Our first via to Bailey Jayne's was FANTASTIC! Amy greeted us and was friendly and very helpful with making our selections. Her attention and customer service made our experience outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure our visit and meal was memorable. My husband had the Rueben sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar soup, and I had the Chicken pot pie. Both were very delicious! We had asked someone where we should eat local and while she gave us many options she HIGHLY recommended Bailey Jayne's and we now know why. Our meals were freshly made with great ingredients, served hot and well portioned. ...and then there is the bakery... WOW! My husband tried a cheese danish and I had a glazed croissant (cronut) I have never had a better cheese danish ever, and the cronut melts in your mouth. mmm mmmm goooood! I don't think I've seen a cuter cafe and it's located in the small town of Walton, KY. I highly recommend the drive and experience I believe it's worth it. We went Saturday morning because we like to eat breakfast out on Saturday mornings. Also did I mention that Thomas loves donuts? That quite possibly an understatement. Ha! We ordered coffee for him and an almond milk latte for me. Their coffee is outstanding and no bitter aftertaste. We bought a lbs of coffee to bring home and enjoy. So many different and specialty donuts it was hard to choose. I got the frosted pumpkin spice- delicious! He got an icing topped and jelly filled yeast donut which he loved. We decided to eat in vs getting our meals to go. Thomas had the guetta sandwich on an English muffin with egg and cheese. I got a plain biscuit with jelly and a side of hash browns. Unfortunately, the hash browns were grilled with meat which I could taste so I didn't eat them. The only bad part of our experience. We will definitely return for more coffee and donuts. Let me start with the good. Love the yeast donuts They're amazing especially the tiger tails. The disappointment came when I made a special trip just for the cherry bombs. This item not only lack flavor and size, but it was really dense and heavy. This place has been recommended to me so many times but because of where I used to live I never got the chance to go... Luckily that's not the case anymore and I have to say, It did not disappoint at all. This nice little bakery is one that makes me feel just at home and to be honest, I don't know why. It may have been the ambience, the employees that are always smiling, the look of the fresh doughnuts or the bacon smell coming out the kitchen, it just felt like it. First things first! Go to their Facebook page, they make different types of donuts almost every day, but be aware! Those special ones go fast! They always have the regular types but the daily ones are hard to catch. They sometimes put up a post with specials as well. The doughnuts were great, fluffy but with consistency, very tasty, airy and not toooo sweet, just perfect!!! The breakfast are like one you find in a diner, simple but delicious... Ive always say that less is more (Unless is bacon or butter LOL) and they follow that rule EXCEPT with the eggs on the sandwich, check the pics I added, you'll see hahaha but that's not a complaint. We stopped by here on Friday morning on our way to TN. Found it on Yelp. My husband and I got the biscuit and gravy which was good. Our daughter n grand daughter got the croissant sandwich with egg, bacon and cheese. The ladies who served us were nice. They have a variety of baked goods. Which of course we got some to go. It's small place but homey. There are a couple of picnic tables out front to sit at which is what we did. Also they had some toys for grand dtr to play with which was nice. We hired them to do the desserts for our wedding. The desserts were good everyone loved the fried pies especially. We were disappointed in the service. We paid for them to deliver and set up the desserts. When we arrived to the reception a bridesmaid informed us that the desserts were left in the refrigerator and herself and a guest set them out. When we informed Bailey Jaynes about what happened they stated the delivery person couldn't get into the set up reception area and supposedly asked someone what to do and they contacted someone in the wedding party to inquire what to do and was told to leave them in the fridge. Myself or my husband would have been the contact and we did not receive a call. If so we would have told them where to find the dessert table for set up. And the access to the reception area from the kitchen was fully open as we were there all morning until early afternoon and was in and out of the kitchen area. They haven't offered an apology or a refund of the charge for delivery and set up. We were very disappointed in our experience as we paid a lot of money for our desserts. read more

I go to the branch in Williamstown, Ky. The donuts are the best around. Teresa is the main worker at this location, she has been very friendly and helpful. Though this location does not offer as much in the way of the specialty coffees and breakfast options, it is a quant little place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We meet here every Friday to do a Bible study, and it has a general coffee shop atmosphere, despite being in a pizzeria.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As far as the Walton Location, the food is great, sliders are the popular go to. A large selection for specialty espresso drinks. Last time I went Reed was the barista and he does a good courteous job. Amy does a lot of the day to day up front work and brings a pleasant and fun vibe to the place. When you run into Jayne in the store she always asks about your experiences, greets you and thanks you for coming. To me that type of personal investment in the customers is a blessing. I have not tried their cakes but they look good. They have a gluten free coffee cake that is tasty. overall they have a wide variety of donuts and danishes. One plus for me is their fritters have a gooey center, which I prefer to those that are more dry. the Flaky Croissants are a a must try as well. Cinnamon rolls are spot on, I wouldn't say they are over the top amazing, but you won't be disappointed with your choice of one for sure.
