They don't bake - it's coming from somewhere and it's wrapped in plastic because they can sell it up to a week. How bizarre to sell week old pastry for a full price. When I was there everything was 2 days old and I didn't appreciated it. I had double espresso and lucky for me it wasn't served in a plastic cup. Coffee was good, but I'm unlikely to return - dear owner: stop making lazy choices - it's opposite of quality.
