Took me 18 minutes from the time I opened the door to leaving. While I appreciate all of the offerings: donuts, hot food options, espresso coffee machine, etc., when you have two points of purchase (counter & drive-thru), you need to either hire more staff or optimize your processes. Perhaps, both.
