My partner and I got half a dozen donuts, big donuts, for the great price of 4-5 dollars each. These aren't a rip off like the tiny Daily Provision crullers, or diabetes bombs like Krispy Kreme. Fan-fan donuts are all mildly sweet, with fresh fluffy dough, and delicious cream. The guava and cheese and dulce de leche donuts are must orders. The seasonal apple miso paired with an oolong tea is divine. The chocolate and churro donut features a rich dark chocolate and crispy churro that's perfect with coffee. If donut shops could learn to cut down on the sugar and balance out their flavors with a little salt, we would all be in a better place. That's what makes Fan-Fan a sanctuary for people like me.
