Just had the Mala Pho and it's now my favorite pho in Seattle, hands down. The Szechuan peppercorn in the broth is SO spicy, but it's the kind of spicy that is incredibly flavorful and doesn't obliterate your tastebuds. I could just keep eating all day. I ordered the vegetarian lemon grass tofu bowl under the assumption that it would be vegetarian. They served the dish with fish oil (I guess they thought seafood is considered vegetarian). Until I didn't ask the server what the sauce was, I didn't find out about this error, so vegetarians beware! Great spot for happy hour! Really enjoyed the pork belly bao, sliders & chicken satay. The spring rolls were pretty basic but the dipping sauce had the perfect amount of spice to it. Best part is the happy hour prices, you could seriously gorge yourself for less than $15 a person. Love the Pho of Meekong Bar. The broth is so flavorful, the ingredients are super fresh and the portions are very generous. It's a big bowl of love and aromates, perfect for a chilly evening or a rainy day. Special props to the-absolute-best-takeout-packaging I have ever seen. When ordering a Pho to go, they put all individual ingredients in separate bags (including the raw meat) so you can pour the hot soup over the vegetables and meat at home and feel like a home chef too. I really wanted to like this place. From what I read from the reviews I was really excited to try it out. My Wife and I were visiting from the Bay Area and wanted to try new places. It was great when we sat down the young lady gave us great attention at the bar. We ordered appetizers and they were pretty good along with our beers. She was very attentive until shift change at 5 and a guy servicing us. From then it was down hill. The guy wanted to cash out us out and I haven't finished my drink yet and we didn't even finish ordering more food. That's a "Rock" eyebrow to the left in what the hell? We just stopped here for lunch. My wife and I were walking around Belltown and decided to get our fusion on. We were not disappointed. I had eggplant tofu stir fry and my wife had crispy, fried cod on vermicelli. The sauces were perfect. The interior is cute. It has a nice bar and daily happy hour from 3-6 according to our server. The food tasted fantastic. It's clean and simple, yet packed with flavor. The trees outside the large windows were nice. All in all it was a great experience. We will be back. read more

Close to Seattle Center and Downtown, this little corner stop is delicious and quite spacious. We had fresh rolls, tender calamari, pork belly bao and the monk (taro) burger.
