Have been many times over the past years at night with my daughter and friends. Big issue is restrooms! Suggestion - make both men's and ladies rooms into ladies rooms! Get some portable units outside for guys! read more

This is an interesting place. Close to the college means lots of college kids, or older people stuck in their college past. The food is good and the drinks are a good price for a college town. I wish they were a little lower. The food was hot and fresh so that helps and everyone is really friendly. You'll make friends with the table next to you no matter what, so be ready for that. read more

Came here and i had the greatest service by Oybek Abdugafarov, had some great food and the service really made my time here great.

Was told with a camera held to my face by a member of security out of uniform "say I'm sorry daddy or i'm kicking you out". When I refused he actually kicked me out. This was over me calling him out for skipping the packed bathroom line. read more

Bounce House is the best college bar in the UCF area. Deals are pretty good most days of the week and their happy hour specials on Fridays are amazing. Environment is fun depending on the night. Can get packed which makes it crowded, hard to get service and an unpleasant time read more

They got an insane artist(s) then kicked half the crowd of for light mosh pits.... I was only pushing people off/from me even though I like pits. They kicked me out for throwing a pit. Artists 10/10. Venue 0/10. Won't ever be coming back. The security called a customer "ugly and fat," then told all four of us who were kicked out that we'd get trespassed. Take a hint if you secure ties with an artist that throws down @BounceHouse, security does not care about your enjoyment let alone how they treat their customers. Won't ever be coming back. Food was amazing and service was great....until 10:30pm rolled around and the security guards came around asking everyone to get up from their seats (whether or not we were done eating) as they collected them to be put away. We then ask if we can sit at the tables in the middle of establishment and are told yes by one of the waiters. Again, the same security guard came around and asked us to get up. And to add insult to injury, got charged full price for boneless wings though they were on special for $5. read more

Bounce does not care about their customers or their safety. It's super packed on a Friday night and they choose to have only 1 SMALL DOOR open to have people going in and out. They have the ability to open many big windows that they can easily pull up to give people more air and space. Im gonna do my best to keep this long story short as theres not a whole lot to the story. So i went here for New Years with a party of 8 including myself. This was my first time here and WILL BE MY LAST. The line was atrocious but that was to be expected so no foul there. The property is big enough i suppose however not nearly as large as some of my favourite bars I go to occasionally. The layout is ok, the outdoor space is a plus and helps vent the body heat out of the indoor space which helps. Thats about where the pros end for me. Now for the Cons. First and foremost, the staff is completely comprised of students that attend UCF. So of course, the service is pretty horrendous. Drinks take forever to get, nobody has any sense of urgency, looks like they'd rather be anywhere but there and could not care less whether you have a positive experience or not. Second, the place is a damn mess, we got there as soon as it opened at 9pm and there was cups, bottles and cans laying all over the place as if they spent no time cleaning up from the night prior. The bar was an absolute mess, no idea how the tenders managed to keep track of everything (probably explains why drinks took so long). AND LAST BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST, around 11:30 pm i went to use the bathroom, i was respectful in navigating through the people standing in the way and did my best not to spill anyones drink or cause any trouble. VERY ABRUBTLY i was then shoved from behind by 3 bouncers continuously until they got me to the door. I was shoved again and told to leave. Upon asking the gentlemen why i was being kicked out they said AND I QUOTE "you shoved the wrong bouncer" i stated my case that i did not recall shoving anybody at all and was even trying to avoid that conflict in particular. They absolutely refused to hear me out and when i asked to speak to a manger they denied me that as well. After thinking about it, it may have been a mistaken identity situation as there was A LOT of people in the area at the time. Had they at least listened to what i had to say and actually let me speak to a manager we may have been able to work that out. However as i said, they denied me that. I had purchased my ticket in advance, bought drinks and gave them my business and they threw it right back in my face with no respect or class. Absolutely unacceptable from a business perspective. I will also note that i was not heavily under the influence, stumbling or acting in any way out of character. Compared to many other folk there, i appeared pretty sober. You would think staff would be willing to reason with a customer in that state, but that was not the case. All in all, i still had a good night as i would not allow them to ruin my New Years Eve celebration. However once again, I WILL NOT BE BACK. read more

Holy hell!! Sat at the bar for lunch, 7 people in the entire place. Bartender didn't even blink an eye at the three of us setting at THE BAR!!!! Left after 15 minutes without a drink or food!! This place is a very underrated food and drink spot to go for lunch or dinner their cocktails are very yummy they have a lot of options the food is very flavorful and filling! Bounce has a great atmosphere to watch any sort of sporting event to go along with a great menu. The bone in wings are fantastic along with the rice bowls. The appetizers and small plates like the Brusselsprouts and dumplings are great to start with and share for the table and the service is quick and efficient with music playing at all times.
