Worst first time rental experience ever. They didn't even include all information into how ever they score. I sent them same information multiple time and full detailed bank statements Because just showing deposit made from my work was not good enough. If that is a normal process that's just strange. I should be able to show you just deposit made into my account. To verify my income. Not show you ever single purchase I have made in the last three months. I asked three weeks ago if I was not going to qualify, why even bother sending in the same information to continue with process but they kept stringing me along saying I would. they knew full well they weren't going to qualify me. So very disappointing for my first time going to rent a apartment. To Bad living in on house for 15 years + with no issues. doesn't even matter. Big disappointment during six years mesa did not t want to replace the carpet saying that the owner didn't want to and mesa was responsible for it because they are incharge of maintenance and not replacing a carpet for so long no matter howmany times t you wash it thats UNHEALTHY, there mainance people never complete a job always left things halfway and sometimes ill have to do it my self and for that mesa never payme, but when is about charging the renters they doit right away ridiculous pricing for nothing and even they stole part of my deposit stating that was for cleaning after I took a weekend to make sure evething was clean. I write this to hopefully mesa be more responsible and fair to the people that pay for a service. And DONT JUST TAKE PEOPLES MONEY. Come on sam if you want people to return the rentals in the exact same condition when they first got in then tell them to pay for rent but don't live there that way nothing wears out..i left the place clean so you own me 125dlls.. and the cheap carpet mesa use for rental properties belive me has to be replace every 3 to 4 years tops. Mark has been very knowledgeable, professional and understanding when it came to renting our house out for the first time. When it was time to start renting out my property in Ontario, I did a quick search and Google and Yelp and got a few quotes from different property management companies and Sam from Mesa was the fastest to respond and even gave me a call to discuss more. I would give 0 stars if I could. We just moved out of a rental that we lived in that was under Mesa property management. I think we only called them out there one time to fix something, we never had any complaints, we were always good to our neighbors, (our neighbors came and thanked us for being so good to them before we moved out, for always being so respectful and that we would be missed). After we rented for over 2 years Mesa properties would constantly raise our rent more and more until we were forced to move out (by the end of it our rent was raised so high that we could have afforded a 5 bedroom house for the same price). When we finally couldn't deal with them raising the rent anymore, we moved out, because we are nice people we had the house throughly cleaned by a maid service and had the carpets cleaned before we left. Instead of giving us our deposit back they charging us 200 dollars for house cleaning and 300 dollars for carpet cleaning EVEN THOUGH WE ALREADY PAID AND HAD THIS DONE without even being asked. They are also charging us 80 dollars for "still living there" on the first of the next month even though we were already completely moved out by the 29th. They are charging us 350 dollars for pet damage even though they OKed us to have a pet (a cat, the house came unfurnished) and that I just normal wear and tear. They charging us 75 dollars to install a "universal remote" which we never had, I don't know what they are talking about the house never came with a universal remote, and 15 dollars for a "fire place key" that they NEVER EVEN GAVE US in the first place? We never had used the fire place once while living there because they never even gave us a key to it. So if you are going to rent from Mesa property management, be ready for your rent to be raised insanely every month for no reason and then them to nickel and dime you when you finally move out for things that don't even make sense. Joshua Long, You weren't helpful at all, we were always good tenants I don't know why we were treated this way. VERY DISAPPOINTED. (Notice that the only good reviews are from people that used this company to rent out their home, all the bad reviews are from the renters that actually had to deal with Mesa property management, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RENTERS, please read all the reviews before consider renting from them.
