Tigers Eye
Teri E.

Our party of 3 stopped in for an after dinner cocktail on Saturday evening. We sat at the bar and were greeted immediately. The vibe is 70s Vegas/hipster/jazz. Really fun! The bartenders were fun to watch. Very efficient and accurate. I had the Tigers Eye and it was great. Well balanced and tasty. The music is accompanied by a roving saxophonist, adding to the jazzy vibe. Fun place to stop in for a drink or two.

We came to Prim for a last minute GNO and Woww this place is a vibe. We did not make a reservation and the staff is very friendly- a bartender grabbed a table for us when the party before us had gotten up and left. The drinks are truly one of a kind and so good- I got the one that is espresso martini inspired with bruleed banana vodka. You cannot go wrong! I love how the place encourages to put phones down and be present in the moment- "privacy is the last luxury" they say. I truly only had my phone out to snap these pics! I want to come back and be able to sit in the seating area to the left - it looked really cool.

Ver very nice place! Good drinks, swanky vibes. Bartenders were very nice including the manager on duty 2/14. Making a reservation for next time soon.

Our server was so sweet! Came with a group of friends and they were able to get us a seat within 10-15 minutes. We didn't realize it was a reservation night but they were accommodating. I ordered a mocktail - it was very good! Will definitely come back! They have live shows which was a great surprise.

Considering this place just opened a few weeks. It was a weekend Sunday. we checked this speakeasy place out. Not busy at all. The drinks name was uniquely named. The place is all pink girlie vibe. Located in the prime downtown of Cincinnati. Definitely a place to bring your ladies out for a night out and have a drink. No special occasion when we went in. It was quiet and mellow here.

Newest night club in Cincinnati on W 5th St. Awesome vibes, good drinks and great service. Love the interior of this place, who ever designed and built it out knew what they were doing to draw people into this place.

This cocktail speakeasy was so beautiful! Loved the dark intimate girly pink ambiance bc yall know pink is my color! My expresso martini was delicious! I had 2! The music and vibe was great as well. Our server was super sweet. It was a slow Sunday but still had a good time here.

This is the cutest bar and I'm so glad to have this new addition to Cincinnati. The design on the interior is so different in the best way. The mood curated by the owners is spot on. I've been here twice now and had the best time each time. The drinks are a little on the higher side, but I'm not mad at in the variety of options of course is always amazing. It's very inclusive. They have mock tails as well. Perfect spot for a girls night or to just get some friends together. The playlist is always great, and I love how the music is not too loud to where you can still have a conversation with the people you come with. Amazing job Prim!

Gorgeous , the expresso is worth every dollar. The decor is inviting , the staff are informative and the menu provides a wide selection with a full har . This is now my favorite bar downtown . I would like a better du but does it even matter if you get enough drinks .. lol

Decided to come after dinner to see if they had availability at the bar. Lucky enough we just had to wait outside for about 15mins. The ambiance inside is great and the vibes were high. Lots of people socializing. I do think there were a bit too many people at the bar compared to places to sit down. Next time I want to get a reservation so we can sit and listen to the live music. I would say this is the same as Ghost Baby but above ground. I would want to see some difference between the two to make them their own unique self. The drinks are pricy and for not too much in them, but were crafted well. If you are planning to visit especially with a large group try and make a reservation ahead of time.

We visited Prim for the first time on February 20 while in Cincinnati celebrating our daughter's birthday. We've been to Ghost Baby many times and were excited to check out the new spot. We didn't have a reservation, so we started with drinks at the sidebar. The ambiance is incredible -- it truly feels like you've stepped into a scene from Goodfellas or Casino. Such a cool, immersive vibe. After we got our drinks, I spoke with the host, Veronica, and let her know we were a party of four without a reservation but would love a table if anything opened up, even just for a couple rounds of drinks. Within 15 minutes, she had us seated in a booth where we could relax and enjoy the live music. Our server, Jhene, was fantastic -- so patient and helpful while we decided on drinks and walked us through the options. The service really made the experience even better. We'll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend Prim!

This place is such a vibe. The ambiance is classy and cozy. Service is always good and the appetizers were delicious. Would recommend reservations. Also you only have 2 hrs at the tables but you can always just sit up at the bar

If you love karaoke this is the place to be. You can go in…read morethe back area that's free and listen to people sing or sign yourself to sing. Or you could get a private room for just you and your friends and sing as loud and wrong as you please. If you get your own room you can order drinks from there and the come down from the ceiling. It's always amazing to look at.

Reserved a room for two hours. Drinks are reasonably priced, well-crafted, and tasty enough…read more Employees were also pretty nice and helpful. But the actual experience felt bare and poorly-executed. Cheap. The rooms are very minimalist in design, are not soundproofed (can hear other rooms singing, not to mention the main club room), and the karaoke tech is TERRIBLE: The music defaults to weird keys, is randomly out-of-sync with on-screen lyrics, and the song library is so minimal (do not go to the Japan-themed karaoke bar and expect to karaoke any Japanese songs or anime titles). Add to that the removal of past elements like drinks being lowered through the ceiling and robot deliveries, plus a mandatory gratuity added to your room reservation fee (not just your drinks, which itself is sensible), and I can't help but feel Tokyo Kitty has gone out of their way to cheapen an experience (not the cost) that will eventually run out of one-time customers. Improvements I think could help: Karaoke client overhaul - install a system that works and has a broader selection of music. Probably get better microphones too. Automated drink order system - This is a rare business that actually NEEDS QR code mobile phone menu/ordering. Guests order drinks on their phones, and employees can deliver them as needed. Or, install the novelty drink-delivery system! Flipping a card in a window and waiting for someone to enter and try to juggle drink orders while customers are wailing into a mic is inefficient. Sound proof rooms - or sound dampening. If the hole in the ceiling is pointless to have anymore, get rid of it! Spruce up the place - a few graphic arts of some celebrities hung on the walls feels cheap and lazy (The mural of Eartha Kitt stays. It's so good and adds some real, actual character and warmth, but it's the ONLY thing.) Otherwise, add literally ANYTHING that says "You're in a place called 'Tokyo Kitty'!"
