WOMEN BEWARE!! Lucky for me I have a boyfriend who knows a lot about cars, or they would've taken serious advantage of my mechanical ignorance. Not only were they trying to push services on me that I didn't need, but they broke my window when they rolled it down pulling it in and out of the garage. I asked them why my window wouldn't roll up and they inspected it and told me it had come off the track. I asked if they were going to fix it and they told me it would cost $75 dollars. They said it wasn't their fault. It might have just been bad luck, but why did they need to roll down the window in the first place? At this point I was so mad that I just left and my boyfriend fixed it at home. I'm never going back to this place! My family has been going to Midas on 7th, for years. I needed an honest mechanic and chose Midas. I can not say enough good things about Tyson, Steve, and the crew. They have been nothing but helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. This is the first mechanics business that did not make me feel like I was taken advantage of. They explained clearly what needed to be done. I had to take my car to the dealership and was given a lot of misinformation and the dealership wanted to charge me thousands and thousands of dollars. I took my car directly to Midas they diagonsed the problem (which was only partially what the dealership said) and fixed it for a lot less. These guys are Great!! read more

If you are not a rich person don't expect to be treated well. My card was declined when trying to pay for my service. Yes it was my fault the payment was not posted in time, but the guy behind the counter treated me like I was trying to rip them off. I unfortunately could not take my vehicle home until payment was made. Ok no big deal, but please don't make my financial hardship worse by treating me poorly. I had to ask him to give me my house keys off the key chain because he grabbed the keys like I was going to flee! LOL! Silly young boy! Will not be coming back there as long as that arrogant dude works there! read more

Truck threw a valve and I decided to install a remanufactured engine instead of repairing old engine. The first remanufactured engine had a crankshaft defect which resulted in oil leaks from the rear main seal. Wound up installing a second engine under warranty...this had a small oil leak which Midas diagnosed and repaired. Jason, Steve & the Midas crew went far beyond the call of duty in getting this back on the road...and dealing with the poor quality control of an engine remanufacturer that I had selected. My highest recommendation....they are honest, knowledgeable and persistent. The truck runs well. read more

I do have to say I'm on my second truck from niels . First was a 2 wheel drive, this time it's a 4 wheel drive.just have to say they are very nice and they get the job done ,had some issue with some wobble and I had gotten the warranty for 2 years and do have to say they went and took care of some stuff that wasnt covered and they charged me a fair price for the parts I'm impressed I would recommend anybody needing a car or truck to come to this location cause they will take care of you good job guys and thank you for the fix on the truck I appreciate it. read more

I've been bringing my car (Acura TL) to this Midas shop for over 3 years now. They are very conscientious and thorough. While having my oil changed, they checked other parts of my engine and found that two of my motor mounts were broken. They saved me a lot of hassles & money. They treat you more like a friend/person than a customer/client. It's comforting to know that you'll be treated well and that their service is to be trusted. Great service --fast-- at fair prices. Take care of our Mercedes ML430 and Hyundai Accent. They put in a radiator in a pinch, at a very reasonable price. Ordered the part from Portland, arrived early, finished work before 5 pm. Other work: new tires installed. Had brake job on Mercedes recently, very reasonable price. Went back a few days later because of an annoying squeak. They got me out of there in ten minutes. Not a sound since. Mostly deal with Sean up front, very nice guy. But everyone there is always helpful and courteous. read more

This auto shop is legit. I brought in 2 older vehicles that where running horribly. Steve the owner went out of his way for me to keep the price down without letting me know it. Older vehicles are hard to find parts for sometimes, so I appreciate the extra effort without the extra charge. I was on my way down to California for the Holidays when my car hydroplaned and then it was making horrible screeching noises that I couldn't locate the source of. First thing the next morning I called Midas and they were able to see me within 2 hours, fixed a splash shield that got bent out of place and charged a very reasonable price. The staff members are very kind and knowledgeable, they provide very prompt service, and it's always been such an ease to make an appointment. They tell me what needs to be done with my car but are not overly pushy about getting you to agree to all of the services which I appreciate! read more
