The first was when I initially moved into my home. There were some loose wires that needed to be taken care of because they were dangling. They reached out and gave me ample time to fix the issue. They also provided me with materials to complete the work. The second time I had to deal with them was for roof repair. They had someone come out the very next day to fix the damage. The other times were for architectural approvals. They were always very responsive and pleasant in communication. My assigned Association Manager is Brenda. She is very helpful and attentive. Also they took down the addresses and a painter painted an address on a piece of wood and stuck it in the ground in the front area. It's good that no one has called the fire department or police because they would have a hard seeing in the dark. I complained to Yvonne Neighbor of CMS Managememt and it upset her and she sent me a letter saying I had ten days to paint my patio trim or I would be fined until I got it done. Felt this was harassment on her part because she sent a picture of the patio and it wasn't even my patio. This was about two months ago and still no progress on their side. A board member is testing out the lights they want, and that was about 3-4 weeks ago, so she can say her driveway is lit up but no one else's lit up.

They came in raising all the fees and penalties and shortened the time period to for assessing those penalties. Also they created penalties on penalties. It like the are trying to assume your property through assumption. I agree with most here that they are rude and unresponsive. I even got an email from them saying it can take up to 24 hours for them to reply to an email. If you have a choice for a management company, don't choose them!

I did a self guided tour (disclosure: if you plan to have this company manage your property, please take note that they leave your property unattended). I did the tour and decided to apply. She said I had to pick up the application which was located outside of her office and that I would need a cashiers check in order for her to process the application. So I drove to her office and grabbed an application and money order. In order for me to submit it, I needed to leave it in the slot door of her office... so I never physically met or spoke to her over the phone - thought the entire process. I submitted my application and she wrote me saying she wasn't going to process my application unless others fell through. The next day the listing was gone and I had to way to speak with Kimberly. She ended up taking the money order and did not process my application. I want everyone to know that this company is lazy and leaves properties unattended, so I would suggest that you do not hire this company to manage your personal property because they leave it unattended and give the gate codes to everyone. Plus, their property manager's never answer their phones. Kimberley is lazy and refused to call, process my application, or be available at the property to see if I had any questions.
