We're from San Francisco here for vacation and we were craving Pho. We ran across this place walking around deciding where we were going to eat. We stopped in and man am I glad we came in. The food is excellent and the customer service was exceptional. We ordered the Chicken Pho which was great. The calamari was not greasy at all and very tasty, and we also ordered the sliders which were also so good. Oh! And happy hour was going so I ordered a Cucumber Watermelon Martini very very good. We are here three times while we were here for 5 days. Yes it's that good. 5 stars for sure. read more

Love the spring rolls and garlic flavored chicken wings for appetizers. The beef pho is delicious with just the right amount of noodle serving. I am from California but will definitely visit again when I'm around the area. Nice owner and staff too. read more

This place has a decent ambience, good service and nice food. Serving size is really big and the price is also reasonable

Went here looking for a quick bite near the space needle- checked Yelp and found this gem. Only about three block walk and very family friendly. The happy hour specials are awesome and run until 7:00. Kids loved the fried calamari- wife had pork belly bao, and I had a banh mi burger. We also shared spring rolls, a bowl of pho, and wings. Staff was friendly and food came quickly. Everything was hot and tasty. Fried foods were not too greasy, portions were generous. I wasn't a big fan of the burger bun, but that was a small matter. I just removed it and are the filling. Drinks were good- nice selection of beers and wife had a lychee martini. We would definitely come back! read more

Pho was okay. I had fried tofu and richi lemonade too, and I loved them! The atmosphere is comfortable and the staffs are very friendly.

Its definitely a good place to get a quick bite! Vietnamese Phos and Chicken Satay noodles were real delight. read more

Best broth I've had and the staff is always amazing. I come out of my way to get this pho!

Awesome food and attentive service. Their specialty cocktails are delicious and worth trying, and the happy hour prices make them pretty affordable. The design inside is a little goofy, but it works. Charming fusion spot that I will be enjoying again soon! read more

My first day coming to Seattle; I was very hungry, so I went to the MeeKong Bar. This place is amazing! I had the MeeKong Burger and I was totally blown away. If you like Bahn Mi sandwiches, this one is just as good. Customer service was also awesome and friendly. I truly recommend this place!!! read more

Meekong Kitchen - That MeeKong Burger though! - Vietnamese Near Me - Seattle, Washington

This place will be integrated into our weekend routine that includes the Children's Museum. For lunch, we got the Mekong burger, Thai iced teas, and tendon/meatball pho. The food was tasty and traditional enough for it to satisfy pho hankerings. Started with delicious mini carrot/zuchinni muffins that reminded me of a less sugary version of carrot cake. Also, reasonably priced, great service, kid friendly, and had variety. I'll be back for EtOH drinks later. read more

In Seattle on business and happened to drive by. Decided to check it out. Was definitely not disappointed. Had the Mee Kong burger with the Sriracha fries....awesome!!! The wait staff was great...kudos to Cory, he made me feel right at home. Will be back next time I'm in town. read more

We had take-out on Sat Eve. Overall food was good. We really liked the Mee Kong Burger, and the fries were great. Chicken wings were really good. We will definitely go back. read more

I came for lunch here with my family and it was excellent. The service is good, the seating environment is very relaxing with a nice window view. My parents ordered the vegetarian pho and it came with a lot of vegetables- not just one or two sad pieces of broccoli like I've seen at other restaurants. I got the beef pho and it was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The beef was great quality and good quantity my brother got the bahn mi sliders and they were yummy too! Overall very happy with this place read more

The food is tasty, the employees are nice and hard working, and they have vegetarian options. It's a great place!

Had the mee Kong burger, siracha fries and spring rolls. The burger is like a big bahn mi and the fries just had some powder dusted on it. Food tastes good but not amazing. Service was good read more

Great food and great service! Highly recommended! Bahn mi burger and garlic chicken wings were my favorite. Everything here is delicious.

Very good restaurant. We live in LA so we know good Vietnamese places and this one has our vote ! My husband had a sort of sample plate which was amazing and I had a Beef pho ( super good). We recommend it! read more

We popped in here for a late lunch on a recent visit to Seattle. We shared the garlic chicken wing appetizer, which was crispy, tangy and delicious, served with a tasty little salad garnish. Two of us had the tofu vermicelli bowls and one of us had the chicken pho. All entrees were delicious. The broths had intense, complex flavor and all the produce tasted perfectly fresh. They have an intriguing cocktail menu, too, although we just drank lemonade. The homemade lemonades were delicious and not run-of-the-mill...they offer flavors like mango, lychee and passionfruit. All in all a perfect lunch! read more

Great place. We ate here New Years Eve night. Walking distance from space needle. The burger with pickled vegies was good and my wife really enjoyed the beef soup. Friendly welcoming staff, even on the late night. Will go back again when in the area. read more

This used to be my favorite place for Pho. The broth was amazing, everything fresh and delicious. But lately....it has been very inconsistent :-( some days, the broth is not hot and I have to microwave it, I order it to go and walk one block to my office where I eat it immediately. The portion sizes are not consistent. I often order extra noodles because some days the amount of noodles you get is pretty small and yet other days it's plenty and I don't need the extra. The beef and chicken both at times taste like they have been sitting around for a bit. Just not fresh tasting and sometimes the broth lacks flavor. So I am very disappointed. I used to tell everyone they had to try this Pho it was the best around! I don't recommend it anymore and I rarely go myself. Time to find another favorite :-( read more

Just had the special Mala Pho and it was fantastic. I lived in China for a couple years and look for good dishes using the "ma" spice. This soup is very unique, as it blends the best of regular pho and Chinese spice. Our group also had the satay and normal pho and they were great as well. The satay pho was an interesting fusion as well, having a nice peanut/fish/coconut flavor. I can say I have never tasted these two types of pho fusion before. If you are feeling adventurous, try this place. read more

Great food and price. I get the chicken satay bowl. Sometimes the bartenders are a little slow. But food is always tasty and quick.

Walked into this place about 10 minutes or so before closing on a Friday night. They didn't give me that look like 'are you serious we are closing.' They greeted me with a smile and prepared me the very best vegetarian pho meal I've had in ages. I couldn't believe my luck. I was in town for 3 nights and had I not been busy touring the entire city and trying as many new things and restaurants as I could, I would have certainly gone back to this awesome place. Friendly staff and reasonably priced and diverse menu. I'll be back! read more

Great Happy hour, great service. Best Pho I've had, and I've had a lot of different Pho. Meat quality was great. $2 wells were amazing.

Great prices, Bahn Mi burger is one of the best in town and the Pho is incredible. I definitely recommend coming here for lunch or dinner! Excellent service too. read more

We are not from Seattle but our hotel is in this area and we were just walking around trying to find a good spot to eat bc we were starving and stumbled upon mee Kong bar. I was a little skeptical at first bc it said pho and burgers, being Vietnamese myself I thought hmmmm that's a weird combo but we decided to try it anyways and I'm so glad we did! The food was phenomenal! We got the wings and the bao for appetizers and wow very delicious. We got pho as our entree and if you know anything about the pho it's all about the broth and man was it on point. On top of the good food we received excellent service, drinks were always full, dirty plates were always cleared. Overall just a great experience for our first meal in Seattle. We will most def be back! read more

Really enjoyed the fresh roll here. I had the chicken pho which was a little sweet but decent. The Thai iced tea was great - not too sweet with enough tea flavor. read more

We got the taste of Saigon- it was the first day they had put it on the menu and it was delicious! I little bit involved as we had to wrap our own spring rolls essentially. Totally worth the effort! If you are looking for something a bit different I would definitely recommend trying it! read more

Very average Vietnamese food. I ordered Bun Bo Hue and it was ok...nothing spectacular about it. I guess I had higher expectation after reading all positive comments on yelp. read more

My husband and I just came back from the restaurant and feel disgusted of the food we had. We gave a try based on 4.5 star ratings and couldn't be more disappointed. The blasting music was hurting my ears, making it hard to have a conversation throughout our meal. The server in his sweat pants with bare feet in his adidas slippers didn't make us feel they're taking their business seriously. When we attempted to sit at the table in the back, the same server told us we couldn't sit there because it was reserved for 5 or more people. The place was empty so why does it matter? It wasn't reserved for anyone. Soon after, the owner's family spread the food on that same table. I could understand they have rights to eat wherever they want in their own business but having to look at them talking and eating with their mouth open full of food during our meal was gross to say the least. The spring roll was so skimpy, sad looking. Chicken satay was just thrown on a plate without care. This place has none of the qualities expected of a restaurant in its staff, food or ambience. I would give zero if I could. read more

Great place. I live close by and have been a handful of times. Great prices. My favorite item is the shrimp fresh roll. Pho is great too. Get a lot of food for the price. Great service. Very quick. read more

A-ok for my first time at this calm place. The phad thai Ive ordered was ok, what I should've got was the burger. I'll have that in mind til my next return. Overall, service was friendly and quick. read more

MeeKong Bar is right by my work, and it's become a staple of the area for my coworkers and I. The food is awesome, especially their specialties - Bahn Mi Burgers and Village Bowl. Service is stellar, their usual server is super friendly and welcoming. Awesome place. read more

Delicious food and great service. I really enjoy their "The Monk" pan-fried taro burger. The burgers are huge! Have been here for lunch several times. I even brought my whole team. A little pricey but well worth it! read more

Tasty food and fast and friendly service! The short ribs are delicious. I didn't love the Red Dragon cocktail but I would come back for happy hour to try other drinks and apps! read more

I got the Village Bowl and it was very good. Not to mention, great service both times I've been here from both bar tenders, Cory and Davey.

This was a great Vietnamese place to eat if you are looking for fast service and good traditional and fusion food. The decor is more modern with less tradition. There is also a bar if you are looking for a drink but we didn't go to the bar so I don't know how their drinks are. More about the food, you can get fusion food like burgers and things but they also have traditional. You can get single dishes and if you are with a group and you want to share you can get bigger plates. If you are looking for traditional Vietnamese food this isn't really the place to go, but it is still pretty good. But if you want fast, and good food go here. Also of you are into Pokémon Go they set down Poke Stop lures and if you show them which Pokémon you got and share them on Facebook cebook they will give you a free spring roll dish, or half off an appetizers. To sum it up... This place has good food. read more

Poke friendly and the food is great!! I caught a zubat and got half off my burger. It was tasty and laid back :-) the pho was also very nice! Definitely go if you get the chance :-) price is reasonable also! read more

I had "The Monk" burger and one of their lychee martinis and I was thoroughly pleased. The martini was perfectly sweet, not too strong, with a great bit of lychee at the bottom. Plus, they've got a pretty nice happy hour. If you can get a spot outside, there's a strong chance you'll see some good dogs passing by. The burger itself was massive, stuffed with vegetables (some pickled) to make it a real hand-holder but it still stayed together pretty well! Our server was very sweet as well. Will be back to try their pho. read more

Nice burger twist on the Vietnamese banh mi. Lychee lemonade was a tall glass of pink tart and sweetness. We'd come back here for lunch or dinner. Offers vegetarian options. read more
