolutely outstanding! The mixologist/bartenders were amazing. The charcuterie boards were delicious. Had a great time and would definitely recommend
Had an excellent experience here the other night. First time in for all 3 of us ladies. Gorgeous decor. Great service. The cocktail and drinks menu is extensive and delicious. We couldn't stop gushing over the lush decor. We will absolutely be back. We met one of the partners/owners and he was very attentive and personable. Apparently this place has been here for 3 years but has been under new ownership for about 6 months. So I can't speak to how it used to be but I definitely like the current vibe.

Bellhop is a cocktail bar in downtown Orlando, located in the historic Angebilt Hotel, known for its creative, artfully presented cocktails and vintage-inspired ambiance with plush seating and brass accents. It operates as a coffee shop in the mornings and transitions to an elevated cocktail lounge at night, offering a unique experience with a focus on craft drinks and a sophisticated atmosphere. This ladies night was much needed and we enjoyed the charcuterie board and drinks. 10/10 for service , ambiance and amazing drinks. Located in the heart of downtown, this bar receives a lot of food traffic from nearby clubs but surprisingly not too busy when we arrived. It's open seating and has a dimly lit, moody ambience that is fairly suitable for a date night or fancy friend hangout. I tried the masala cocktail which has a decent spice but honestly the balance was a bit off - the taste didn't combine smoothly although the cocktails are quite aesthetic and boasts fairly unique ingredients. read more
Great place to take a date. I tried to go here last weekend, but it was closed for a private event. My bartender girl, Cali knows how to hook it up. I originally went here to pre-game, but then came back at midnight with my date. I can always appreciate when a bartender can pretend they don't know me when they know me. If you know, you know. I tried a bunch of drinks here, but didn't get pics of all of them. The $16 Late Checkout (Espresso Martini) isn't better than Wine Bar George or Boat House at Disney Springs, but it is a solid #3 in Orlando. 20% gratuity is already added onto your bill. One of the best dirty martinis and most creative martinis I've ever had it is a miso soup style dirty martini sounds crazy, but it's so good. Give it a try for my savory girl is out there. It is worth it. read more

This place has an incredible aesthetic - I love the old hotel vibe they have going on. They need a better posted attire policy (It was not in the website or the event information). Pre-10pm, the vibe was chill and awesome. You could actually hear each other talk and enjoy the music. 10pm hit and the music went LOUD - so loud you had to yell at the bartenders to order drinks. Small space + super loud music = less than awesome. The bartenders were awesome, the drinks were great - the rating is for the awful music volume. It just was an awful experience. read more

Obsessed! The version of their espresso martini, called "late checkout" certainly checks out for me! Not only do I appreciate the clever name, it is uniquely made and is absolutely delicious. Makes you want to have several. Their other craft cocktails are equally as enjoyable. Pro-tip: come here during Halloween and this place gives a haunted mansion vibe. read more

Great spot for those staying at the Four Points Sheraton. We came by mainly for breakfasts but really was impressed by the atmosphere, quick service and delicious food. Just the simple eggs and sausage w/ toast was excellent. Cozy atmosphere... the menu looked interesting for lunch and dinners too. This restaurant is NOT owned by Sheraton... it is a separate entity. Recommend it highly for anyone who is in the Hudson Yards area. read more
Hubby and I stopped by recently for happy hour and was lucky enough to be assisted by Connor. He was very knowledgeable in his craft and offered some recommendations as well. The inside felt like a 1920s speakeasy - very stylish and inviting which i loved. They did not have food as it is only a cocktail bar but I noticed they had a seasonal charcuterie board which we didn't get but deepy regret; next time! Our cocktail of choice was Bells & Whistles, Late Checkout and we shared the Japanese Denim. All were so amazing and definitely got me excited to go back and try others. Highly recommend stopping in for all those cocktail enthusiasts. read more

Super cute space! Even though it was a Saturday night, there were places to sit and the bartender came over quickly to offer us menus and recommendations. The decor and chandeliers all flowed beautifully with the bellhop theme. The drinks were hand crafted and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend! read more

A little vintage, a little modern, making it perfect for anyone who appreciates a well-made drink in a setting with character. The cocktail program leans on the higher end, but the price point matches the quality. Each drink is clearly crafted with intention and premium ingredients; balanced, layered, and presented beautifully. You can tell the bartenders here care about what they're doing. Staff were friendly and welcoming without overdoing it , knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make recommendations. If you're into elevated cocktails, well-curated spirits, and cozy yet upscale vibes, this place is a gem worth sipping your way through. read more
My first visit to Bellhop was for a quick drink one night while downtown and I had to great espresso martini, but I didn't get to stay too long and enjoy the ambiance. I've been wanting to go back since, and I was so happy to learn that they're now open as a coffee shop during the day! I had a coffee meeting with a friend there this week and WOW, what a great place to work remotely and get some work done. They serve Wavelength Coffee and Rosie Lee Tea. The decor is beautiful and there's plenty of cozy seating areas, as well as a connected lobby area with additional tables. I ordered the Salty Beaches drink which is a blend of coconut, mocha, butterfly blue pea flower tea, and cold oat salted caramel foam -- YUM! This is now my go-to chill spot in the heart of downtown. read more
Stopped in for a cocktail after a concert tonight!! Loved the theming inside where, like a classic and old school hotel from the Gatsby! Bartenders are dressed to theme and service was excellent!! We took a seat in some nice chairs by the windows and sipped on our drinks. Ordered the Spa and Elderflower Smash. Both were great!! A little steep on the prices $15-18 for drinks, but that's typical now for craft cocktails. Music as nice and the overall vibe was upbeat and fun. Stop in for a nice craft cocktail! read more

Bell hop is cocktail lounge that has been open for a few months now in Downtown Orlando. It's got a bit of a more traditional speak easy vibe to it with a bit of a modern spin to it. When you walk in you'll see a bright colorful bar with seating and a massive amount of suitcases piled in the back to fit with the decor that is "bell hop" along with some rugs on the ceiling. This is definitely a bit more of a relaxed intimate setting, the music they play is very old school think Frank Sinatra but it happens to fit with the aesthetic they go for in there. We had some cocktails that were beautifully presented to us. They seemed to fit the description from the menu to a T. The bartenders were also very friendly and helpful in helping us pick out some drinks that we wanted. The cocktails were quite good as well. Bottom line, if you're looking for something with a bit of a slower speed in the chaos that is Downtown Orlando this is well worth a visit. It's got all the good instagram aesthetics so it'll be great for pictures combined with some pretty decent cocktails. read more

I absolutely love the Bellhop! The vibes are immaculate! The theming is so detailed and classy. The hotel theming, fun furniture, and artful design create a high end but comfortable space to enjoy amazing mixed drinks. Our server was amazing! She checked on us regularly and gave great recommendations. I enjoyed the Bees Knees and an espresso martini. Both were well crafted and delicious. I loved the carefully curated aesthetic, fantastic service, and yummy cocktails. We'll definitely be back for more! read more

Stopped by Bellhop for a drink & had a great experience. Taylor was our bartender and he's fantastic! I ordered the Hemingway Daquiri and it was the perfect amount of tart & sweet. He helped me pick it and it was exactly what I was looking for. The vibe inside is sexy speakeasy and we loved it. Not like your typical downtown Orlando bar, which is what we look for now. They have music playing but you can still hear the people you're with to have a conversation. Thank you! Definitely a spot we'll hit when we're back in the downtown area. read more

Very unassuming cocktail bar within the Entertainment District of downtown Orlando. This used to be a Subway restaurant, and that will forever make me laugh. The interior decor is something straight out of dark academia (minus the taxidermy and oddities). It's extremely tasteful, cozy, and straight up out of a West Elm (dark & haunted) magazine. They have one of the best allocated bourbon selections downtown, the service is friendly, and the menu is laid out as it is. The vibe current n a Friday night at quarter til midnight - chillhop music, good vibes, and overall a place id love to bring friends for a night out. read more

Everywhere now a days is a hidden gem but this place is a true once in a lifetime time experience. Where true masters of mixology show off their skills behind the bar. Dasia heads the coffee division ... yea you heard that right this ain't just a bar it's a coffee spot in the morning! Imagine a place where amazing mixologists use their ingenuity for cocktails transfer those skills to coffee, that formula can true happiness in a cup for morning cup of Joe or stress relieving cocktails. read more
Quite little bar in downtown Orlando. R&B music playing in the background and live DJ at 9pm. They serve drinks only NO FOOD not even lite bites but the drinks are outstanding and strong. They offer cocktails, speciality drinks, wines and craft beers. You can sit at the bar or at several of the sofas available. We sat at one of the sofas and it felt so comfortable, like being home in your living room. The decore is so eclectic and great photo opportunities. Our server Carly was excellent. She made us feel welcomed, described the speciality drinks for us, made recommendations based on our taste Of, and she was on point. We will definitely be visiting this place again when we're downtown Orlando. Check it out if you're in the area. read more
Came inl and asked for an espresso martini and the bartender, critian, was more than welcome to make them. We were interested in rum and they gave us a sample of beenieigh rum which is a perfect rum to sip on. Overall the experience was very appealing and comfortable. Very cute spot in DT Orlando. Love the way that it's decorated - they play good music and there is plenty of space. I visited during the day and I was excited to see that they had several options for H.H. I also went for a birthday party and I arrived early enough to reserve a spot - the staff was super friendly and allowed me to do so. Lindsey, made me a couple of cocktails that weren't on the menu and I truly enjoyed them. Only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is because of the location. The place is lovely and we needed more cocktails bars downtown but being next to Wall Street, where it's super rowdy is kind of a bummer. read more
As many have noted this is a visually beautiful bar, albeit on the small side. The prices are on the upper side of what you might expect for a prime downtown location. The drinks were tasty and prepared well. I think the variety of drinks and the creativity will improve. Our bartender was "effective". We ordered and he answered a few questions and that was about all the interaction was with him. Nothing wrong with that but if you were looking for a vibe or atmosphere, I would say this is a quiet introspective place. People have mentioned date night and I would offer maybe a business drink. Downtown is a pretty competitive space and Bellhop seems to have it's own niche. Perhaps it is a niche that you like. read more
