My first encounter with your staff was Nikki, one of the sweetest, efficient,engaging servers I have had the pleasure of meeting! Her thorough attention to all my needs were second to none. Well that was until my second time eating here and Trina was my server! Talk about a dynamic duo of amazing servers! Her and Nikki are the main reason I go nowhere else for breakfast! Your main cooks, Diego and Jose, when I visit on Saturday and Sunday, run your kitchen like a symphony in motion. The biggest thing I take away, which is unusual, is that no matter how busy or overwhelmed the cook staff is I have yet to see them give ANY server an attitude or pushback any anything! Another note is while sitting there, just watching the flow of craziness of people getting up and down, one of your bussers, Fernando, is the a speeding train. Within minutes, seconds of visitors getting up and leaving, the tables are cleaned and ready to go for the next round! A big hats off to the manager, Martin, Who is the conductor of his well oiled machine! I've watched him handle the floor, pass out bar, and dealing with customers with ease and professionalism! My husband was going to order a regular hamburger with bacon and our server told him he deserved the big daddy which isn't even on the menu. It was only a couple dollars more and it was unbelievable. It looks clean and comfortable. I had a Petite House Salad and Blackened Atlantic Salmon. The salad was tossed in a red wine shallot vinaigrette dressing which was quite delicious. The salad was well- prepared and refreshing. The salmon came with two sides and I picked Garlic Spinach and Seasoned Vegetables. Not too many restaurants serve blackened steak or fish anymore, I was delighted to see it on the menu. The vegetables were well cooked, not soggy at all. The blackening on the salmon could have used a bit more flavor. Overall it was a decent dish. Service was good. Our server was friendly and professional. I heard the French Pot Roast is their signature dish. Will come back and give it a try next time I am in the area.

The specific point of this trip was the double fudge brownies for an out of town relative. Upon my arrival, Lauge (Manager) stated they had run out of the double fudge brownies. Of course, she said she would refund me, however I find it very rude that knowing that your store was out of the major item I had ordered, NO ONE could pick up a phone and call ahead. I went out of my way for this pick up and did not want any substitute items, the absolute minimum level of customer service would have been to contact the customer. When I proposed this to Lauge, she stated they were busy and did not have time. Again, I do not appreciate this answer or excuse. Your customers deserve better. She offered another excuse that she is unsure why it would have let me order from the website, when they did not have the items available. Perhaps, they WERE available when I ordered but they didn't fill the online order prior to distributing to the store customers. Further, I inquired if you are a bakery, and this was an advanced order, why couldn't more have been made? Her response was that only so many were allocated to be made each day and their primary focus was not on pasties. She offered other items as substitute, which I was not interested in. This experience has really disappointed me to the point that I am not sure I would return. It could have been handled so much better with just an advance phone call to avoid my wasted time.
