I didn't realize this was a chain but I had this for the first time a couple of weeks ago in New Jersey and I loved it so had to give this one a try. I ordered from DoorDash and it was delivered quickly and well packaged. The food was delicious, fresh and quality ingredients! I had the farmhouse hash with scrambled eggs and the Kale & Berry Salad. My mom and I finally got to go here for breakfast one day recently. My mom ordered the waffle and I ordered the classic eggs Benedict. Both are great choices. Very clean dining room and restrooms and plenty of seating. They have really great tasting coffee, the service was really awesome. Their staff are very warm and friendly. They left us a whole carafe of fresh brewed coffee at our table which we really really liked. We look forward to coming back and trying more of the breakfast items as well as some of their lunch items. Don't miss out on this place, this place is great and has great tasting food and awesome service. read more

On 08-27-2026, my wife and I, finally got a chance to dine in at the First Watch Restaurant located at 550 North Stephanie Street in Henderson, Nevada. This particular First Watch Restaurant had recently opened on Stephanie street and we finally got a chance to eat there. We had breakfast and our server Summer, was awesome, she was very friendly, down to earth and she was always checking in on us to make sure that we were all good and if we needed anything. The food was very good, we both ordered the Trifecta breakfast, one with a Belgium waffle and one with a pancake. Both plates had a lot of taste and the portion was very generous. The hostess and cashier staff were also very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back. Mahalo read more

All the way from the Midwest... Introducing now! It's a favorite in STL but happy to see favorite's in the city. Met up and ordered a Fall favorite, a sandwich that had the million dollar bacon...delicious, signature OJ and Holly donut holes. The mini donuts are fried but not crispy, perfect. We arrived just before the others. Packed as we walked out. The decor is a completely west coast vibe. All the new restaurants, breakfasts signatures especially, mostly look the same. The staff was hospitable but everywhere anymore has a time limit on your experience. read more

Worth the wait but... I will definitely utilize the app for the future. This location was packed but the overall service considering the high occupancy was great. The hostess communicated very well and did a great job seating guest quickly. The chicken sausage here is sooo good. I had low expectations to be fair and their patties did not disappoint. Great round size thin patties accompanied by egg whites toast and potatoes. I brought my friend for the first time and she was very satisfied and thankful for her new spot to eat. I highly recommend and will return soon read more

We've been to this location twice in the last month. Loved the food we ordered. Love the coffee: strong and hot. It is important to me when served with really hot coffee and a plus if its strong. First time we came we got the banana brittle french toast from seasonal menu and the half roast beed & havarti sandwich a cup of tomato basil soup. Really good! Second time, ordered the banana brittle again and strawberry tres leches french toast. Service were okay. Took a while for them to ask for our drinks. Probably waited 10 mins also to give water plus coffee and came back again another 10 mins to take our orders. Asked for extra napkin but never arrived (this happened both times we went). The restaurant is spacious but enough to hear the next tables conversation. And im curious why no toilet seat cover. Especially i was dizzy and cant sit on toilet. read more

Excellent service and the food very tasty!!!! I suggest you call a head and reserve a table and I can pretty much guarantee that you're still gonna wait a good half hour plus before you even get to sit down they are that busy and well worth the wait. The breakfast was just the prefect amount, full of flavor and came pretty quick. Many good dishes for breakfast and lunch. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable seating, the bathrooms also very clean. This is a great spot to bring friends or just eat outside on the patio while you read a book and enjoy the food. Don't miss this enjoyable restaurant!!!! read more

Looking for a new breakfast spot, and First Watch did not disappoint ! Location There is ample sparking space in the lot, and location was easy to find right on Stephanie in the Galleria Commons shopping center. Ambiance Walking up is very inviting,it's clean and has outdoor seating. Inside has a modern farmhouse esthetic. There is booth as well as table seating available. We were greated and seated quickly. Service We had the privilege of having Manny as our server today and he was phenomenal. Personable, professional and attentive. Great service great vibes and his denim apron was 10/10 . I think a black one would be perfect for him ! Food Coffe and tea pots for the table. Raw sugar or stevia on table. I like honey in my coffee which I requested and recieved. Everything was so fresh and delicious. My hubby and I enjoyed everything. The apple jelly was amazing. Portions are generous and there were a multitude of veggie, gluten free and high protein options. The menu made it easy to identify calories and protein values. Cost Reasonable and worth every dime. I will definitely be back and encourage all to stop in you will not be disappointed. read more

We were in Henderson today and decided to give this location of First Watch a try. It appears that First Watch is just not for us. It was a rare, nice August day where we could sit outside and enjoy breakfast. The patio is right along Stephanie so we had a lot of traffic going by so sometimes that was a little loud. No fault of the restaurant. Our server was ok. She hadn't been made aware that there were no lemons for tea so that was a bummer. I love iced tea but only with lemon. Strike one- the restaurant didn't have any lemon. We ordered our breakfast, Hubbs ordered an omelette with potatoes and a side of cheese grits. I ordered eggs Benedict. Our food came out and his breakfast looked fine. But the grits were not creamy, they were more like corn cakes (see photos). They were inedible. As soon as I saw the eggs Benedict I knew the eggs were not cooked. Those eggs were jiggling like jello! I told the food runner and she told me she'd get our server. She came out and I told her the eggs were undercooked. She asked if I wanted the meal remade or if I just wanted new eggs. I asked for a new meal, or at least take off these eggs and add fresh eggs and hollandaise. When she brought the remade plate the eggs were STILL undercooked! I was so frustrated I asked her to just take it away (I admit I was really ugly, not at her but at the fact that a breakfast place couldn't get poached eggs right!) by this time I didn't want anything, Hubbs was almost finished eating. So I ate a 1/2 piece of his toast and was fine with that. A few minutes passed and someone who I believe to be the kitchen manager maybe, came out and apologized and tried to offer me the eggs Benedict for a third time and I refused and I also didn't want anything else. She also offered me a card, I'm assuming to come back another time. I refused that also, after trying First Watch at 2 locations and being unhappy at both of them I think that they just aren't a match for me. Ohhh she also told me that "they tell us to cook the poached eggs for 30 seconds" what the what?!? To hell with whether the eggs are cooked or not? Just put them in water for 30 seconds and deliver those jiggly eggs to our customers! Ugh! What kind of kitchen works like that (I waited tables through college so I have a little idea how it works). Worst breakfast place ever! (We did tip our server well, please remember your server isn't responsible for what comes out of the kitchen!) read more

I see lots of mixed reviews but my experience here was great.. def check in on yelp as it gets pretty busy on weekends but once seated our server was super nice and we loved what we ordered. The prices weren't that bad either. It was nice a roomy inside and we had a half table/half booth which the booth part was cute and comfy. We didn't have any complaints about the food and the potatoes were seasoned really well. read more

I really love the quality and taste of food from First Watch. I ordered the 1/2 salad 1/2 sandwich. There was a little bit of a wait but it was worth it. Everything tasted fresh and great. First time here, will not be the last time. We really enjoyed it. Courtney is amazing. Attentive and always ready to help. $12.29 for half of salad and half of sandwich and it's the best deal with large portions. We ordered 3 different combos and enjoyed them all. Worth it! We do see other orders being brought out and see how huge the pancake is. Will be back for other items to try. We also added the kale juice plus ice coffee. Yummmm. Both are soo good! Spacious layout inside and has outside seating as well. We didn't feel that we are too close to anyone so enjoyed our lunch nicely. read more

We got on the list (via the app) a little to late and had to wait an hour and a half for a table at 11 am. We had an issue where I checked the app and we had about 5 min left in wait time, then the app said we weren't on the waitlist at all. We came to the host stand and they confirmed we weren't on the waitlist. I literally had been waiting 85 min at this point and almost got angry but thankfully they didn't miss a beat and apologized and at us right away. Our server took a long time to great us, but he too apologized for the wait. He did walk by a lot but didn't touch our table very often. That's ok though because he was around to flag down if we needed him. We ordered coffee and a Purple Haze. The Purple Haze was really good but more of a drink than a "juice" if that makes sense. I did not get even a hint of lavender. It was just a nice sweet lemonade. We started with the millionaires bacon. So good! Our breakfasts came out pretty quickly (thankfully because of all the other waiting we had to do here) and it was delicious. I highly recommend their waffle. It's excellent. read more

I came here for brunch, and it was just okay. We sat outside because the weather was nice, but there weren't a lot of other people outside, so getting a server was difficult. Our original server stopped by once but then was never seen again for our order, and we had to flag someone down to get a new server. It was a little confusing who our server actually was. We were able to order, and we did have some special customizations, and they got them mostly right. The food is okay, and we had a coupon. I think it is generally overpriced for what you get. I'm not sure I would return unless I had a coupon. I think if you're a brunch person you will enjoy this more. But there are more unique brunch places in the Valley that aren't chains that you could support as well. read more

Our new lunch spot! I had half sandwich half salad combo and it was the perfect portion of food. My husband had the pesto quinoa bowl and it was so flavorful 10/10 recommend. Our son had the kids french toast with bacon and fruit and he ate it all with a fresh squeezed orange juice. I like that they bring a whole coffee pot so you can refill yourself. We ordered the biscuits as a starter and they were a bit burnt so the manager, Shannon, brought us a fresh batch without asking and we enjoyed them with our coffee. Courtney was our server and she was the sweetest. Def recommend trying! read more

Love our first time here today. Coffee was strong and I loved it. I ordered the 2 for u. Half salad and half sandwich. Got the roast beef sandwich and the pecan salad. I love the salad very much and it was so good I was not able to start on the sandwich. My husband ordered The Works. He would've preferred grape jelly but they don't have any. He said he's never seen so much salad for a breakfast order. He ate everything but the salad. He also tried the drink Morning Meditation and loved it. There were 4 restrooms for male/female. 3.5 stars?? What?? This is the absolute best breakfast restaurant in all of Henderson in my opinion!! First got hooked in St. George and now we have a few in Henderson! Best customer service and best food! Who ever did not have a good experience, try again. This place deserves 5. Must also try the BLT eggs Benedict! We visited First Watch this past Sunday and overall very happy. We had two kinds of eggs benedict, tres leche French toast, and the summer granola as well as a couple of the juices. All the food was great! No issues at all. The space was very cute, our waitress was very nice, and when the bill comes I love the way each persons food was priced individually. We didn't ask for it to be that's just the way it comes which is great if you are having brunch with a bunch of friends. Only two small things. 1) the small brown boxy wood chairs are not comfortable. It's not comfortable on your butt and kinda feels like it's pushing your back forward. Luckily there are different kinds of chairs and booths but if you see those ask to be say at a different table. 2) this is more of a suggestion.... Stay open to at least 4pm-ish at least on the weekends. They currently close at 2:30pm and we saw a LOT of people come in and were turned away. On the weekends people want to do early and late brunches and you are also losing a lot of money closing so early. read more

We had a really great brunch experience. The avocado toast was fresh and generously topped with creamy avocado, served with perfectly cooked sunny-side-up eggs and a lemon wedge that added a nice bright touch. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. The chilaquiles were flavorful with just the right amount of sauce, and the black beans and cheesy eggs made it a super satisfying dish. The pancakes were fluffy with melted butter on top, and the side of bacon was crispy and delicious -- classic comfort breakfast done right. Jennifer provided excellent service -- she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without rushing us. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the wait time since it was pretty busy, but overall it was definitely worth it. I'd happily come back again! read more

Got to First Watch around 9am. Long line already. Waited 30 mins for party of 4. Place is nice, clean and smelled like breakfast. They have complimentary coffee while you wait which is a nice touch. We ordered the million dollar bacon, potatoes and a few other breakfast items. Not sure if it was because I was getting over being sick but the food was just okay to me. This is the reason for the 3 stars. Will have to go back when I'm better. Perhaps it'll taste better. While service was good, our server didn't seem like she wanted to be there. This place does not do reservation. But it's very cute inside and very spacious. Immediately to your left when you walk into the restaurant it looks like they have a self serve coffee while you wait to be seated. Which is so convenient because you can get your coffee fixed while you wait. Not to mention they have my favorite coffee creamer!! We had started with self-serve coffee refills at our table, very much convenient if you wanted to drink as much coffee as you want. This is a recommendation please get the million dollar bacon! This is something that I wish I would've upgraded in my main dish.. My husband and I both ordered the same thing, though his was slightly different. He ended up getting a pancake that had granola and banana mixed inside. SO GOOD! Again, if we had ordered the million dollar bacon it would have made my dish so much better. That's why I brought it down to 4 stars- their bacon is alright.. Overall this place is doing very well for it being open for just a couple of weeks of maybe a month now. So excited to have First Watch open in Henderson on Stephanie! My boyfriend and I stopped by for breakfast and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. We ordered the Tres Leches French Toast with fresh strawberries. It's a great presentation but I was little disappointed with the strawberry sauce (overpowering with sweetness) and I expected the bread to be softer with the tres leches. However, the Market Hash was hearty and well-balanced, loaded with veggies and cooked just right. My boyfriend had the Million Dollar Bacon and loved it. He said it's sweet, smoky, and addictive :). I had the turkey sausages which were nicely cooked and flavorful. The Morning Meditation juice was refreshing and a great balance of oranges and beets. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The space is bright, clean, and welcoming. Overall, a good first experience and a fantastic addition to the Henderson breakfast/brunch scene. Came here during soft opening and here are the items we ordered: - smoked salmon Benedict: was good. Egg was nicely poached and the salmon gives the saltiness the dish needed. Salad on the side had a light vinaigrette to balance out the richness of the Benedict. - traditional: eggs (comes with cheese so if you don't want it, make sure you let the waiter know), bacon (your choice of protein), seasoned potatoes, and toast. - kale berry salad: daughter finished this. And a bacon that she grabbed from her brother. - morning meditation l: such a delicious healthy drink! - donut holes: bleh. But the compote was good. Waiter Manny was great. Update: the take out took too long. We were going to eat in the car but gave up. Btw? We had taken our utensils to the car which by the way was parked directly in front of the door. The dogs-only-cats-are-gross manager came after us to get the forks back. Really. While we were sitting waiting for our food. We shifted to take out. We sat on the patio because we had one of our meowkids with us. (Buddie was secured inside a hard sided carrier.) I got a strong sense that the manager was a dog-only person The way she looked at Buddie was painful and she talked about keeping her away from the table because she posed a health risk. My first time at this place and the prices and variety are very good! the food is adequately priced in my opinion. I got the biscuits and sausage gravy meal and it was okay. the biscuit was kind of grainy and potatoes were starchy and grainy in a way not like other breakfast potatoes i've had. The eggs also came with a cilantro garnish and i wish i had known prior so i could ask to not have it since the menu never mentioned but i just scooped it off. The caramel honey crunch coffee is amazing tho! it's very refreshing and not too sweet but sweet engough; although the whole cup was filed with ice rather than just half the cup. Hi Neighbors, here goes: I decided to surprise the Mrs. again and try the new breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant called First Watch on Stephanie St. here in Henderson. This time we dined in. I wanted to see what folks were raving about, especially the million-dollar bacon everyone was saying was a must-try and so delicious it was to die for. Really? Well, here is my honest experience at this restaurant. The food arrived cold or, at best, lukewarm. The server was meh and M.I.A. for the most part. Although we arrived early, the restaurant did not get busy until after we were seated. We ordered two traditional breakfasts, upgraded to the million-dollar bacon, and a side of small, cold, doughy biscuits with preserves. My wife had her customary cup of morning java, and we also ordered two juice drinks called the watermelon wake-up, which were not bad, but nothing memorable. I also learned that when you pour sugar cane into your drink, it does not dissolve like regular sugar. Lol. Now, getting back to the food, It's actually hard to tell you what the food tastes like when it arrives cold, and I, for one, am not accustomed to sending my food back to the kitchen so it can be stuck in a microwave and reheated, and sent back to me. But I will give it my best shot! The food, to me, definitely did not live up to all the hype. If I were to grade our overall dining experience at First Watch. I would say a C-minus for the food and a C-plus for the ambiance. Now let's talk about the million-dollar bacon, overhyped with a catchy name. Sweet with some syrup and green onions? And cold! Have you ever tried eating eggs over medium cold? We did. Not very tasty. Even the breakfast potatoes were cold. A food item that normally has some warmth to it. Now, I don't know if the breakfast came out hot and the runners or servers left it sitting too long before bringing it to us, but I did notice they never said 'hot plates' when they set those cold breakfast concoctions in front of us. Yeah, I agree the breakfast looks appetizing in my pics, but never judge a book by its cover. Will I give this restaurant another try? Probably not. Once bitten, twice shy in this case. Especially when there are so many other better places to eat for your money here in the valley at seventy dollars! In all due fairness, I did hear that this restaurant could be hit-or-miss. Well, it was definitely a miss in my book. Oh well, life goes on. I'll chalk it up to another life lesson, and it only cost me seventy dollars this time. Lol. read more

We've been to First Watch twice this week for breakfast and both visits were amazing. We had Jamie and Daniel as our servers the last two mornings, and they were hands down some of the best servers we've ever had--so friendly, helpful, and genuinely fun. Even though it was busy, service was quick and easy. The food was fantastic too: I had a frittata one morning and eggs Benedict today, both cooked perfectly, and the side salad was fresh and refreshing. It was a bit of a wait to get in, but that's always a good sign. We'll definitely be back and I highly recommend checking out First Watch!! read more

First of let me start with we got Amazing customer service checked in on us plenty of times to make sure everything was good or if we needed anything else. The potatoes and Bacon were really good I would highly recommend trying them. The barbacoa was good but I would prefer pinto beans over black beans and option of a fried egg over scrambled eggs. The purple haze and the Honey Caramel crunch were top notch and would highly recommend them. The tres leches French toast were good but missing the treat leches wow flavor. All in all the place is beautiful the service was great and I would definitely go again and substitute some of the stuff I mentioned if available. read more

This was my first time trying out the new First Watch that just opened in my neighborhood on Stephanie Street, and it's already off to a strong start. The place was surprisingly busy for a Thursday morning, and I ended up putting my name on a waiting list. I'm not sure if they take reservations, but it seems like they mainly operate on a waitlist system--which honestly makes sense given how popular they already are. First Watch is known for its breakfast-brunch-lunch concept, fresh ingredients, and community‑focused approach. It's clearly growing fast throughout the Las Vegas area, and I can see why. Their hours are 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, which fits perfectly with their daytime dining vibe. For my meal, I ordered the Tres Leches French Toast, and wow--absolutely delicious. I didn't even need syrup because it was already so flavorful on its own. We also shared the Million Dollar Bacon, and let me tell you... dangerously good. Sweet, savory, and addictive. My friend went with the Avocado Toast, which looked fresh and generously portioned. To drink, I had the Morning Meditation juice, made with orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar, and beet. It tasted incredibly refreshing--clean, bright, and exactly what my stomach needed. Overall, this new First Watch is a fantastic addition to the community and the neighborhood. Great food, friendly atmosphere, and a menu that makes you want to come back and try more. I'm excited to have them here and will definitely be returning. read more

My wife and I were so excited to try this place, got there at 8am, ordered & waited until 8:30 and finally received our food granted it was made fresh unlike some places where the food comes out super quick. My wife received her chickenchanga first, the presentation was great. Upon taking a bite the entire thing was cold, even the chicken inside of it. Upon receiving my turkey burger I was so irritable because of how my wife's food turned out I could barely eat mine. We let the server know and he told us that the kitchen was backed up, now I worked in a restaurant for 6 years, and I can tell you it wasn't even busy. There were maybe 6 tables in the entire restaurant. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I really enjoyed the caramel crunch coffee& the kale tonic. I would be back for those, but I don't see us returning for food unfortunately. read more
