I came here with my BFF, we were greeted as soon as we walked in and after our waitress cleaned a booth we sat down. We looked the menu over and ordered coffee then our meal. The place was clean and even the bathrooms although very small were clean as well. We watched as our food sat under the heat lamp for a bit and when it did make it to our table, it may have been slightly cool. The food was still very good. With that said I was never offered a refill on my coffee. Am I complaining, not really more of a if you come here I would ensure if you need something ask. I would still come back.

Sliders - A plate features a fried chicken sandwich with a bun, fried chicken fillet, and ketchup. Accompanying the sandwich is a serving of coleslaw made of shredded cabbage and carrots. A small metal cup of ketchup is also present on the plate. The plate is green and the background shows part of a person's arm and a table surface.

My BFF and I stopped in after a Yelp event while we were still in Covington. It was very busy and we took the last available table. The food was really good but sat under a warming light too long and came out just warm. The service was meh. Our wait person took our order and had no further contact with us until she brought the bill. The hardest working person was the older woman who sat us, brought our menus and brought our food out to us. She was very friendly. I will say again the food was good and there was a lot to choose from on the menu. It was almost $50 (before tip!) for 2 people having brunch and that seems too expensive to fight Covington traffic to go back.

Great little diner! Was in town for my husband's work event this little diner was around the corner from our hotel within walking distance. Service was good food was unique but very good.

Bottom line...GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE! We went on a Wednesday after the lunch rush so we got a nice booth and our waiter (sorry didn't get his name) was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Was in the mood for a Smash Burger and it didn't disappoint. My wife had sliders and were extremely good. The menu is not HUGE but there is something there for everyone.

Cute little place! Great service and great food. I got the biscuit bowl which was biscuits and gravy plus an egg. Very good gravy. Only complaint is that the booths are quite uncomfortable

Myself and my aunt arrived 5min after opening on a Saturday and we were addressed right away. Very friendly & quick service, place looked clean with very fun diner-esc decorations. And wow- probably the best chicken & biscuit combo I've ever tasted! The sweet and salty balance is perfection- don't fear the apple syrup! I will definitely be returning to try more. Maybe I overlooked it on the menu- but I wish there were more specialty coffee options! There is street parking but we opted for a nearby paid public lot and enjoyed the short walk to the diner.

As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed by the entire staff. There was no wait today so we were able to sit right down and instantly take your drink order. The menu itself is straight forward and the waitress was willing to give her recommendations. Ended up going with the biscuit bowl which was an amazing rendition of biscuits and gravy and to accompany the savory, I ordered the berry French toast. The food, in general was INCREDIBLE. The overall vibe of the place is super nice as well. Real lowkey and chill. Everyone was amazing and again the food was a home run!

We really enjoyed eating here. The waiter was terrific. My daughter and I both had the Pike Street Hash, it was delicious and the remoulade that topped it was a wonderful addition. The place is very clean. I highly recommend it when in Covington.

Adorable cafe that serves breakfast and lunch (and cocktails). I found on Yelp and we were seated right away. I was also given a yellow rose. Apparently all the female customers are given them. We started with coffee in large mugs, and I was given a little pot of creamer. We each got the Bluegrass omelette, served on top of sourdough bread and with Havarti sauce on top. Delish. Boyf also got 2 pancakes and I tasted. They are thin, almost like crepes. Again, deilsh. The cranberry/vodka cocktail was very good. Service was exellent. We would def come back when in the area again.

A breakfast plate includes toasted bread, sliced pork, and a fried egg with a runny yolk, topped with a creamy white sauce. The dish is served on a white round plate with a fork placed on the side. The presentation emphasizes classic breakfast ingredients with a sauce adding flavor.

Another great concept from the group that brought you Cesar and Yuca! Pike Street has diner vibes, and their menu has some great offerings. The waffle was a great size for the table. I ordered the hot brown and added added egg-it was delicious! They also have a variety of breakfast and brunch cocktails including coffee cocktails.

I don't love the cocktail bars with aloof service that seem to think ignoring you is excellent customer service. The happy hour slaps - the prices are actually really good and it goes until 7pm. My bestie is obsessed with their low price on La Marca. I have tried several of their daiquiris and cocktails and haven't found a loser yet. They don't have food but that just means they are pet-friendly. There is plenty of food in the area (for pete's sake, OTR Kroger is across the street). I wouldn't mind some snack availability but it's fine. I love the Key West/Hemingway-inspired decor. You'll be comfortable no matter how dressed up or dressed down you are. I love when the weather allows for the big windows to be open. The patio is great people watching. There is also several parking options nearby. The meters on Court St, a pay lot on the next block, or if you spend at least $15 at Kroger, you can get three hours of free parking. And that's the perfect amount to spend on snacks! Check out Pilar if you're looking for a laid-back vibe and decor but top-shelf service and cocktail options. Don't forget your dog!

Be aware it will be FAST. Look at the order ahead of time if you're a picky eater/drinker. They run your appointment like clockwork, and you'll be in-and-out, gulping down cocktails, through the entire experience. Your two drinks are included (this year, anyway), and I'd honestly be surprised if you managed to have time for a third. Time zips by fast. That being said, because they do it this way, you essentially have constant service, there's "events" that happen at the end of your reservation time, (I don't want to spoil it, but cover your drink!), and then they kick you out. Service was friendly, though, and I saw the server make time to take group photos for all of the tables (including ours) with someone at the table's camera. (No bullshit "group photo" upsells here) It's kinda loud, though, and I wouldn't recommend this as a chill meet-up-and-socialize spot. (If you wanna talk, they have an addendum, Christmas-themed laid-back bar next door.) It's more of a "get blasted in the face by Christmas for an hour and then leave" experience. It's pretty loud, and talking can be a bit difficult over the music and constant interruptions (more drinks? Photos? Cute Christmas video montage?) But this works in its favor as it feels the most Christmas, over-the-top, and seasonal out of all the holiday bars I've ever been to. It also keeps it from feeling too crowded as reservations are required, so you for-sure have a seat and you don't have to stand forever in line to wait for drinks. I'd probably guesstimate that bar staff is making all of their seasonal drinks, constantly, and servers just pick one up to deliver. With the capacity in here, it would make sense. No idea what the bar is like the rest of the year; this is just a review for the Miracle pop-up which, again, is probably the best I've been to in the Midwest. Cincinnati, you're spoiled down here. (Sidenote, I was absolutely taken aback by their TV presentation on the wall. It's hard to describe, but it isn't just a projector showing a giant rectangle. It's specifically slotted into the holes in-between holiday decorations. Staff told me that had to hire special technicians to get it to show up that way and that's seriously a level of detail I am so amazed by.)
