Went in yesterday for 2 Big macs and a coke. They had 4 hockey pucks on each burger. The sauce was so secret it was non existent. The bunns were cold like they just pulled them out of the fridge. Last straw for me. Prices have doubled, wait time is 15 minutes and food is disgusting. It went in the garbage at maverick and I got a couple slices of pizza there. read more

Only giving one star because you can't give zero. This place doesn't care about its customers or their food. I ordered from them from uber eats and they forgot to add most of my food. They only gave me one out of three items I ordered and the chicken nuggets were out of the box and spread out over the bottom of the bag. I'm disappointed with the workers there and their lack of work ethic. I work in the food industry and this is unacceptable and lazy. Don't recommend going here. Still a very conscientious crew working at this McDonald's location. I wish all McDonald's were run as well. The service is drive through only at this time, 6/17/22, the line gets long, so bring your patience. Went here last night. Got there at 10:55 pm, 5 min before closing. Ordered #7, cheeseburger meal. Went home to eat it, there was NO meat on either cheeseburger. U think the cook would have said, we are cleaning our machine and nothing is available, yet they made the butrgers with no meat. It rated well so we decided to stop here after a long day at Grand Teton. This place opens til 1am so we decided to stop here instead of driving more. There were 2 lines going and so many cars in line but it did move fast. We were a little disappointed because they didn't have grilled chicken nor chicken strips. Couldn't get something a bit healthier for my daughter. We ordered a lot of food. Got it all. Standard McD's. Fries were ok my fish was kinda stale and dry not fresh. Quarter pounder and big Macs were good. Chicken nuggets were yummy. Sweet tea and sprite and cokes always good here lol sweet tea extra sweet ;) overall it's a bit overpriced for this location. After a very long night where everything that could go wrong, did, we stopped at McDonald's for dinner. We went through the drive thru. There were 9 of us and I had a list the food we needed. The person taking our order was EXTREMELY rude. Honestly if anywhere else was opened I would have throat punched him and went somewhere else. After giving him my list of food, he asked if everything looked right. I said I don't know because it was only showing me page 4 of 4. He said don't worry, I got it right. On our travels we were looking for a fast affordable meal. We were tired of overpaying at local joins that left us feeling ripped off. We stopped here for a quick bite and were happy with the speed, service, prices and quality of food. They have a nice outdoor eating area too. I'd like to start by acknowledging how insane it is to make a yelp review about literally McDonald's but I just waited in a 25 minute line, and rolled up to a still active menu screen sat there for several minutes as my predecessors also did , and then took in the hard reality that it was closed. I'm certainly not blaming any of the employees that are absolutely over worked and under paid-but have you thought about maybe getting a few cones to cut the traffic line off? This McDonalds USE to be fabulous and a clean lobby Welcoming place for tourists and locals. They are one of few fast food restaurants in Jackson Hole. WHY do they still have lobby closed....Jackson Hole restaurants are ALL open Outdoor seating is a plus but dirty tables and trash under tables are not desirable. plus Winter in Jackson is a bit cold to sit in your car to eat. My order has been completely wrong or incomplete using the mobile app. Then I have to walk between cars to the drive up window to get it corrected Wendy's is a better option read more

Went to this McDs while on a road trip this summer. Stopped in at the restroom first (road trip, remember? ) just as a female employee came out of a stall and left without washing her hands. . Assumed/hoped she was ending her shift and heading home. Got to the register to order ice cream cones and guess who our cashier was... !!! So our disheveled road trip sweet tooth logic was, 'Fine. The cones should have wrappers where you hold when you handle it'. Yes they did! Yay! Guess who put her unwashed fingers on just about every part of the cone EXCEPT the part where it should be...!!! Does Jackson have a law against trans fat or something? The food at this McDonalds tastes different from all the other McDonald's in the world. It tastes like they prepared it without using grease or oil or something. I don't think I have ever had McDonald's food that tasted anything like this. It's almost McDonald's created some kind of high-end restaurant just like how Grand Lux is Cheesecake factory's high-end brand. I've first came to this McDonald's when I was 11 years old, so it's got a lot of sentimental value to me. I used to spend 3 months in Jackson every year when I was a kid. During my youth in Jackson, I used to walk here everyday with my friends after they got off school. So whenever I pass through Jackson , I always stop here for a little bit. So I guess due to sentimental value, I will always give this place 5-stars even if the manager shoots and stabs me during my next visit.... read more

By far the best McDonald's I have ever been to in my whole entire life. Everything was hot and fresh in the morning for breakfast through the drive-through and the line moves quickly. All of the staff members I encountered had smiles on their face and were friendly. This McDonald's deserves a gold star and recognized by corporate. Whoever the manager is should be moved up and should train all McDonald's around the country to be like this one. Great job. read more

I ate at this McDonald's several times during my stay in Jackson, because I needed quick food options preceding or following long days on the road photographing in Yellowstone and Grand Tetons NPs. The quality of the food was fine. No issues whatsoever in that respect. Service was friendly and quick. Points are deducted because of two issues. First, their deliveries come during breakfast hours and obfuscate the dual drive through causing an accident hazard. Second, despite repeatedly asking for no cheese on my biscuit, this lactose intolerant fellow got cheese on his biscuit. Lucky I saw that, or my trip could have been to the bathroom. Just want the store to know our situation: Sat in the drive through line for 40 minutes Sunday night, tired from travel and hungry. An employee comes out and places cones in the line one car ahead of ours and explains the situation by abruptly saying "we close at 10". No apology, just be gone with you. Keep in mind there was a line of cars well past our own. It baffles me that the owner of this location would be okay knowing families were turned away hungry because well, it was 10 and they had to close. Hours of operation on Google/Apple Maps showed a midnight close. The store could have made a killing by staying open another hour even with the overtime. read more

Well first of all it's McDonalds for Pete sake! It tasted just like every other McDonalds I've eaten at. But I must say we were asked by an employee if everything was alright AND asked if we would like refills while sitting at the table. That has never happened to me before at a McDonalds.
