Pixie Sweets is a small bakery sort of situated behind Collette's Superette. The staff was super friendly and explained what they had. They have a lot of gluten free and keto options. We bought two cupcakes on the monthly menu and oh my goodness, they were incredible! They were perfectly moist and not crumbly. The frosting was the perfect amount. We also got a mystery bag which had a sugar cookie (very good), a cake pop (so good), and a chocolate covered marshmallow and chocolate drizzled rice crispy treat (my kids devoured both!). Back again to one of my favorite local spots--Memory Maker's Cafe and Cupcakery! The service here is always amazing, making every visit such a treat. This time, I enjoyed my favorite iced coffee (the best around!), replenished my matcha tea to enjoy at home, and treated myself to two special cupcakes. On top of that, I tried the breakfast quiche, and let me tell you--it's out of this world! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I found out they offer classes and you can use their event space. So exciting I stop in very often, and it's always worth it. I live in the NKY area and was craving bubble tea. Usually I venture over to Cincy but I found this hidden gem during my quest for boba! This is a cute little spot that serves as a (i believe) craft place and mini store. There were a group of ladies creating holiday cookies while I was there and it sounded like they were having a blast. The customer service was amazing. The young lady behind the counter was very vegan knowledgeable and made the best Taro Bubble Tea with Oat Milk for me. They had a blended or shaken option which I opted for shaken but next time, I want to try a blended version. They offer fruit popping boba and chewy boba pearls. The chewy boba pearl is their house-made Brown Sugar Boba, which is different than the traditional tapioca pearls, but delicious nonetheless. I loved the texture. I snagged a vegan/GF Grinch cupcake which was pistachio and almond flavor, along with a vegan/GF Wedding Cake cupcake. Let me tell you, these were extremely flavorful and soft and perhaps the best cupcake I've ever had. I appreciate that they don't just drown the cake in sugary icing so you can taste the flavor profiles better. They also serve coffee so if you need a little pick me up or a midday sweet treat, swing by this place! You won't be disappointed. I will definitely be back to try more of their goodies! read more

This cupcake shop has the most delicious, decadent cupcakes, and every single flavor is 10/10! They have different cupcakes every month, but others are on the menu all the time. Some of our favorites have been the double chocolate, the s'mores, the snickers, the pink champagne. There are too many to list!!! The service is great! They also have coffee, including cold brew. Called on Friday I believe they had my order ready the next day or two. Inside is clean and wide open space. Updating my review - I went to their new location, was happy to see it. I was in the area at the laundry mat. They needed a cafe around that area so this was a plus having that there. I went in craving some sugar. I got 4 cupcakes, the Reece's peanut butter cup, Oreo, cookie dough and red velvet. THEY WERE AMAZING. The girls are very nice and very helpful into helping me choose which flavor of cupcake to get since I'm very indecisive. Despite the whole bubble tea ordeal, (from my previous post) I would still get the bubble tea here if I was craving it. The brown sugar jelly isn't bad. I actually get jelly added to my bubble tea anyway. When they first opened a kind lady (may have been the owner) told me they use to serve traditional boba balls but since no one out here didn't really know what it was they stopped selling it. The bubble teas are still good, like I said they'll hit the spot real well for your cravings. I'll try to come by once every 2 weeks as we go to the laundry mat next door. So I'm excited to get my cupcake fix!! read more

A conversation that just occurred with Tiffany via phone, one of the owners of memorie makers bakery consisted of me and my best friend being threatened to have the police called on us for us leaving reviews about the service of their company and no reimbursement of the cake will be made. So everyone please be aware that this family owned business threatens to call the cops for poor reviews left about their business and products. She also stated that all of their cakes come out looking burnt and that is normal. This cake crumbled and was burnt on the bottom and it was $115 for this cake from them! Feel free to repost and share this word to everyone you know because all they do is delete your comment or make it invisible for others to see and block you! If you guys are going to close you need to do more than post on your Facebook. When you look this place up it says open when you go to yelp it says open. When you go to the mall it says open and then you walk in and nobody is there. Not even a sign inside saying closed. RIDICULOUS, shouldn't have to look at Facebook for your business hours. If there's a change make sure customers know you are closed. Tiffany made my 3 yr olds super hero cake and it was so cute I did not want to eat it because it was amazing looking but when I did it was the best tasting moist cake ever and I have a ton of allergens she made it exactly to my specifications! We stumbled on the Olde Kentucky Market inside the Florence Mall today. It's a great concept housing several small businesses. We purchased bubble tea from Memorie Makers and were well pleased. The cafe is cute with a large menu. There were many options with the bubble tea and the owner even offered to blend it slushy style for us...a different way to drink bubble tea for us. You can also choose between traditional and popping bobas. Overall, I'd recommend dropping in this small, local, yummy, and affordable cafe. read more

The employees were super nice! We ordered a taro bubble tea and an Oreo cupcake. Unfortunately they were out of the traditional boba pearls and our cupcake had a hair in it... but they happily exchanged the cupcake for a hairless one the Oreo cupcake was delicious! The taro tea didn't taste like the usual taro you'd get anywhere else but it was okay. I'd like to go back and try some of the other boba tea flavors and hopefully get some traditional pearls with it next time! read more

I came in to get my sons 2nd birthday cake and was VERY disapointed with the cake that I paid 215$ for. The owner of the company was very nice and reassured me that she would be able to do different elements with fondant which is exactly what I was hoping to get. the only thing on my cake that ended up being fondant was 4 sea shells and a blue "wave" that was coming from the top.. she told me to send her different pictures of the sea creatures i wanted two weeks before so that she could come up with ideas to add to the cake and used none!! but what she thought the best thing to do was add cut out edible images which I specifically TOLD HER I DID NOT WANT! I could have went to Walmart for that and paid ATLEAST HALF OF THE PRICE I PAID FOR HER CAKE! and pasted them on the cake in random places. what really put the icing on the cake was she charged extra for the 4 seashells she did in fondant. When I reached out to her to let her know how disappointed I was she never responded ! I was so excited about my sons 2nd birthday!! his first birthday was cancelled due to COVID! She had me so pumped and had me envision this beautiful cake with awesome colors and cute fondant babysharks. just imagine how devastated you would be to pick up a cake with cut outs of randomly pasted images how generic and then the disrespect of her not even apologizing for slapping some cake together just to collect money.
