The pearl sugar (a requirement in a proper liege waffle) caramelized perfectly when heated back up in their waffle maker. I ordered mine with chocolate sauce and whipped cream and it was decadent and delicious. I also got a bag of 4 of their waffles to go and kept the liege party going for 4 more days once I got home. Popped mine in our toaster crisp them up a bit, it would be great in a toaster oven, too.
