Shout out to Ruth Mendoza, owner of this most amazing bakery. I'm blown away each and every visit with the attention to detail, quality, and welcoming atmosphere. They are currently featuring a banana nut muffin that is to die for. When I tell you, it is the best tasting banana nut muffin I've ever had in my entire life, I am not over embellishing. Light and airy and FULL of flavor. I also highly recommend the chicken with salsa verde empanada and their lattes. My ultimate goal is to buy one of the perfectly decorated cakes from their case. This isn't my first review, but I just had to circle back and let everyone know. This place is a must!!!

The coffee and bakery here is so good.....yummy in my tummy I got a iced caramel latte it was to die for....the decor in here was also tea. The young lady behind the counter was extremely nice 10 out of 10 service.

Ambiance is amazing here. You walk in and there is just a sense of peace here. The colors are warm and beautiful and just wraps you in a beautiful embrace. All the baked goods are baked fresh daily. Delish and great coffee

Stopped by for a sweet treat a smile was not disappointed! The Tres Leches cake with peaches was wonderful and huge! More than enough to share. The Lavendar Honey Latte was great! Everything served tastefully on/in china with nice flatware. The decor is elegant and atmosphere very pleasant. Highly recommend!

This is such a cute 'hidden' gem in northern Kentucky! I'm lucky that it's so close to my house ;) A very cute vibe, staff are welcoming & knowledgeable, coffee & baked goods are delicious. The cakes in the case are STUNNING! We will definitely be back to try some cake or to purchase one for an event! Highly recommend checking them out.

My favorite coffee shop in Northern Kentucky. The staff are so friendly. The lattes are amazing, iced or hot. Empanadas are delicious and I love the donut with chocolate icing. Even though we love trying new coffee shops we seem to always end up there. My wife has become a regular during the week.

In celebration of Latinx Heritage Month beginning today, I had to check out this adorable Mexican-style bakery! I've driven past amiel arte several times since they opened earlier this year, and am so glad I finally stopped in. This is probably one of the most beautiful bakeries in Greater Cincinnati/NKY. The decor and attention to detail are just *chef's kiss.* And their food/drink selections looked just as incredible -- it was hard to make a decision with so many pretty options! I ended up taking a slice of their Mocha Tres Leches cake to-go, which was absolutely delicious. The lovely young woman who helped me asked if I wanted extra milk with it, which is always a yes in my option! This was a fun take on the classic Latin American dessert, with a sweet coffee flavor and a nutty pecan filling between moist pieces of sponge cake. Don't miss out on this delightful hidden gem in Florence, KY! The cute interior alone is well worth the short drive from Cincinnati.

This is a very cute Mexican bakery hidden in a strip mall in Florence. The interiors are super chic in pink and good combo. I'm certainly coming back on a day when I work from home and spend the afternoon working from the bakery. I bought a cake from here for my husband's bday. The lady who runs the place, Nanda, is very accommodating and will try her best to meet any requests you make, within reason. You can tell she really cares for the customers and ants you to leave happy. I also got a personal sized banana nut loaf, it was made fresh and tasted really well. While I was waiting for my cake, I had a savory bun that was filled with mozzarella cheese. It had a garlic dusting on it. I must say it was an amazing snack! I have a few feedback points to make this place even better - Get a board outside the store, right now there is no ways to know there is a bakery here unless you are looking for it. Heat all the treats in an air fryer or an over instead of microwave. It makes a world of a difference in the food experience. Continue being awesome!

Very cute spot. The food and drinks tasted fresh and made with quality ingredients. That being said, it took some time for the food to come out. We had a decent size party, and one person's order was forgotten altogether. Lastly, when a staff member tried to hand a water filled to the brim across the table, it spilled on me. I was disappointed that there was no acknowledgment or offer to assist. Overall, it is a clean space with clean food and certified to satisfy a sweet tooth.

What an absolute gem! The decor and atmosphere is so warm, inviting, and beautiful. Perfect spot for brunch, girls outing, or just to grab coffee. Their brunch menu is perfect and tastes delicious! I had quite possibly the best Carmel latte I've ever had. SO GOOD! Service was friendly and pleasant. Their selection of baked goods made me want one of everything. I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend them.

Talk about a hidden GEM!! OMG!! From the moment you walk through the door. The Decor is incredibly soothing, warm and inviting. I went in with the intention of grabbing something to go. But after a moment, I changed my mind. Then to the food, a whole other level of EXCELLENCE!! It was hard to decide what to try first. I went with the Cheesecake. Not only was it beautiful to look at but it tasted Fabulous. I plan to go back to purchase an entire cheesecake as a birthday gift. I was that impressed. I also got a Strawberry Smoothie. Excellent. I loved it. Just Delightful. These ladies have managed just Perfection with their Art!! Baking at this level is definitely an Art. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of their menu. The service was amazing. They were kind and patient, even when I couldn't decide where to start. See you soon ladies. BRAVO!! Job well done. Don't miss out, give them a try.

If you've never visited the dreamiest bakery in Northern Kentucky, you're missing out! we visited Amiel Arte bakery a few months ago for some delicious conchas, churros & tres leches cake. we also tried cookies & empanadas. My favorite thing was the coffee-flavored concha - so soft & fresh; my husband loved the churros & wished he had bought more! This place is so beautiful & the staff was so helpful & kind. I can't wait to visit again & try more things! I've heard their coffee is great too!

First, let me say over the years we've bought many cakes and desserts from Emersons. We usually go…read moreto the Florence location and have never had an issue. This review is specifically for this Dixie Highway location. My mother ordered a cake for a family birthday party from this Emerson's location. The girl who took the order said she was new. Mom ordered chocolate cake with white icing. The cake we received was chocolate with cherry flavor and yellow cream cheese icing. Frankly, the cake was disgusting and inedible. The chocolate cake tasted like it had no sugar but there was a faint cherry taste like they added cherry extract and the cream cheese icing was sour and overpowering with a lot of cream cheese. Out of 8 people, we all tried it and no one liked it or ate it. It's pretty hard to make cake taste bad but this one was awful. My mom called there a few days later and the same girl tried to gaslight her by saying they don't even sell a chocolate cherry cake, or yeah they do sell one but it has cherry filling not extract. Regardless, the cake we received was not what we ordered. The young lady told my mom to contact the manager. My sister contacted the manager by email, no response. She called and spoke to someone today (possibly the same very rude young lady) who basically accused us all of lying and hung up on my sister! We still have the gross cake, which is going in the trash where it belongs.

READ THIS preface:…read morei am very easy going. i have been in customer service for years and even on my worst i would have never treated someone how this woman treated me. i called to place an order to pick up a birthday cake- i just asked for "happy birthday X" with a small heart if that was possible to which the woman on the phone said yes and that it would be ready to pick up anytime today. i gave her my CC info over the phone and paid right then. when i arrived, an elderly woman met me and was pretty rude right off the bat, but nothing that would unnerve me. she asked my name but i gave her the name in the cake (because the woman on the phone didn't ask for my name) and she made a snide comment about that for some reason.. when i saw the writing on the chocolate chip cheese cake was bright fire truck red i apologized and let her know that wasn't what i had asked for- clearly a miscommunication because the woman on the phone didnt ask about a color- but i was not expecting red (in my mind i was thinking chocolate bc its a chocolate chips cheesecake right?) no worries, i just politely asked if they could scrape it off and rewrite it (in the most apologetic-not-wanting-to-be-a-burden way) prepared for her to say no.. she scoffed rolled her eyes was visibly angry with me making me feel horrible for even asking! (but after all i am the one paying for it!) when she finally came back with the cheesecake, i was appalled. all they did was smear around the red icing and write over it. i mean, i am not a particular person, i didn't even care the writing on it was ugly, but the red all over a white cheese cake was just- well there was no way i could bring that anywhere! i apologized again but let her know that's just not something i could pay for. i mean it was atrocious- and again im not very particular! (she snatched it away before i got a photo!!) she proceeded to become increasingly angry with me saying would refund me and wanted me to leave.. but i needed a cheesecake. any cheesecake at this point! she wouldn't even let me purchase a different cheesecake! she just wanted me to leave, after SHE was the person to deliver THE WORST customer service i've experienced anywhere in my life. she then said i took the receipt (that i was never given) and was angry when i couldn't produce said receipt from thin air.. i managed to walk out of there with a plain cheesecake, no writing, no chocolate chips, no receipt. and trembling from the encounter. when i was walking out she yelled at me and called me rude. to which i responded "ma'am i am not being rude, but i hope your day gets better" and left the scene. (another worker and customer who were in there just stared with their jaws dropped) i will NEVER be going back there and i am letting all of my friends and family know how atrocious this was. the woman refused to produce her name and when i asked if she was the owner she said she was not. i'm sorry, but emerson's you need to fire this woman. i don't care if she's your great grandma, or just an elderly person you wanted to give a job but she is a horrible person to have at the front of your store. has left a horrible taste in my mouth. let's hope this cheesecake can sweeten it up - because THAT would be the icing on the cake- if it's not even good! fingers crossed! customer service: F (for reasons above) food: TBD ambiance: smells moldy when you walk in, and everything comes in styrofoam and clear plastic making even an okay looking cake look cheaper than walmart. (which is where i will be going next time) SUPER disappointing - had hoped to support a small business today, but now i hope they go under.
