Saw a lot of hype on social media about this place so my coworkers and I decided to give it a try. First off, easy to spot. It is just off Eastern within the Eastern Marketplace Plaza, with huge signage and ample parking. once inside you're greeted with beautifully intentional japanese-inspired decor, from ramen menu planks in Japanese at the host's station to a very cool tree-styled wood with what I can only assume are wishes and prayers across it all. The standout decor is the hexagon cubbies along the right side, as well as the yogurt bottle shaped table area. It's so unique but beautifully executed. Before I even get to the food, I need to shout out the service. Our server was incredible - so knowledgeable and made some spectacular recommendations, and checked on us frequently to make sure we were enjoying our meal and had everything we needed. As for the food, we tried the Omurice, the Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, and a few desserts: Matcha Pudding with Red Bean, and Japanese Cherry Blossom Jelly. The Omurice was so well done, and I really enjoyed the fried rice bed underneath. The ramen's broth was exquisite. Very rich and flavorful, and the ramen noodles were cooked to perfection. The pork was well seasoned and tender as well. The desserts, both of them, were light and delicate, not at all heavy and made for a perfect finisher to end the meal. This is 5 stars across the board. Yes the ramen is a bit pricey but the quality and care in the meal is so evident. The service was top notch. 100% recommend, and I guarantee I'll be back! read more

This is a nicely designed restaurant with a cool Japan-themed vibe. Ramen is the main menu item, and we tried two different bowls: Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen ($16.99) and the Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen ($17.99). The noodles had a good texture. The soup started out okay, but as I got through the bowl, it seemed to get saltier and saltier, especially once the noodles were gone. It became a bit much by the end. KYUramen is amazing. It's already a new favorite for my friends and family. And an after church service favorite. Love their menu, full of pictures of the food and if you can't see it, your helpful (servers are also knowledgeable of their menu items ) server will show you from their ordering tablet. Ramen is tasty and the appetizers are also delicious (love the Pan seared Gyoza). The decor is so invitingly clean and has a modern and traditional appeal. Trying to knock off some of my list in Vegas Headed out for my birthday lunch at KyuRamen, tucked in Henderson. First off, I love the aesthetics. It has that modern Japanese vibe with these pod-style seats that kind of remind me of a beehive (in the cutest way). Finally made it to Kyuramen after wanting to try it since they opened--and it did not disappoint. I got the Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu ramen with the black garlic option, and it was so good. Everything was perfectly balanced, and the soft-boiled marinated egg was a standout. My husband ordered the Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu ramen, which had a nice kick--kind of reminded us of a Szechuan-style spice. Stopped by for dinner and the ambiance and decor is beautiful. They have tables up a stairs. Not quite a 2nd Floor but cute and interesting. Our server was Valerie and she was very friendly. When I placed my order I mentioned that I don't want my Tempura in my Ramen to have it on the side because I don't want it mushy and wet. She said ok she will tell the cooks and mind you, there's no alteration to the menu or how it's prepared. Well she made it right because the kitchen put the Tempura in the soup. I finally got a chance to check this place out with my girl friend. She also had this placed book marked on Yelp. I would have to say the aesthetic of the restaurant is very catchy and pleasing to the eyes. I love the two story seating concept. We went during dinner hour and got seated right away. Our server was quick and knowledgeable about the menu. I went with their popular dish naturally lol it was the Classic Japanese Omurice Combo which also came with your choice of dessert. I went with their matcha pudding and red bean topping. When they brought out the omurice they did it table side which was pretty cool they sliced it opened and poured the gravy right on top and served it to you. It was pretty good, just missing a kick of spice. The matcha pudding was alight, I don't think I would get it again. I have a really good experience dining here and I don't even care for ramen. We ordered the Tokyo shoyu ramen with black pepper and it was tasty but not salty. I was afraid it will be salty but it wasn't. The wasn't bad either. My meal comes with matcha pudding and it was ok. We also ordered the skewer platter and I enjoyed them all, they tasted fresh. Hubby ordered the egg omelette, it was ok. But the presentation was nice and I took a video of the server cutting it. We went there in the morning when they just opened and they took us to one of the pods and it had stairs leading to it and I thought the concept was great. We stumbled across this cute spot on social media while hanging out at our hotel in Vegas, and it instantly caught our attention. I think what intrigued my son the most were the adorable bumblebee-style cubby seating areas, super unique and fun. After his football game, we made the drive from north to south Vegas to check it out. Not gonna lie, getting there at night using Maps felt a little sketchy at times, we definitely thought we were lost at one point. But we made it, put our names on the waitlist, and waited about an hour to be seated. Sadly, we didn't get one of those cute cubbies, which was a bit of a bummer. Service-wise, our waitress was kind, but communication was a little tough due to a strong accent, and I struggled to get my order across...eventually I just nodded and hoped for the best. Food-wise, the gyozas were AMAZING, definitely one of the best we've had. The soups were just okay, though my family liked the kimchi soup the most. The boba drinks were delicious and refreshing. They also had a fun little promotion where you could win a prize if you found something at the bottom of your bowl, definitely a clever way to get you to finish your food . Yes!!! What an amazing addition to the Henderson/Green Valley/Anthem area. Kyuramen has opened up off of St. Rose parkway and Eastern in the Smart and Final Shopping complex. It includes Tour Les Jour, Chilis, McDonald's etc. Inside is super spacious, clean and so cute! We loved the unique seating areas along the wall. There are 5 tables in a honeycomb shape as well as a cute wooden dome thing to sit in. There are also standard tables and high tops. Luckily we were seated on the second floor, right in the middle of the honeycomb seating. Perfect! We came in for their signature omurice (only place in Vegas to serve this) and of course try their ramen. We ordered the Pork Tonkatsu omurice, with a choice of either traditional Demi glacé or curry. I chose the Demi glacé. It also comes with a choice of dessert, green tea pudding or cherry blossom jelly. I chose the cherry blossom jelly. We also tried their 50/50 split bowl ramen so we could try two different flavors. We got the spicy and the tonkatsu. Also wanted to try the Amazing Lemonade. Definitely was amazing. Freshly squeezed. Service was super friendly and loved that they asked if we wanted to film the cutting of the omurice, before being sliced open. The cutting was very impressive and omelet was cooked perfectly. The demi glacé was a little sweet and salty and paired perfectly with the omurice. The chicken fried rice underneath was very tasty! Pork tonkatsu was tasty, but a tad oily. Ramen was very tasty. Came with a group that wanted to try their viral omurice which came with a fancy tableside presentation. Didn't care too much for its flavor but it was definitely an Instagram-friendly dish that matches the Instagram-friendly aesthetics of their interior decor. Personally got the spicy tonkotsu ramen which almost felt like a Chinese hybrid as the flavor was very reminiscent of Sichuan chili oil and five spice. I didn't mind this and actually liked it, but it's definitely a unique bowl of ramen. The first time we came- after we were seated by the host, no one checked up on us. We had to use the call button for a server. But we ordered at 6:53pm. Food came out around 7pm. Not a long wait - so it kinda made up for it. They didn't check up on us during the meal, so we had to press the call button again to get our water refilled. Overall the food was good though. I had to rent a car just so we could come here to try the omurice. I've had the famous Kichikichi omurice in Kyoto with the crazy chef Motokichi Yukimura. The omurice here looks EXACTLY like the one in Japan, down to the way they cut it and the egg spills out. This is how it's supposed to be and I've never seen anyone else do it like that outside of Japan until I came here. The demi sauce is awesome, not too salty, just like Japan...and they give you a whole gravy boat to indulge here so bonus points for that. The only thing I didn't like is the fried rice had white onions that weren't cooked that well, they were slightly crunchy - I feel like they should have been more inconspicuous. Okay enough about that. The ramen broth is also something to try, the black garlic tonkotsu broth is simmered for 48hours or something ridiculous like that to make a great bowl of ramen, just like in Japan. Other than the variety of ramen and sides, the main reason you may come here is probably to try the viral omurice that you see in Japan. The only bad part was that we ordered the combo with dessert and find out that they didn't even have any of them available. We also decided to order the Ying Yang bowl which is pretty cool because I never seen a bowl that had 2 soups in it. It also seemed like a mini shabu. This was really good too because you get to try 2 different types of ramens that are very different in flavor. I would suggest this if you wanted to try more than one flavor and different types of toppings. This is a really cool ramen spot randomly in Henderson that has a well though out decor and seating arrangement. There's a lot of space to sit whether in their hexagon lit cubicles, ramen bar, tables or tucked away in their kind of private booths. The service is decent and standard as you'd expect from any other restaurant. They did mention they didn't have one type of dessert, but failed to even offer than 2nd option as that was also out. The other bad part was that it seemed like they may have forgotten our ramen since it came later than our omurice and we were looking at the ramen cooks chilling the whole time. If you want to be seated in these, probably need to come early when they first open. It's very spacious inside, the Sakura tree seating area and the high table area are both elegant and perfect for your camera and add more fun and relaxation to the food tasting. Their combo is a great deal if you are new here and want to try more items. We love the Sapporo ramen, the broth is so rich and flavorful. The popcorn chicken is very juicy and with generous portions. Their spring roll is actually the deep fried egg roll. The dressing sauce of the jelly dessert is kinda like mango peach, fresh and sweet. The matcha pudding with red bean comes with creamy dressing, but it's probably more to the adults' taste buds, on the bitter side, and it's very firm, not really like pudding or crème Brulee. Their T bar drinks are very good, no menu on their website, but they do have menu on site. I'm not a fan of jelly but their jelly inside the drinks are very good with different texture from regular boba shops. We came here for a late lunch but somehow there was still a 45-minute wait. I had a busy day and haven't eaten all day so, I was trying to keep calm and quiet so I don't get hangry. The restaurant has lots of empty spaces where they could fit more tables but the problem is their kitchen is small which is why there's such a long wait. The honeycomb seating is cute and a table that looks like it has a chasen on top of it is unique. The long wait made me change my mind multiple times as to what to get. But the nice thing about eating with a group of people is that you can try different dishes and share. However, we ended up getting the same stuff! SPICY CHILI DUMPLINGS: Not really Japanese (like their popcorn chicken) but I like spicy chili dumplings from Chinese/ Taiwanese restaurants. The kind of spice that slightly numbs your mouth without the burn. 4/5 PORK TONKATSU OMURICE COMBO: Lightly cooked omelette on top of rice. They give you two choices for sauces: curry sauce or demi glacé. Traditionally, you get demi glacé. Since nothing about Kyuramen is traditional, I got curry sauce and it was not the wrong choice. Change sometimes is good. They slice the omelette and pour the sauce on top at your table. The pork tonkatsu is really good. Properly cooked, crunchy panko breading, and the pork is tender and juicy. Very filling. The combo comes with your choice of dessert: Cherry Blossom Jelly or Matcha Pudding. 5/5 CHERRY BLOSSOM JELLY: Clear gelatin with a cherry blossom. It comes with syrup on the side. It's a firmer jelly, mild flavor. 3.5/5 MATCHA PUDDING: Rich matcha pudding with a little bit of red bean on top. It comes with a side of milk to pour on top of the pudding. I truly enjoyed this. 5/5 KATSUOBUSHI PORK RAMEN: Braised Pork Belly, Scallion, Katsuobushi, Shichimi, Nori, Bamboo Shoot, Sesame, Corn, Half Marinated Egg. Smoky flavor from the katsuobushi, mildly spicy from the shichimi, fatty and rich from the pork belly. 4/5 YINYANG BOWL: Tonkatsu Shoyu Ramen (Braised Pork, Shrimp Tempura, Bamboo Shoot, Half Marinated Egg) on one side, and Sapporo Miso Ramen (Chashu Pork, Corn, Scallion, Zucchini, Half Marinated Egg) on the other. If you can't decide what ramen to get, this is the best option because you get two kinds of ramen in one bowl. The only thing is you can't customize the spice level on the Miso Ramen with the Yinyang Bowl. If you order their Miso Ramen on its own, you can pick the spice level. And the miso ramen is quite spicy but still tasty though. The broth on the Tonkotsu ramen is rich and flavorful. 4/5 PORK BUN: Soft slightly sweet bun with a soft fatty pork belly and some crunchy greens in the middle. 4/5 PASSION FRUIT TEA: From Tbaar next door. Ask for less sweet because otherwise, it's too sweet. 4/5 The service was pleasant. But the timing our food arrived was not great due to the fact they have a small kitchen. Our dishes came out one at a time. My omurice came first. Several minutes later, we got the dumplings which we ate first while waiting for everyone's entree. Ramen was pretty good and I'll go back. I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and range of seating in this place. They have hexagons all over and you can sit in them at various levels. A few semi secluded booths. Several tables. I really liked the tree showing what people are thankful for which is what I've seen in Japan shrines. The ramen was pretty good but there are a few better than it. The black garlic was a little weak. They actually use seasoned semi cooked eggs which is a favorite treat. The fried chicken was not great and needed sauce to enjoy. I liked the spices of the spicy ramen and they were not afraid to make it hot. The amazing lemonade was very good. I dumped my leftover water in with the remaining lemons and used a lemon slice as a shield for lemon seeds. It worked for two more refills. The dessert matcha was tasty and came in a cute box. I really liked all the woodwork here. The service was great at the tables. Look forward to sitting in one of the hexagon booth areas to get a different view of the place. read more

The service and ambience at Kyuramen were amazing. The takoyaki was fresh, and the spicy wonton was really good--it actually made my tongue numb in a good way. The demi-glaze paired perfectly with the omurice and pork tonkatsu. The only dish that wasn't for me was the Yin Yang ramen. I can't quite explain it, but the soup just didn't taste right to me. Overall though, the experience was great. The servers were very attentive, and the interior design was absolutely beautiful. Even the plating, sauces, and spicy powders at the table were impressive. So yummy! I thought all of the food we tried was really delicious. The ramen isn't the best in town but still good. I thought the omurice was really delicious. Both the popcorn chicken and sweet chili wing appetizers were very good. This place is on the slightly pricier side but I think the amount of food you receive justifies the price. The interior is really unique, definitely some cute photo ops. Or if you come here with a small party (1-2) you might even be sat at the honeycomb tables which look really neat. The service was great, although, if you have to put your number down for the waitlist make sure your notifications are on! My phone was on silent and they texted saying our table was ready, but I missed my slot. We were waiting right in front of the host station but they will not notify you in person even if you are right there. The servers were all kind though. We were missing an egg from our ramen and they promptly brought out one once notified. And the tableside service for the omurice was neat. Lastly, if you want the honeycomb appetizer, know that it's not available!! They said they haven't had it since they've been open because they don't have the dish. But, they do have all the apps available just in a full size. I was really looking forward to ordering that and it would've been nice if it was mentioned when we were seated. I've been wanting to try this place for a while and finally did. The classic omurice was actually really good and probably the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the beef ramen was a big disappointment. The steak was extremely overcooked and chewy. We mentioned it to our server, and he kindly brought out new steak for both bowls. However, when he returned, he already apologized and said it was overcooked again--which it definitely was. We tried to eat it but couldn't. When the table was cleared, it was obvious the steak hadn't been touched, but no one followed up or seemed to care. We still ended up paying for the full bill, which didn't feel right given the situation. Overall, really disappointed with the experience. read more

It's a cool new spot for ramen off Eastern. and they offer combo's that include an entree, beverage (I recommend the Thai tea) and dessert. My friend had the yingyang bowl B and she couldn't finish it. She liked it but thought one of the ramens was just too spicy for her taste I had the Combo A + Thai tea.. delicious... delicious... delicious... next trip, I want to try the omurice.. that seemed like a popular choice as we saw other customers ordering it while we were there..
