Came in for our first visit in the later part of the afternoon. No wait so we were seated right away. There was a very pungent smell like sulfur when we walked in. The waiter said it was probably eggs but it was much stronger than that. Eventually you get used to it as he said he didn't smell anything. Very pleasant waiter brought us some water right away. We sat at a table and I will say the wooden chairs are not comfy at all, definitely would ask for a booth next time. We ordered the donut holes: pretty good. I prefer alittle more fluffiness. The tres leches French toast was very good. My husband enjoyed his frittata and the potatoes that came with my daughter's egg sandwich were amazing. She liked her sandwich but it came with mashed avocado and she asked for no avocado. We just scraped it off. Overall, I recommend giving them a try. It was a pricey lunch of 75 bucks (including tip) for 3 people, so be prepared. read more

Food was fine. Nothing to write home about. The grits were weird (yellow cornmeal?) and had a dry gluey texture. My eggs benedict was strange too. The bread it was served on was like a cross between a biscuit and ciabatta and wasn't toasted or warm. The hollandaise was very lemony. My boyfriend's chicken chimichanga was smothered with the same lemony hollandaise as my benedict even though the menu didn't mention that detail. He didn't really like it. He said the potatoes were really good though. I really enjoyed the leafy salad that came my benedict. The service wasn't bad. The staff kept enthusiastically saying "yall" which was like nails on a chalkboard because it was forced. I'm from the south and we don't say it like that. Almost felt like a gimmicky script or like they were making fun of a southern accent. The place smelled faintly of sewage. Not the most appetizing odor when coming in for breakfast. My partner noticed it too. We won't be back. There are too many other breakfast places closeby that blow First Watch out of the water. read more

Honestly tasted like US Foods slop. The chilaquiles were so mid. They used tortilla chips from a bag I'm sure and black beans from a can. The egg was scrambled rather than sunny side up , never had chilaquiles with scrambled eggs. Our other dish had chicken sausage which was lukewarm and the potatoes tasted like they came from a bag. The pancake was also just ... there. Iced coffee tasted like gas station coffee. There are much better places in Vegas ( cough cough craft kitchen) and I regret not driving further. First time here and I love the vibe and decor inside! I also do like that they have outdoor seating. I will say this day the entrance smelled like sewage and it did almost make me want to leave since the smell with the food would not mix well. My husband dearly loved his hash plate; however, I ordered the salmon eggs Benedict and it was horrible. First off the eggs were indeed runny but still way under cooked. Ideally eggs are 3-4 min poached, runny and jammy yolks, but whites should be solid. When I picked up a bite of egg it ran straight through my fork like soup! Then there was the salmon--a bit off in taste. Ugh! I love smoked salmon but it should never have a sharp fishy flavor! Mine was inedible. So I took my 3" square Ciabatta roll, turned it over, and soaked up the runny egg. I got about 1/2 of one egg eaten, a bit of roll, and a 2 cups of salad greens as my breakfast. Not worth $14.99 for poorly cooked eggs, & dodgy salmon. Never ordering that again! Chef, learn the proper poached egg technique or go to remedial cooking school. read more

Went to try this place out. Tried out the farmhouse hash and tres leches French toast. The atmosphere was good. Food was good. The tres leches was ironically not at all like tres leches. It was pretty dry as far as the toast goes. My husband liked his hash. We only waited like 15 mins to be sat. Greeted soon. Once we got our food the server did not however check on us and we had to flag him down for refills. Overall the experience and food were ok but not sure if it's enough to make me go back for more. But it's a good addition for the area since I think the area lacks in breakfast places to go read more

I had higher expectations. The service was amazing Manny was fantastic and everyone else was super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very clean and inviting. My only comment Would be the food. My omelet was over cooked and had very little toppings and next to no cheese or sour cream cream, and my potato's were extremely over cooked. My wife's food was not very good the breakfast tacos were bland and lacked flavor. The coffee was fantastic and the fresh juices are spectacular. I'm not sure if it was just the lack of experience I am hoping they will step it up a little. Overall not sure I will go for a little while. We shall see. read more

Two things will always plague this resturant even though the menu is great and people like Tiffany and Sharon are great. 1. So so noisy..you can't cheaply correct that and it's too bad but you can correct #2. 2. To start, coffee is a make or break thing for me...if your coffee is bad, I won't be back. Whoever worked the the tablet check in today, was absolutely rude. We asked when we got in how long for our party and she said 40 minutes. We walked up just to see after 110 minutes to get told another 10-15 minutes. So we waited 40 minutes, checked in again, and as we approached the check in person covered her face with the tablet, and said " I really hate that you guys keep coming up here and asking". That is your ONE JOB. I wasn't for the waiting, it was for that rude response right there. That was enough to ask to be taken off the list. Wait times take forever! Be prepared to wait at least an hour (weekend). Even checking in added to the waitlist we waited for 1 1/2 to be seated. Once you're seated be prepared to wait another 40 minutes for the food to come out. Must say though the food is good but not worth the wait. Won't be coming back anytime soon (have been here twice). We went to the first day of First Watch on Stephanie and it was GREAT! Our server Daniel was great to us all morning, and was helpful with suggestions. This was the first time we'd ever been to a First Watch so we weren't sure what to order. We started out with coffee and a couple of the juices. Highly recommend trying the juices, we had the Purple Haze and the Morning Meditation and they were both excellent. For food, we went with the Tres Leches French Toast, the Salmon Benedict, and a side of the Million Dollar Bacon. It was very, very good. I loved the Salmon Benedict. The Million Dollar Bacon had me wanting to figure out how they get it to cook so perfectly.. it literally is the perfect bacon with the perfect seasonings on it. I could eat that bacon every day for the rest of my life, it was so good. Overall, a very nice experience at First Watch. And we will definitely be back! read more

We were very excited to try this restaurant. I heard that they are accommodating to food allergies. Not really. When our server came to our table I said I'm allergic to soybean oil. What type of oil do you use to fry with and on the grill. She said scan the QR code on the menu and walked off. So I scanned the code. Every item showed the ingredients. I was unable to find something that didn't have soy listed. Our server came back and asked are you ready to order 3 times. I was still searching the items. First Watch is my Last Watch. We waiting (2 of us) for a long time and noticed other larger parties were being seated ahead of us. This is a no no in the restaurant business. people notice. Then we finally got seated, after I bugged the host 3 times, and it took over 8 minutes to have someone come over and take our drink order. We noticed during our wait that service was very slow. So when the wait person came we decided we were not going to give this restaurant our business. There are plenty of other breakfast locations that have the experience and knowledge to give their customers a breakfast to remember. I was invited to attend this First Watch locations soft opening the other weekend. The food was ok, although my market frittata hardly had any sun-dried tomatoes in it and that was its selling point for me, the service was standard. The Purple Haze drink was amazing. This location is pretty small inside with underwhelming atmosphere and that far too overused simi-industrial atmosphere vibe. The one trend like "Chipotle" with the unfinished ceiling trend that so many restaurants have been overdoing for the past 15-20 years. If I'm going to overspend on a breakfast sandwich then the restaurant should at least spend the money to finish building a ceiling above me. Overall I found this location disappointing in food/service/value compared to my experience at the eastern location a couple months back. Not that this location is bad or anything... just didn't seem worth their menu prices for the dining experience. read more

What a waste. I will never be coming back. We waited for 50 min for an estimated 30 min wait list, only for us to be told it would be another 30 due to a 15 top. If you are gonna take up half your restaurant for a party, let others know so we don't waste our time. Your host was rude and spent more time joking with his co workers and playing with bugs than being reassuring to your members. Don't go here. You will be disappointed. To be completely honest, I never even ended up going to this restaurant due to how bad the experience was while calling to inquire about my Aunt's Birthday. Shannon was the hostess I spoke with and told me "let your server know". This place is small and it would be very hard to sneak away to setup a small birthday request. Knowing this I just really wanted a note put down with my name, party size, and the fact there was a Birthday. A few minutes later I decided to call back because I felt Shannon dismissed what I was saying and simply wanted me off the phone. Upon calling back I spoke with another member who I explained the situation and the conversation I had with their Hostess. He sounded surprised but still directed me back to Shannon. Shannon said "I already spoke with you 10 minutes ago. And said there wasn't a waitlist" (not the reason i was calling for) she was rude about it. I said "why are you being so difficult" she got mad and said "Im not being so difficult) I explained to her why i called back then she lied (I'm assuming due to embarrassment of her co-worker finding out how rude she acted) and said that "thats not what I said, I said that I would inform your sever of the occasion upon your arrival" which was simply not true. I informed her thats not how things transpired and she then proceeded to raise her voice and argue with me. This place is new and from I can tell has few customers as of now. Why would you allow your staff to turn customers away especially as a new restaurant that just opened up trying to build their clientele. Don't understand why they have to be so difficult to their few guest. I was also a returning guest and now ill never go back. Pretty messed up. Arrived on Easter Sunday for an impromptu breakfast with my 6 year old daughter after our Easter plans fell apart. It was a rough morning and I'm so glad we chose First Watch for breakfast! with a 20-25 minute which was awesome everywhere was much longer we went to smiths across the street while we waited and got my little one a toy and I accidentally canceled my reservation went back and door guy was nice he allowed us to sit at the bar in two open seats and suddenly we realize one of the seats was taken but the man was in the restroom, someone who was done with their meal gave up their seat which was super nice of her. Courtney at the bar was very lovely and accommodating to my daughter and spoke to her quite a bit although she was busy making drinks, serving those who sat down, running food, etc. my daughter would occasionally speak up to ask for one thing or another - her missing fruit, needing extra napkins, etc and the whole time she was so lovely and accommodating even though she was SO busy. Thank you to Courtney and the rest of the staff for making our first visit so special and making a rough start to Easter extra special for my daughter. read more

We arrived about ten minutes after opening. It wasn't too busy yet, but there was no one at the host desk. After a brief wait, we were seated. It took a long time for anyone to show up to take our drink order, which was an indication of things to come. Overall, the food was okay; the service was terrible (slow and inattentive). It made the experience very unpleasant and I won't likely go back. A couple at the table across from us got up and left because they sat for a long time without being acknowledged by a server. We were close to doing that before our server finally showed up. When I went to pay, I told them the experience wasn't good and they didn't seem to care. They offered me a buy one get one free card for my next visit, but I doubt I'll go back. There are plenty of other places in the same area with better food and service. read more
