I love this froyo place so much. It is only 69 cents per ounce, and they list calories for everything, even the toppings, which makes it really easy to track and worry-free. The shop itself is so cute and feels like a perfect spot for a casual date or hanging out with girlfriends. There is also a little kids table. They also label vegan, gluten free, and other dietary needs on every flavor, and there were plenty of options if you have allergies or preferences. The yogurt was really good. Not sour and the flavors were great. My favorites were the toasted marshmallow and the vegan mint chocolate chip. There were tons of toppings to choose from, though the fruit was not the freshest. The only downside was that the staff did not greet us, which felt a little awkward and quiet, and I wish there was outdoor seating because it would be such a cute place to sit outside. The toppings were almost completely out and when I asked the two employees that were standing there doing nothing if they were out of flavors the said "oh no we have more they just aren't stocked" yet still did not fill them up. Menchie's has gone downhill. I visited this evening with my daughter, and they only had 6 flavors available. I think I counted 5 machines (so 10 flavors) not running (either empty or broken). It was the same the last time we were there a month or two ago, and the worker told us the machines were broken and would be repaired later that week. The hand sanitizer dispenser was also out of order. It's just really disappointing; we love going there and mixing flavors, but that's hard to do when there aren't any! read more

This is the second time I've come to this location and it's been closed, even though Google and the Menchie's app both said it would be open. The times I have come and it's open, most of the machines aren't working (which means very few flavors to choose from) and many of the toppings aren't filled. Just visited this place with my family and friends. Greatly disappointed in the lack of options and the one flavor I actually liked/ wanted ended up as a liquid puddle in my cup. Menchies is my all time favorite froyo place and I've tried a lot of them. We frequent Menchies and love the variety of flavors. I also really like that they have some gluten-free and dairy free options. Their milk is rbst free also. On each yogurt machine they list allergens and info about each flavor. She loved all the different toppings, especially the little yellow berries that squirts in your mouth. It's so nice on so many different selections to chose from. I love the new berry bunch and pineapple cake. The selection is unbelievable. Make sure you get a Menchies smileage reward card. Get a free yogurt. I will be coming here often. read more

Better than the competitors and cheaper. Staff is helpful, and they have dairy free options! They have balloons, stickers, spoons, and grab bag type toys for the kids. The summer flavors are really good this year! Try mixing chocolate and pistachio. Yum! They even have chocolate covered strawberries to add as toppings. Getting in and out of here tricky. Not a lot of parking, and no easy way back out into 42. Limited seating options inside. Rewards program is great. Earn free yogurt. This place has great frozen yogurt. Their strawberries are fresh every time I'm there. The kids love their funny spoons and the 2 chalk boards to doodle on while waiting for the adults to finish. There is outdoor seating here but it's awkward. It runs down the side of the building near a busy road that is quite loud. The inside is much cleaner than some of the frozen yogurt places I've been to in this area. It is in a strip mall and kind of annoying to get out of. read more

As far as frozen yogurt goes, Menchie's is tied for Favorite with Yagööt. They always have a good variety of flavors, good rotation of new seasonal flavors, and a good variety of fun toppings. The store is always clean, no yogurt or topping messes laying around that I've seen. The prices are good, and I always appreciate the Buy One Get One days and the rewards program. I'm also a sucker for the swirly head mascot. I always have a good experience here and wish I had a chance to come here more often. read more

With this place checked off I have officially tried all the frozen yogurt places in the area. I wasn't all too impressed with this place's froyo. It was the least smooth and the flavors tasted...blah. Maybe too artificial or something? Not sure but they didn't stand out as YUM. The staff was very friendly and helpful though and the seating was better than most places. They have chalkboards to write on and free wifi, which is kind of cool. They even have a little glassed in area for birthday parties and such. I also like that they have their sample cups sitting out on a tray so you don't have to ask the staff, which I find awkward after the second sample. They have a lot of Menchie's merchandise for sale (lip balms, lunch boxes, keychains, etc) which I find a bit odd but whatever. Went to Menchies for the first time last week. I thought it was a cool concept (no pun intended) to have small samples of all the available flavors (only 6, one station was out) before buying a big cup. They offer a wide variety of toppings, from all kinds of candy to fruit and nuts. But choose wisely, as a full heavy cup can get pricey. We managed to keep 3 cups under $10, so if you're frugal, it's manageable. Kids definitely love it! Adults will too! read more

This is a fun place to bring your kids. You grab a cup, fill it up with the amount and flavors you want, get it weighed and based off the weight determines the price. They have unique, fun flavors of frozen yogurt (like cake batter, ice cream sandwich, and kiwi strawberry). They also have some traditional flavors like vanilla. They have every type of topping you can imagine, nuts, candy, fruit, chocolate, etc. My only complaint was the cost adds up very quickly! I got two cups and I payed $10. My cup wasn't even full. My advice if you have children is to help them dish up their ice cream! The mom ahead of me had to pay $10 for her young sons bowl because he loaded it up to the brim.
