Tight squeeze, seats about 50-60 people

Seating is tight, but staff & food is amazing! Gluten free portions are large & worth every penny. I got the GF Veggie scramble & added meat & avocado. Sprinkle of salt & hot sauce and every bite was gone. Our kids loved the flower shaped Belgian waffle & mickey shaped griddle cake. Huge portions, but clearly delicious because (under 6 y/o) and they ate over half it. Benedict my husband ordered looked amazing & he said the Belgian waffle was much better than normal waffles. The variety on the menu, friendly & allergy conscious staff make this an excellent brunch stop.

The lemon blueberry pancakes were off the chart!

One of the coolest things about living in the Las Vegas area is the sheer astronomical number of restaurants you can go visit. I'm not talking about chains, even though there are plenty of those. I'm talking about the amazing little mom and pop shops all over the valley. Griddle cakes is located off Eastern in Henderson. It's tucked away in a little shopping center but don't let the small exterior fool you. Once you walk through the doors, this place has plenty of booth and table seating. We were told by our server that this was the original location, apparently there are four, and they have been there for 17 years! That should tell you something right there. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and upbeat. They were quick to give recommendations. And nothing we had was disappointing. They let you do mixing and matching on the pancakes, I highly recommend the regular buttermilk, and the lemon blueberry. Both are amazing choices. Now I don't normally wax poetic about home fries, but these were simply amazing. Of special seasoning. They put on them, but they were some of the best potatoes I've ever had. I couldn't stop eating them. And on top of that, the restaurant passed the patented Dan Leadbetter's milk with breakfast test with flying colors. Honestly I don't have anything bad to say about this place... The only interesting thing was the bottles of syrup on the table are incredibly slow. But that may be a good thing. Otherwise my pancakes would be swimming in syrup! The bottom line? This place is on my short list of places to go, and bring people who come into town. You can't go wrong with griddle cakes!

Very busy breakfast restaurant tucked in the Henderson shopping plaza. Service was very quick, prices were decent for large portions. Homestyle cooked food that comfort the soul. Flavor 9/10 Definitely reminds you of an old country mom and pop restaurant that makes you feel right at home.

Love when we get the opportunity to try new breakfast places ! Near the area we saw this place pop up on our maps and gave it a try the service was good staff was welcoming and we didn't have to wait for a table . The food didn't take too long and was good but not as fluffy as i hoped the pancakes are big so definitely great for sharing . The potatoes were our favorites very savory and were perfect temperature .Lots of choices so next time were near ill try different ones thanks again !

I love trying new places. I have always seen Griddlecakes but have never had the guts to try it as the one by my house has horrible reviews. Well, lets just say those reviews were wrong. The services here is great and the food was good. It did lack a little flavor on the hamburger meat but thats okay. The fries were crispy, the ranch was good. The hashbrowns were cooked perfectly and the biscut and gravy had great flavor. Come here and check this place out. Also good pricing on the food.

Hey Foodie friends, I just love something new , limited, tasty, & beautifully plated. Today I had my first hot cocoa of the season. Peppermint with whipped cream and sprinkled peppermint. Tasty and loaded with whipped cream. I had to try the pancake flight. I'm so glad I did. You can choose three different flavors for your tasting. I ordered the Monkey business, raspberry and blueberry lemon stacks. All good. Raspberry had the best flavor factor if I have to choose a favorite. You can just order pancakes or you can add on eggs and a meat. I ordered applewood sausage and made it a combo. Yum! I will be back soon and I want to try the waffles. This is a great spot for locals. Not crowded with tourists and the prices are fair, not crazy. The decor is cute and they have inside and outside seating with umbrellas. So there are options. I like that you can see into the kitchen and that they have a board with the current special breakfast items. Our waitress was super sweet & friendly. She took really good care of us. We will be back. Check it out and be sure to look for the chalk board with the specials.

Pancakes were horrid. No type of fluff to the pancakes. Very stale. Very hard to pull apart and didnt taste fresh. Hope people stop going here. Theres a reasln why IHOP never fails.

The restaurant was warm and welcoming. You choose your seat when you walk in the waiters are all very nice. The environment is very comfortable. We got the crab benedict, country combo, and churro waffle. We didn't wait long for our food and it all tasted great - definitely try the churro waffle! The texture and flavor were amazing - I didn't particularly like the amount of butter in the middle, but that's just my preference.

We were craving some yummy breakfast so we headed over to Griddle cakes in the Eastern Promenade, off Eastern and 215. Service was friendly and inside was super busy. They have outside seating as well, but it was cold outside so we opted to sit indoors. We ordered the chicken and waffles and the peanut butter chocolate pancakes. It was our first time getting pancakes there and wow! They were huge. We made the mistake of getting a double stack and we didn't even make a dent in it. But it was super yummy with the fluffy pancakes. Chicken and waffles were good, but would love to have had hot sauce or something spicy to help with all the sweetness on the table. Griddle cakes is a staple and we will definitely be back.

We sat in for brunch, I had some biscuits and gravy and my friend had a garden skillet. And had coffee while we caught up. I loved the high tables and chairs, I'm short so high tables and chairs make me feel tall The service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Our food was made and served quickly, our coffee never went empty, and the suggestions was awesome. I recommend this place if you're in the area, they're a great experience to share.

One thing I really wanna review here thats not your typical thing: their chicken noodle soup was SO GOOD. So hearty and homey. Id love to request this when Im sick haha. The sandwich was delicious as well. Paired really well with the soup. Service was pretty fast as well. And everyone here is always so friendly

    The Jackpot.

Tried Griddlecakes for the first time. All I can say is that if you haven't tried it you should. I ordered the Jack Pot breakfast and the potatoes and Griddlecakes were amazing. I'll definitely be back.

Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. We ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle, Spicy Dan Dan Noodles, a side of dumplings, and the pork belly and every single dish was outstanding. The spicy beef noodle soup had a rich, flavorful broth with tender beef and perfectly chewy handmade noodles. The Dan Dan noodles were packed with bold, savory flavor and just the right amount of spice. The dumplings were juicy and delicious, and the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with the fresh pulled noodles. The portions are HUGE, so come hungry or plan on taking leftovers home. You definitely get your money's worth. What really sets this place apart is the fresh handmade noodles. You can taste the difference in every bite. We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

Normally, I go to Prosecco's location in Anthem, but they don't open until 3:00pm on Sunday's and my mom requested that we do brunch on her day. I made a reservation through OpenTable for 5/10/26 at 11:00am. Patio season is among us and I decided to book a spot on their patio, which is spacious and provides a ton of shade. They had just opened like an hour ago so it wasn't busy at all, both inside and outside. No Sunday brunch is complete without a glass of mimosa, single or bottomless. My parents both ordered cappuccinos and my mom later had a Make Me Blush cocktail. I had a sip of the latter and I could really taste the bitterness in it. I don't really drink alcohol all that much anymore (with the exception of special occasions), but the mimosa is one of my favorite drinks ever. For food, my mom and I both ordered their tiramisu French toast. I didn't read the whole ingredient list on the menu and I wasn't expecting it to come with chocolate gelato and a waffle cone on top! Wow!!! My dad had the NY Steak skillet with two sunny side up eggs, which came out sizzling. Included inside my French toast was mascarpone cheese but the cheesy flavor wasn't too overwhelming. The French toast was so, SO good that I felt like I was on a different planet afterwards. One qualm was that my parents' cappuccinos tasted like that they were watered down and didn't have a whole lot of flavor, so they had to request extra sugar as a result. But otherwise everything else we had here was absolutely 100% amazing, from beginning to end. It was totally worth having Sunday brunch here and we got lucky getting here before they really started getting busy.

(Even after I offered to pay full menu price) What confused me is that when I later ordered avocado toast, they had no problem customizing it and removing the tomatoes and other ingredients I didn't want. So I'm not sure why one menu item can be modified but another can't, especially when I wasn't asking for anything extra or expecting a discount. Then, when I received my avocado toast on pumpernickel bread, the bread was soggy. For me, the whole point of toast is that it should actually be toasted and have some crunch. The bigger issue for me was how disorganized the entire operation felt. There appeared to be plenty of employees working behind the counter, yet the line was moving very slowly. Staff seemed to be struggling with the payment system, the barista was trying to keep up with drink orders, and overall it didn't seem like there was much structure around who was responsible for what. Having a lot of employees on the floor doesn't necessarily help if the workflow isn't organized, and that was definitely the impression I got during my visit.
