[[HIGHLIGHT]]The hive is such a vibe!! It's so beautiful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service is always fast and helpful. At our last visit I had the Jersey girl which was delicious. The coffees are always a hit! You gotta check it out!!

A friend and I decided to grab brunch after church. This is a local small business that has been thriving, but I suggested it because I hadn't been in a while. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Expect a moderately high energy vibe during peak times.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Quick and friendly! The wait was 30 min, as it appeared so many others also had the idea to visit this morning. My friend chose the BYO quesadilla, which was served with sour cream and salsa. She also got a side of fruit. I opted for the BYO omelette. It comes with a bread option, so I went for one of their in-house biscuits with a side of gravy. The onions were a fine dice and well sautéed in my omelette, which was perfect! And the biscuit was just as yummy as I remembered. Good things to note: You pay at the table, with the option to do tap/Apple pay , which I greatly appreciate. Don't forget to get a couple of biscuits to take home and later enjoy with butter and honey.

The Sab - Toast topped with avocado, cream cheese, fried egg, and tajin

We've been wanting to try the Hive for a while and stopped by on my husband's birthday. It was good and I'm glad to have a cute place in Erlanger for breakfast. I loved the Sab, the avocado toast with tajin, and my fried egg on top was perfectly runny. My husband and I also loved the Cornetto. The biscuit and gravy was good but the biscuit was a little chewy and not as fluffy as I'd have liked. The Panini toast was good; it reminds me of a similar one at Sotto but the wheat toast was not as a good as the grilled sourdough used at Sotto. The pork sausage was not my favorite, not sure why but the taste a little off for me. I felt the prices were a little high but I feel that way almost every where I eat out these days! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had worried it wouldn't be a great restaurant for kids but I would bring them back; there's plenty of seating (though the parking lot was full!).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This place was so good we ate there twice while on vacation to see the Ark & the Creation Museum. Great service and great food! So nice to have a good restaurant in an area where their weren't many food options! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is beautiful too.. looks like it's a repurposed old home with lovely decor![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

It has been a while since my first visit. It still does not disappoint... For a weekday morning there was no waiting, every person was greeted when entering, outstanding service, the Breakfast plate I ordered is hot and delicious. They serve this sausage called "Goetta"- it is delicious. Their menu offers many options to choose from..there is something for everyone. I will visit again.

Well this building has been a few different things in the last number of years but it is now known as The Hive. They have a good sized menu that focuses on breakfast. I tried an omelet with ham, cheese, and cheese sauce. It was absolutely loaded with flavour and cheese which makes me a happy camper. I also got one of their enormous biscuits with homemade jelly. Their biscuits were top notch but the jelly was definitely something special. It was an absolutely delicious breakfast. The service was outstanding and they really prettied up this building as the restaurant looked great and was really busy which was great to see. This was a real treasure and I can't wait to come back.

Goat cheese, honey and nuts toast

This is a pretty, casual and a laid back place for coffee and breakfast. I believe they have all day lunch as well. I liked the black and white theme decor mixed with wood tones. I got the cappuccino with a toast with goat cheese, honey and nuts. Both were really good to taste. My husband got a breakfast platter that he liked. There is parking at the back and it gets pretty busy on weekends, so you might need to wait a bit to get a table.

The food was really good A very good serving of food. Not too little and not too much. Felt like this was a step above First Watch. Our service was great. Very observant and attentive to our needs. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Conversation was a bit hard due to no booths and very open dining area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor is very inviting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I am obsessed with this place! We were in town for a wedding and this spot was almost across the street from our hotel! So I figured it was worth checking out and omg and I glad we did! The building was the absolute cutest and very on theme with the "Bee Hive" There was a little wait but we were able to go upstairs and order a coffee while we waited. It did take quite some time to get our coffee (we got our table before our drinks were done) and unfortunately I was really disappointed with the coffee. I got an iced honey latte and just didn't enjoy the flavors, but I also got almond milk and I find that sometimes almond milk can alter the taste of a drink. Moving on to the food OMG, not only is the menu HUGE with soooo many amazing options, but it taste as good as it sounds! I got a biscuit with jelly, the Philly bowl and a side of cheesy grits and it all got a 10/10! The flavor was so good I genuinely had a hard time picking my absolute favorite thing. I would definitely come back here and would HIGHLY recommend people visit!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Really cool vibe inside a house practically.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Just a solid breakfast place . Nothing crazy . Service was good and food didn't take too long. Nothing wowed me.

Restaurant app says close at 2pm. We got there at 1:55pm and they denied us service. I get it closing time but business is a business!

Yes. There are a ton of options because the owner has celiac disease. It's taken very serious.

I don't drink, but my companions do and they loved every drink they got - even though they aren't huge gin lovers. The food menu wasn't huge (tapas style) but was diverse and decent especially for a mainly bar setting! We ordered the spanish olives, pitas and whipped feta + hot honey, swedish meatballs, pigs in a blanket, al pastory bone in ribs, caesar salad and ensalada de seville.

The speakeasy jazzy vibes were def up my alley. They were wrapping up brunch service, so we were just glad that we were able to get some food. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit which was super greasy but very filling and delicious. My partner got a scramble, which he liked but there were some very hard bits of we think the meat in the dish, and I chalked it up to it likely being the last bits of the available brunch offerings. But he was a little disappointed about that. As for the drinks...the thing that drew me here in the first place, as a gin lover, I was very very pleased. Delicious, both the ones I got (a seasonal cocktail and a classic) and I simply wish I had more time and money to spend here with a fancy drink in my hand. I would love to come back here on a future visit to the Covington/Cincy area.
