HEAVEN. The local goods, the drinks, the food, the service. Fantastic Happy Hour as well. Come on over already!
I'd somehow walked through East End Market countless times before realizing there was a bar tucked upstairs--and now I'm wondering what took me so long! The Neighbors is a cozy little hideaway that's perfect for grabbing a drink after exploring the market. We had already eaten downstairs, so we just stopped in for a couple of cocktails, and it was the perfect way to wind down. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Just a heads-up: seating is pretty limited, so I'd recommend arriving a little earlier if you're visiting during peak hours. Whether you're looking for a pre-dinner drink or a nightcap after browsing East End Market, this spot is definitely worth checking out.
We love the Neighbors! Service is amazing. They have comfortable seating and great vibes. We loved that they can transfer your drink to a plastic cup if you need to run downstairs for a reservation. I tried the Coytown, which includes gin, amaro, peach oolong, and elderflower. It's tart, sweet, and floral. I loved it.
Upstairs at East End with a menu that changes from time to time. My first visit was in October 2024 and going back I keep finding Great service and great atmosphere. They seem to be doing even more events and promoting them too.
I came here with a out-of-town vegan friend who was visiting me. She's vegan, so I wanted to pick a couple of places to bring her with vegan friendly menus. The Neighbors was just the ticket. I love being in this building anyway. The drink menu is incredible, including a pretty nice collection of mocktail and other non-alcoholic options. Plus, the store is full of amazing products, Florida and Orlando themed. Makes you want to buy everything honestly. We went during a holiday-themed menu, so I can't find the specific mocktail I ordered, but I remember I was pretty pleased. They craft their mocktails with quality ingredients. They won't just combine juices, sodas, and lime together and pretend they care about the NA population. As for food, we got a couple of things. We started off with a date app that was stuffed with a tofu ricotta and topped with a fried sage leaf. Wow, what a good bite. A nice, sweet date, creamy, almost-ricotta-like substance inside, and that pop of crispy sage on top. Not a great vegan app, but a great app. Big fan. Then we got one of their Signature Pan Pizzas, The Gardener (tofu ricotta, mushrooms, kale, chutney, caramelized onion, walnut reggiano). Again, not a great vegan pizza, a great pizza. Crispy, crispy crust, and such a wonderful blend of ingredients on top. Creamy ricotta, green bitters from the kale, the sweetness from the chutney, the texture from the walnut concoction, it's all just so perfect. I can't wait to go back to try all the other pizzas.
What a unique gem to be taken to while visiting Orlando! The open kitchen and bar makes for great banter with the staff. The drinks are innovative and incredible. And the open market has so many treasures from local artists to discover. 10/10.
What a cute spot inside the east end market. The Neighbors is located upstairs on the second floor. Once you walk in, you will find a small bar on the left side, retail space in the middle, and some lounge seating area next to the window on the right side. I love these kinds of retail stores as they offer a collaboration for a cool hang out and also while shopping for unique gifts. There are many gift options, including fun socks, clever, greeting cards, apparel, hats, stickers, mugs, and then some. You can sit at the bar or the lounge area and order drinks and small bites from the kitchen. They serve food Wednesday through Sunday at 12 noon you can order items such as appetizers, pizzas and desserts. The pizza is from The Secret Slice by NBRS, located right outside of The Neighbors store. There's a little secret door where they deliver slices of pizza. Cute concept for the pizza. You also get a fabulous view from up here.
Pros: Ambiance is probably the best in Orlando. On the top floor of East End, seating all around a really great store full of Orlando stuff. It's awesome. Service is always really nice. Great people work there. The food has improved more and more over time since we've been coming here over the years, and it's always really delicious. And the drinks are some of the best in town. Cons: No cons. The food does take a while to come out, so don't come here and eat if you're in a hurry. Tips: We came here with a vegan friend, and they have a Very vegan friendly menu. And it's all delicious.
My parents and I came in for a snack and a few cocktails and had the BEST time. I always love coming here when I'm in town, but this experience was one for the books. Noah made us some truly exceptional drinks. Between the three of us we tried: Old Fashioned, Paper Plane, Black Manhattan, Ramos Gin Fizz (whoa!!) and a fun and incredible mango/gin bartender's choice. He was truly a phenomenal mixologist and we were blown away by every cocktail. Lots of great stories, fun advice on trying new drinks, and some history on unique cocktails. Carla was super sweet and took great care of us, making sure our waters stayed filled and fun stories were shared. This is such a cute space and there are plenty of goodies to shop for little gifts and knickknacks. Yummy bites and good drinks make for a perfect shopping and hangout.
I come here all the time with my friends for happy hour :) it's a pretty chill spot and they often have live music. The staff here are really nice. The one thing I don't like is just the parking, it's so bad! If you're coming with friends, you should definitely carpool together or maybe even take an Uber. They have a great happy hour here With six dollar cocktails. My personal favorite is the vodka lavender and lemon, it's so good! There's also pizza on the happy hour menu that I've yet to try. You should check this place out. It's pretty cool. Sometimes we get on the waitlist at Domu and then just wait here too.
What a neat spot! Second floor of the East End Market is where you will find this. They have drinks and they also have a kitchen with pizza and oysters. There's also the cutest retail shop with local goodies. There's comfy chairs here so you can take a break. Have a drink or a snack and browse and enjoy your day. The colors are popping here in my fave color orange too. It's nice to have this space upstairs bc it's a little squishy downstairs. It's also indoors unlike the outside seating that is available.
This location was the host for bake club, it was such a fun experience! We used the private room next to the bar. I could tell many people from bake club used the bar prior to the event starting. The location was clean and I never saw any issues while I was there. Grateful for them letting the event use the space!
We had a pizza with garlic bites and it was delicious. Homemade product is delicious. The customer service was outstanding to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very comfortable. The ambience is great. Have a great little shop to shop in of local homemade goods it's fantastic.

The Neighbors, with its perfect name, is a place where people gather from nearby. Located on the second floor (elevator available), the aroma of pizza greets you as you step inside. As you walk through the corridor, you'll find a space that embodies cocktails, food, and trinkets for browsing and purchasing. With both bar space, high-tops, and regular seating options, you'll be tempted to indulge in all that it has to offer. Parking is available, but ride-sharing is recommended. Come for the Happy Hour, but stay for the vibes and great service. Cheers! read more
An east end market staple - I can't believe this is my first time trying their pizza. The atmosphere of the venue is a little weird with a bar in the middle of a store and tables to eat and drink at scattered throughout. The layout of the venue made it hard to understand if we should order at the bar or wait for a server. We ended up ordering at the bar individually and just waiting at a table on the side for our food. The server came around a few times to check in and they have several self serve water stations which was nice. We ordered drinks and two pizzas. Our drinks were pretty good and reasonably priced. My pizza was delicious - the regular. I really like the pepperoni and honey combo. My partner got the garden pesto pizza and it was weirdly spicy. The ingredients didn't include anything spicy so it's a mystery why the pizza was so hot. She got some ranch to cool it down which luckily was very yummy. Overall a unique experience and not bad food! read more

Super cute bar and shop in East End Market! We came in for an appetizer and a drink, while we waited on our reservation at Domu , and it seemed like a lot of others were doing the same! Our server was very kind and she gave us recommendations for appetizers and my friends chose the garlic bread and the whipped feta. Both were very delicious! The whipped feta had this sweet jam paired with it. I got a tequila cocktail, I forget the name, but it ended up being a little too sweet for my liking. Their little ship had cute Knick knacks and the ambiance was very warm and welcoming! I would love to come back to try more food and cocktails! read more

Retail and Liquor! What else does a woman need?! I've been to The Neighbors before, but this was my first time coming in for $2 Oysters for their Daiqs and Snaqs event which happens monthly. The Daiquiri and Oyster deals were fantastic! The staff is extremely friendly, well versed in liquor, and honestly tons of fun! If you are sitting at the bar, you can see what's happening behind the scenes with the food they're making and drinks their slinging. Meanwhile, the majority of the space is a retail store that highlights local vendors. There is ample seating here as well (AND IN THE AIR CONDITIONING). I do come in here every time I am at East End Market because I love this place :) their rum punches are always good and so are the daiquiris. read more

I was getting some work done on a Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving. I was greeted immediately by a server at the door and she helped me find a good spot where I could plug in all my devices. It was a little late for coffee so I got the seasonal mocktail! It was delicious and tasted like Christmas! Tuesdays they have a few small bites so I got the dates. I absolutely love dates so I was so glad to try them! The ambiance was great and it was quiet with relaxing music so I was able to be quite productive. I will definitely be back on a weekend to try other things! read more
First time trying the upstairs offerings at East End Market for lunch. The grandma pizza was a great pairing with the views and the new episode of Emily in Paris (Rome)! Fluffy crust with fresh ingredients that didn't feel heavy. The servers were very nice and offered options if you are open to something new as well as checked in. read more
If you want superior cocktails in a loud vibrant setting with friendly staff and patrons, well this is the place! Head upstairs at East End Market (maybe before eating downstairs!) and grab a cocktail. Seriously, I could probably spend the afternoon at the bar. Plus they have what looks to be fantastic pizzas and few other items. So, eat lunch, drink, take a nap in your car, come back and do it for dinner. lol. Great spot. read more

I've been here a few times I enjoyed that you could sip and shop the local goods but was a little underwhelmed with the drinks as they have Domu bar downstairs. And Domu has amazing drinks. But most recently I attended their Daiqs n snaqs and had one of the best drinks in my life with oysters. I was later advised they added the Pa'lante Daiquiri to the full menu. So on that note come try the new drink line up on your next trip the East End Market. read more
Yes! Overall, a very refreshing experience. Nice ambience that's good enough for a nice little study session or to do homework or even catch up with friends! This is a true hidden gem of Orlando. Their good is fantastic, their drinks will give you a buzz and the ambience is chill enough to tame a raging bull. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and laid back which made the experience all the better. Shout-out to whoever was making pizza on 9/17 because they really showed me what the standard is! The neighbors is one of my favorite hidden gems and all of Orlando. The neighbors carries amazing local cocktails as well as some snack options including nuts crackers and cheese dip. They have a happy hour Monday through Thursday from 3 PM to 6 PM and most of the cocktails are six dollars. They also have other cocktails as well ranging in price from $10-$15. They have hand made local and select goods including stickers, women's jewelry, men's beard products, perfumes, T-shirts hats and tote bags. Today I got the lavender lemon cocktail for six dollars; I think my total for the cocktail was like $6.49. Which honestly is a steal in this economy; I also picked up a new pair of earrings from a cute little local vendor as well as a angry frog sticker. If you haven't been here this is located in the east end market building on the second floor upstairs from Domu I know also on Fridays they have like live jazz music and four dollar daiquiris!!! 10/10 read more
This is the cutest spot conveniently located in the East End Market! We stopped in for jazz night and enjoyed music, drinks, and great conversation. We also had pizza which was super tasty. The waitresses were super nice and helpful during our visit. I will definitely visit again! read more

This store has a little bit of everything, including divine cocktails and unique small plates. The customer service is phenomenal and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel like family. They have the most unique gift collection as well. So grab a few gifts, find a nice velvet seat in the corner, and order a few cocktails. read more
The banana foster old fashioned was actually superb, im very hit and miss with banana flavored things but this was darn good! Boozy enough that it wasnt too sweet on my palette. The service was great, friendly and informative. The day i went was a date night, we needed to get out and we couldn't have selected a better environment. Local vendors have very Florida merchandise for purchase which add to the cozy fun aesthetic. Great spot for a date or small group of friends. read more

5 Stars for a seriously underrated cocktail program, new food options (Wed-Sun), and a retail shop of local goods. The Neighbors is the perfect spot to grab an assortment of locally-made and themed goods from cocktail mixers, to candles, to locally-themed shirts, socks, jewelry, etc. Beyond the retail options, it's a seriously good spot for a well-balanced cocktail in a casual setting. Their beverage program features rotating seasonal cocktails along with their mainstay standards, named after neighborhoods in Orlando. I had some favorites, but I've yet to find a drink that missed the mark. One thing that blows me away is their care and pricing on the spirit-free (non-alcoholic) section which features creative mocktails (running approx half the price of one of their normal cocktails), and N/A bottles and cans (similarly priced between $4-$7). So often N/A options are an afterthought or priced the same as their alcoholic counterparts and this feels really inclusive and thoughful. They used to host different chef-driven concepts for a year or two, almost like an incubator or residence program, but now they have a menu of light-ish bites that I'm excited to work my way through. So far I've only been able to try the focaccia with winter squash and chili crisp oil, but that alone blew me away. They bake the focaccia in-house and the winter squash with chili crisp was a revelation. The salty bread pairs perfectly with the sweet squash and then a bit of heat and crunch from the chili is absolute perfection. I won't lie, fingers were licked clean after this! I can't wait to try the rest of the menu and am so thankful to have this spot in the neighborhood! read more

BEST PIZZA EVER. Chef Alli killed it with the Gardener pizza. So many amazing flavors... it was perfect! Already looking forward to going back and ordering that (and trying other things!). The desserts were amazing too- flan and medjool dates... yum! read more
I don't know what has taken me so long to write this review, but I have been to The Neighbors so many times this year! Everyone working is always so kind and attentive, making every visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. The space itself is spotless and thoughtfully designed. With its high ceilings and a modern eclectic aesthetic, it beautifully blended wood, leather, and other fun textiles to create a cozy yet open environment. There's always something interesting to catch your eye--stickers, art, clothes, plants, and more. The menu Happy Hour Menu does not disappoint either with drinks that are crafted with care ALL DAY TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY! The Neighbors isn't just a place to eat or drink; it's a whole vibe. Stop by for a drink with friends or Sketchbook Club, work on your laptop, or just soak in the evening sun and easy atmosphere.. Doesn't really matter why you're there, it's always a good time! Such a cute location in the top of East End Market. Arrived and able to get a table quickly. The server brought over the menu and gave us some time to review and decide on our choices. They have some great signature cocktail drinks all named after Orlando neighborhoods. I tried a few and really enjoyed the uniqueness of the drinks and options to tweak if needed (asked for light absinthe in the College Park). There is also a small retail area with some cute items from locally-made vendors. Very clean, bright, and inviting space to have a few cocktails in. read more
Having been to the Neighbors twice I can say it is a great little bar/shop. It is especially great on Tuesday and Wednesdays with all day happy hour! Happy hour has a selection of $6 cocktails and $5 old fashions! You just can't beat those prices! The service is always nice and people you can chat with, then if you wanna walk around they have merch from local small shops selling items around the whole place. Then later in the evening around 5pm they'll have a local music artist playing coffee house tunes to set the chill mood. The only thing I recommend is getting there early if you'd like a seat which they have around the outer edge and beware they have tastings located in the bar seating so you may not be able to sit there. All in all still loving this place! read more
Noah and Sofia behind the bar knows what's up!! If I could rate it higher I would. Ordered the Monkey-ing Around, Audobon, Tequila Grapefruit cocktail and the Fairbanks *chefs kiss to all. All extremely unique to their flavor profile and different. Been craving finding a place like this and it's going on the rotation. Live music of soft singing and saxophone made the atmosphere perfect, so happy to have stopped here before going to Domu for dinner. read more

Such a cute spot on top of an indoor market in Winter Park, on the second floor. This store is a shop and a restaurant. Along with cocktails and food, you can browse the store for merchandise like plants, shirts, jewelry and more. Seating is limited. A few bar seats at the actual bar, seats alongside windows and a very few lower seats. Will definitely be back! read more
