Great food. 8 min from the strip. Lots of wait ... make sure get on the waitlist. They also have lots of shopping and golf and movie theatres all in the same plaza Great place for kids to eat and play

I visited Broken Egg Yolk and ordered the Feta Avocado Toast, which comes with artisan bread, smashed avocado, arugula, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and a balsamic drizzle. It was delicious -- I really enjoyed it. I added two poached eggs on top, and that made it even better and more filling. Our server was very attentive and friendly, and even the other staff were warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of their dishes.

I had a great experience at Broken Yolk Cafe. Service really was amazing. Our waitress, Terie was excellent. She checked in on us consistently, but never in an overbearing way. She provided just the right balance of service and attentiveness. Thank you Terie. Food was tasty across the board and came out just how we liked it. The vibe was also amazing. Overall, a solid spot for breakfast or brunch with great service to match. Would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Comfort breakfast chain. Busy on a Sunday and for good reasons! Overall decent offerings, and amazing service. Theres vegetarian, vegan and healthy options too. This location is near the airport so there were plenty of ppl with luggages around. For locals, it's a great breakfast place. Located on Town Square area (outdoor mall), or walkable block away to stroll Town Square while waiting. Theres plenty of free parking even if it gets packed. Total Wine is next to it. Our Sunday noonish wait was 45minish, so we visited Total Wine for items and then quick stroll down Town Square where there was a classic vintage car show on the street. Looking forward to try the Downtown location next time!

Nice breakfast spot, busy but you don't have to wait more than 15 mins (around 9-10am). I like that the waiter had a tablet putting in orders on the spot. Again it's busy but the food came out in decent time. The peppers with my skillet had some heat on them how I like! The short stack was plenty big, don't be a glutton. Good: -Kids Meal -Ranchero Skillet -Steel cut oats -Short stack pancakes Bad: -None

Early arriving in Las Vegas, after pick up rent a car, I and my husband headed to the breakfast. This place is located near by airport. Located (next or in?) Town Square Center, there are many parking lot. Weekday morning but it's pretty busy. But we got a seat shortly. Their menu has lots of variety choices, so I took time a little bit. My husband ordered Cinna-Cakes with "Make it a Combo"/ scramble egg & bacon and I ordered Golden State Benedict. Our order served fast and I love my Golden State Benedict! The hollandaise and sriracha, the spiciness is nice kick and so yummy!!! My husband liked his Cinna-Cakes. This place is good for any groups -family, friends, and coworkers- to have breakfast, brunch(with cocktails!), and lunch. I think we can come back after arriving Vegas especially in the morning!!

On the other side of the table is the chicken and waffles Benedict with extra crispy hash browns

Marcos is a wonderful server. He welcomes everyone as if they are all regular customers! He is incredibly friendly and SO knowledgeable about the menu. He was very accommodating when my friend wanted to change up a menu item. This is such a comfortable place to have breakfast or brunch! The menu is epic!! I've been there several times and even when they are so busy that people are waiting outside, they treat you like you're the only customer!

Arrived with a large group after leaving our luggage at the hotel. It was a little hard to find given we didn't know the area well. Plenty of parking shared with other businesses. Walked in with five adults and a kid. We opted to sit outside, it was a nice day. There was plenty of covered outdoor seating, and a lot of seating indoors. Our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. The menu is beyond extensive, I was overwhelmed. Everything looked delicious. We all ordered different things. Some enjoyed their food while others said it was ok. Our waiter was patient with us and very attentive. We definitely need to try other menu items. Worth checking out. I'll be back for sure!

I ordered to go this time. They gave lots of strawberries for waffle. Ordering online was very smooth and easy. So far everything I had here was very good. This restaurant is very popular. They are always busy. It worth to wait.

Emily was so sweet and amazing.. food was so good. We got pancakes and avocado salmon toast so fresh and delicious. Service was great everyone so nice. Recommend this place

This is my favorite breakfast place in Las Vegas, hands down. If you enjoy eating rich breakfast with meat, cheese, and heavy sauces, they've got you covered. But finding a place that also offers healthy fare that tastes good and is reasonably priced is hard to do. I love that they show calorie counts. I added two extra egg whites to my feta omelette, only $2.16 more. Reasonable. There's plenty of parking, the service is very pleasant, attentive, and seemingly happy to be here. I'm not sure why I'd go anywhere else for breakfast.

The food was great! Arrived quickly, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our server, Will was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of while being busy, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.

Found this location using Yelp. And Yelp does not disappoint. We sat at a booth in a clean and quiet (for now) dining area and our server Alex was engaging and gave us time and suggestions that were spot on. I ordered the create your own omelette. It was almost too stuffed with my selections. The tomatoes made the omelette a little wetter than I would have liked. Now let's talk biscuit. It was huge. Definitely satisfied with my creation. Wife had the American breakfast and it was "delicious" and she said highlight was the pancake that she raved about with just a hint of vanilla. Plenty of food for everyone. I could not finish mine. Protip: Military discount if you ask.

There was about a 10 minute wait to order, which we didn't mind given how crowded it was. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill when it was our turn. The staff member taking our order said, "do you know what you want?" in an unwelcoming tone. Even though, his tone turned me off, we still placed an order (...probably shouldn't have). We ordered the Freckled Redhead burger ($16) and the Chicken with Mac Waffle ($17). After ordering, we were given a number and waited outside. The food came out after about 20 minutes and we took it home to eat. A different staff member served our to-go order and she seemed nice. As much as we wanted to enjoy it, the food was just OK. The chicken was seasoned well but it seemed over fried, which made it dry. The waffle itself was decent but only had a small amount of mac and cheese inside. I had seen previous photos where mac and cheese was also served on the side, so that was disappointing. My boyfriend had the burger and said it was just OK as well...nothing special and not really worth the price. Overall, the staff member taking orders didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, and should probably take a break or work in the back. The food wasn't exciting like we hoped. We give it 2 stars. Even though we live nearby, we probably wouldn't return for the food. Maybe the coffee and drinks are better, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

Whomever curated this has incredible & varied music taste and it all works together! 90's R&B, Alternative, Grunge Rock, all of it so good! The menu has sections that you choose 2-4 items from and share with your table. We tried the Mushroom flatbread, the Pot Roast sandwich, the Beet Salad and the Grilled Oysters. The Grilled Oysters were not a favorite. However, I think that's just personal preference because of the style they are prepared in. We prefer our grilled oysters to be very charred and more of a buttery flavor. These are prepared in an Asian style and and more of a soft grill than a char. Our server very graciously had a second plate served up with more of a grill to the oyster which we appreciated. The rest of the dishes were delicious. We were so full that we passed on dessert, but would definitely be back because the options were inventive and looked so tasty. A doughnut bread pudding, a bourbon brownie; yes to both please!

The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it.
