I am partial to any place that has a Paris glare! They have so many pastries to choose from. It is hard to choose just one. And i didn't...I got a chocolate croissant and a ham and cheese croissant. Both were delicious. I will definitely be back. read more

This place is not it. I've been wanting to try it forever and decided to have a breakfast sandwich and treat delivered to me at work. Not only did I receive the wrong sandwich, the one I did receive wasn't even good. As for my treat, I wanted the butter cream bread but I instead I got a cream choux bun which is fine only it's packaged in plastic and all around unappealing. I don't think I'll try again. read more

A family member shared a sampling of croissants with us and they were delicious. My nephew enjoyed a Nutella filled croissant, while I enjoyed an almond croissant, as well as a salted caramel item that was possibly a tart of some sort. We also tried one that was half coated in chocolate and had some chocolate filling. All were very good and I highly recommend checking them out. read more

This place seems too chaotic for the workers to handle. I stood in line for 15 minutes and watched lots of staff stand behind the counter not really doing anything. Then they helped two customers before taking my simple coffee order. For why idk. But why would I come back? The manager was on the floor not helping with anything.. read more

My family introduced me to this place while I was in town visiting and I'm in love! So many options to choose from it was hard to pick what to try first. I ended up with the coffee croissant donut. AMAZING! The shop is cute and smelt amazing. Staff was very friendly. Now I have to find a location close to where I live. read more

Warning: this place could be dangerous to your waistline and pocketbook! Paris Baguette is one of those newish style of adorable pastry shops where you serve yourself varying levels of yumminess. Upon entry, the guest grabs a tray and a small pair of tongs. Then they walk down the Aisle of Pastry! And help themselves to whatever delectable pastry they want. I'm going to be honest: there are no bad choices. Just be aware that most items are around $4 so plan accordingly. If you need your goodies to go, the helpful staff at checkout will box them up for you. Grab a coffee or espresso drink and enjoy! read more

I've now been to the new Rookwood location TWICE! The selection of sweet and savory pastries is FANTASTIC. (I'm going again tomorrow to try some more.) Don't sleep on the big wrapped cookies by the register. I'm working my way through all the flavors. That red velvet... YUM and was perfect for a lunar new year hostess gift:) My only complaint is that on my first visit I got a premade lunch turkey sandwich as labeled & paid for on receipt--but when I opened it (back at the office), it was an egg w/bacon sandwich. So my lunch was not as I hoped but I know to really look between the breads in the clear window better for next time. read more

We are excited to have Paris Baguette closer to home and much more easily accessible with plenty of parking, compared to the downtown location. This franchise gets the interior vibes down every time with plenty of natural light, tile work, and bright displays full of pastries. The selection provides enough variety to satisfy your savory and sweet cravings. The staff were incredibly welcoming as soon as we walked in. We opted for the peanut bread, coffee donut, red bean sweet rice donut, and French bread. Everything was delicious and tasted like it was baked that morning. Satisfying crunch on the pastries. Great place to meet with friends or go out for a coffee date. We will definitely be frequenting this location. read more

Highlight: Palmier ($3.99), Almond Croissant ($4.59), Sugar Mochi Donut ($3.99), Strawberry Lemon Cream Croissant ($2.99), Choux Cream Bread ($2.99) Went closer to evening time, and the shop still had a lot of options in stock. Great presentation with a wide selection of choices. Pasteris overall had a good taste, but the texture was on the harder side for me. Potentially would be more enjoyable if I reheated it or came earlier in the day. Hospitality: Friendly staff, fast service. Honorable Mention: Lots of seating, and the windows bring in lots of natural lighting. read more

Paris Baguette is a favorite of mine. There are sooooo many delicious pastry options plus sandwiches for lunch! The coffee is pretty great, too. I haven't ordered a cake yet but I straight up ogle them in the case every time I'm in there. I appreciate the staff always having friendly attitudes and their hustle - even if there's only a couple people in line. read more

I have a lot to say..... Bear with me..... First I will say - the pastries I've had from here are DELICIOUS! & the store is clean & well organized! I've gone 3 times total..... BUT they have some room for improvement. I've been on a matcha kick and was looking for a place that opens at 6am so I can get my son a coffee/matcha & donuts before he gets on the bus. I decided to give them a try. Online they advertise ALL of the donuts and pastries available for as early as 6:30am pickup. I was tempted to do that but I wanted to look at them in person. I arrived at 6:05am. The lady working was nice and helpful but she was still working to set out pastries. The display cases were almost empty as only a few had been ready to set out. If you're going to open at 6 - I feel like everything should be out and ready for purchase at 6am when the doors open. And this isn't just a one off situation. I went again at around 730am another time and the same thing was happening. Not all of their items were ready for purchase. They really need to work on that. It's very inconvenient. Their coffee and drinks are very good! The baked goods are fresh and yummy as well. I just think they could do better when it comes to having everything available when the store opens! read more

I already adored Paris Baguette from the downtown location and I am so thrilled this one is open! I've been twice already and both times, the staff has been friendly and eager to help. This past visit, I enjoyed a butter pecan supreme croissant. I hoped to eat half and save half for the next day, but much to my chagrin, I looked down and the whole things was gone! Honestly, I haven't had a bad thing here, so you can't go wrong. The space is bright and perfect for sharing a coffee with a friend. Go! And may your willpower be stronger than mine. read more

I'm so so happy that Paris Baguette finally opened up a little bit closer to home! So story is that when I worked in California for a year about 5 years ago, Paris Baguette was always a place where I could stop and do a little bit of work or just meet friends after a meal somewhere. They have locations throughout all the suburban towns that I worked in and It was always spot on with their desserts, pastries, but at the time I wasn't drinking coffee so I didn't know about that. Fast forward all these years later, I have moved to Cincinnati permanently and I was so happy when I learned about their new downtown location but it was borderline a little bit out of the way to get to. Parking was always a bit tough too. But I went a lot and I even got my husband hooked on it. Fast forward to now and we have one even closer! We went in a couple days after the big snow hit in January of 24 and despite so many places being closed, they were open and rearing to go. They had all of their pastries displayed and everything looked as spic and span and new! The employees you could tell were pretty new at everything and it took a long time to get our coffee orders down but they will eventually get on board with it. I tried one of the new winter selections, the butter pecan latte and it was excellent. Things are going to be a bit more expensive here but you get what you pay for and you definitely get high quality. Ambience is nice and clean with a bit of a cafe atmosphere. Definitely worth exploring for their South Korean but European inspired pastries. The hash brown bread has pretty much become one of my favorite breakfast that I have there. Hope you all get to enjoy this place as much as I have over the years! read more

Came here for a quick treat on New Year's Day. Such a nice, new, clean location. The baked goods all looked fantastic, so it was hard to pick. We ended up with a few mochi donuts, a couple croissants, and two tiramisu tarts. So far, we've only had the donuts (sugar and strawberry), but they were absolute FIRE. I could've eaten a half dozen of them. I expect the rest of our goodies to be similarly delectable. Well done, Paris Baguette! read more

I've visited the downtown Cincinnati location, so I was anticipating the opening at Rookwood- nearer to my home! The Rookwood store is very near Taste of Belgium, Bibibop, Ambiance Nail Spa, and its only detractor is the unusual parking lot arrangement. The interior is beautiful with tile and blue (a mural boasting local landmarks) and lighted glass cases of the most delicate pastries! Grab your tongs and tray and make your selections from the sliding glass doors. Just be aware that each selection costs not only in calories but also about $4. Pre-packaged sandwiches and chilled cakes along with inviting breads and cookies beckon. Such a beautiful space to meet a friend for a chat! read more

After wanting to try this place for some time and seeing tons of ads (with pics) about their Korean food, today we went. All the pastries looked yummy. We chose a few to share. At the register we asked about the Korean food. Nope. Not an, I'm sorry our ads brought you here under false pretenses. Just nope. That was a limiter time. I sure don't remember seeing that. There's some sandwiches over there. There may be some Korean influence. ‍ some of our pastries are sort of Korean.... Later we selected a sausage in bread from the pastry case. I asked, is this a French sausage? A second cashier said, I don't know with a tone & expression that made it seem a mystery. Not, I'll ask. Just IDK. ‍ When we went in there was one other customer & we waited while staff finished their chat behind the counter. Many of the tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. Yeah, probably not going back. read more

Out of the two locations, this one takes the crown--though expect it to get a little hectic around noon on weekends (because apparently, everyone in town had the same brunch idea). But don't worry, the food options are solid and well-stocked, and the whole place feels noticeably cleaner than the downtown Cincinnati spot. Paris Baguette is a top-tier choice for brunch or just whenever your soul demands a pastry fix. The vibe? Bright, lively, and very much giving "we're trying to bring a little Paris to you." And honestly, they're doing a pretty good job. Now, let's talk pastries--absolute 10/10. You really can't go wrong with anything you pick (unless you somehow manage to drop it, in which case, that's on you). Drink-wise, I highly recommend the Chai Latte, Frappuccino, and Peach Iced Tea. Bottom line: Great food, great atmosphere, and dangerously good pastries. If you love desserts, pastries, or just need a quick, delicious bite, this spot is a must-visit. read more

The food is a fun way to spend my calories for the day. Everyone was nice, and the build felt like a true bakery in down town Cinci

I ordered a pastry plus a cup of decaf coffee. The pastry was OK, but the coffee was lukewarm. I brought it back to the worker and she promptly tried to give me another cup of the same lukewarm coffee from the urn, which ended up being empty. Apparently, the staff has not been trained to monitor either the amount of coffee in the urns or the temperature. I was offered the opportunity to wait for them to brew another batch and I just didn't have the time to wait. I asked for a refund and was told ... "my manager is not here so I can't issue and refunds." This is just bad management all around. It's not the fault of the workers to be placed in a no-win situation. It might not even be the fault of the manager (they deserve time off, too). However, the way in which Paris Baguette allows situations like this to happen is very, very bad customer service. The managers need to be trained and, in turn, the managers need to train their staff to provide the highest possible quality food and service. I will not be coming back to the Rookwood location and might just frequent other bakeries. read more

***I WOUDNT GIVE A START BUT YOU HAVE TO ADD ONE**** We did an online order for the location at Rookwood in Cincinnati, Ohio. We order 2 egg salads sandwiches, a chicken Caesar wrap, a turkey avocado sandwich, and a sourdough turkey melt. A bag of bbq and jalapeno chips, and a Iced Green Tea. They had No egg salad, had to replace with two sourdough turkey melts. Only received two turkey melts, and one BACON EGG AND CHEESE sandwich. And the sourdough sandwiches didn't have mustard on them LIKE ON THE DESCRIPTION. Didn't receive the tea and didn't get the jalapeno chips. tried calling them literally 25 times and the line stayed busy!!! I would not order from them again.
