I came here with friends to catch up and it was a great time. It wasn't too crazy busy which is nice if you want a chill evening with vibes while also being to hear conversations. They offer some Zaza bites here which I was pleasantly surprised by. I was so caught up with friends that I forgot to take advantage of this. A coffee spot turned bar that offers local bar bites? Yes please. The location where you'd expect, but don't let that deter you from having drinks with friends/loved ones here.

Unfortunately, like most places, Luminescent has taken a nosedive in quality since it opened. It's no longer a nice quiet place to work during the day. They blast music and the baristas have no sense of urgency. I waited 20 minutes today for a basic matcha before I finally just told them to refund it. Barista was too busy chatting with her friends to make my drink I guess. Such a shame because it's a gorgeous place and the menu is great (when you can actually get what you ordered)

Luminescent is one of the coolest new coffee bars in town. In recent years, many interesting ones have popped up on East Colonial / Alafaya Trail area. I'll loving it! Luminescent is beautifully designed and has an interesting concept. It turns into a cocktail bar in the evening for the night owls. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They genuinely love what they do and it shows. I've only had a few drinks there because I tend to stick to what I love. The lattes are just the right amount of strong and bold. The Affogato is also on par with other coffee houses. However, I'm obsessed with their Keral's Kulfi! It's got pistachio foam cream, espresso, milk, and soan papdi shavings to enhance the drink. Trust me, it's phenomenal! Their pastries are usually good, especially their croissants. I'm sure I'll venture out with other ones in the future. I like the atmosphere and it's a nice stop to meet friends, hang out with family, or chill for a bit. They have a small parking lot that seems to be shared with a hotel.

The aesthetic of this place is cute! And the drinks are just as fancy. When you arrive it looks kind of sketchy since it's next to a liquor store but it's definitely a great spot to meet for coffee. I ordered from their holiday menu and everything was very good!

Fun vibe, beautiful interior decor and amazing drinks! The cocktails are well balanced with an Indian twist. Loved every single concoction, but my favorite has been the warm chai one with the little biscoff this was like a warm hug. I will keep coming back and recommending this place to everyone who's looking for a nice chill laid back atmosphere and great and knowledgeable bartenders.

Luminescent is a standout in East Orlando and the UCF area. Beautifully crafted cocktails, and a perfect date-night atmosphere. The drinks are truly unique, the bartenders are exceptional, and the owners are genuinely welcoming. A one-of-a-kind spot for the area.

While out celebrating my birthday weekend, this was on my list for a beautiful lounge for coffee and cocktails and wow was it luminescent! Ambiance is beautiful , every inch was well designed by the owner and I admire beautiful things . I ordered an affogato and I had a choice between a carrot cake ice cream or pistachio which I got to try both and it was a coin toss. Both were delicious and the presentation was probably even better. My honey is not a coffee lover so he enjoyed 3 cocktails which he said we are definitely coming back because he even loved the vibe and the drinks. Service was so chill , the owner and bar tender were so cool and knowledgeable. We chatted about local food spots and his vision for the place. 5 stars all around!

Interesting concept: a space that functions as a cozy coffee shop by day and transforms into a cocktail bar by night. It is a bold dual-identity that actually works, though the location feels a bit unexpected. Part of me thinks this concept would thrive even more in Waterford Lakes, Mills 50, or Winter Park--but I admire the ambition. The name is memorable, and while I love the brand direction, a refined or deeper color palette could elevate the aesthetic even further. The interior design, however, is nothing short of breathtaking. The space is meticulously curated--warm lighting, balanced textures, and a color scheme that photographs beautifully at any hour. It is so stunning that I genuinely considered using it as a backdrop for engagement photos. Whether you're here for a quiet morning latte or a moody late-night drink, the ambiance adapts seamlessly. I tried their signature Blackout Brew, their take on an espresso martini. It is bold, smooth, and unapologetically strong. There's a subtle note--nutmeg or cinnamon--that caught me off guard, but it did not overshadow the drink's overall craftsmanship. A beautifully executed cocktail with personality. Staff members were friendly, especially the bartender who made great recommendations and added to the experience. I definitely plan to return during the morning hours to explore their actual coffee program. A beautifully designed space with a unique concept--and absolutely worth a visit for anyone who appreciates vibes, visuals, and a well-made espresso-forward drink.

Absolutely love the ambiance inside. Beautiful interior and very welcoming. The barista was very friendly and helpful as well. I ordered one of their signatures lattes that combine rose and cardamom in have never had cardamom in coffee before so was intrigued to try it. It was a delicious combination, and probably one of the best lattes I've had in a very long time. I definitely want to come back to try their cocktails. Overall it was just such a great experience even though I was only there for less than 10 min.

This spot has such a cool concept, and I have been wanting to visit ever since it opened. During the day it's a coffee shop, and at night it transforms into a cocktail bar. We visited on a Tuesday around noon and it was very busy. They have plenty of seating at tables, couches, and around the bar. They also have free Wi-Fi, so it's a great place to work. The interior is very beautiful. I did take off one star due to the confusing ordering process. There were no signs pointing out where to order, so we sat at the bar and assumed someone would come to help us. After 30 minutes of working on our laptops, we finally realized the side of the bar is where you order, and so we went over there. The staff was very nice and once we ordered our drinks were ready quickly, but I wish they had some sort of "order here" sign. We were there for around two hours, and we saw other groups come in and also get confused by how the ordering works. I ordered the Keral's Kulfi latte, which was so delicious. The pistachio cold foam was perfect, and the drink was not too sweet, which I loved. I would love to return to try more coffee drinks as well as their cocktail menu.

What a cute place! I came here after work, hoping to get a cocktail, but I ordered an affogato instead since their bar doesn't open until 5 pm. The pistachio ice cream was delicious and the perfect amount of everything. The espresso was nice and strong. The mixture was truly incredible. I think I'll dream of the taste for awhile. Everyone working there was so nice and the affogato was as a visual masterpiece. I am grateful for the experience and will return for some cocktails next time. I also hope to catch some live music.

I've had Luminescent on my list to check out for while now, but I don't find myself on the east side of town too often. I had a meeting out that way this week and decided to take full advantage while I was nearby. I popped into Luminescent to grab a coffee and check out their stunning space. It's both a coffee shop and handcrafted cocktail lounge with a full bar. This is probably one of the most uniquely designed interiors in town. They have plenty of seating and it's a great place for coworking. The staff were super friendly and gave me helpful suggestions on the menu. I wanted to try one of their signature drinks and decided to go with Keral's Kulfi latte which is topped with a pistachio cold foam. It was amazing! I'd love to return in the evening to try some of their craft cocktails and see how the vibe changes from day to night.

Been here for both coffee and their cocktails. Neither disappoint. They pour heavy at the bar and the coffee is a work of art.

For my entree, I got the chopped elk medium cooked. It was fantastic. Very delicious and almost tasted like a really beefy meatloaf. Not gamey at all. The sauce drizzled on it was so savory. I wished there were more mashed potatoes underneath because those were amazing too. It was also a very big portion. Definitely recommend. Would come back again and try something else or even order that again.

The club also comes with a lot of extra perks, which makes the experience even better. My coworker and I recently decided to go for happy hour (Monday-Friday from 3:00-5:30 PM). Since we're both wine club members, we wanted to do our wine tasting before our dinner reservation. I definitely recommend getting there earlier in the afternoon if you plan to taste. We arrived around 2 PM, and the tasting area wasn't packed yet, which made the experience much more enjoyable. If you plan to do the tasting, I suggest setting aside about an hour so you can really enjoy it without feeling rushed.
