WHY AM I REVIEWING A MCDONALD'S? Well, maybe because this is THE ONLY McDonald's that is WORTH of getting a review of me. This McDonald's is located under a corporate building, so it isn't your typical McD's. It's huge and holds about 300 people and always super clean. It looks like a business cafeteria...kind of. After watching Super Size Me, I've avoided McDonald's altogether (I'm easily brainwashed). But this one is particularly unique. Same food with some extras such as pizza and soup (?). I've always wanted to try out these 'fantasy' items (and hopefully they're still there). It looks and feels like a hospital/museum with glass displays of weird characters. W.O.W! This manager working 3/1/20 @6:30pm should find another Job! The drive through is so fixated with speed they ONCE again (happened to me before in the past at this location) they did not give me my drink with my combo. I got my kids milk and my order fine but they rush you off so fast! I know its my fault I drove away with out realizing but when I turned around, parked, and went inside I met the manager. He gazed at me and put his hands up like I just walked into his home and met him in living room. I told him "the girl with the green hair working the drive through did not give me my large coke". He looked over at her and yelled something at her and she walked by me and did NOT SAY A WORD! So I said. "Hi I was just through the drive thru and you forgot to give me my large coke." Came here to get the Iced Vanilla latte i was craving sooooooo badly. Leaving for college tomorrow and wanted my last McDonalds coffee from home. Ordered my latte as well as a 10 piece nugget meal but when i pulled up to the window they said the coffee machine was broken so i couldn't order it. Refunded me for the coffee but i still wanted the food. for some reason they gave me a Sprite i did NOT order and said it was included in the meal. I asked if they could substitute the sprite for something else because i never said i wanted sprite they never even asked me what soda i wanted. they gave me a rude look and said uhhhhhh no you're taking the sprite or nothing. i was like wtf?? then they proceeded to tell me my food would take a while so they had me and my bf pull up the the curb on the side of the drive thru. legitimately waited for 20 mins before they brought it out to us. the guy who brought it practically threw it at us and stormed away. didn't even get a "sorry for the wait" or any sort of compensation. best part is the food was cold!!! smh never going back read more

I hit the drive through last Friday for a quick coffee on my way to a meeting. Let's just say I've gone through a lot of McDonald's drive-thrus for coffee and this one was by far my worst experience in recent memory. The guy taking my order was clearly distracted and made me repeat myself at least 3 times. Then he told me to wait. About 90 seconds go by and he comes back and asks me my order again. Really?! It's a coffee. The woman taking my credit card at the window never greeted me or even looked at me. Then I drive forward for my coffee - and they hand a bag of food to me. Wth? I didn't order any food. I told the woman this, and she asked "well what did you order?". A coffee.. a simple coffee... I was not impressed and will not return to this location. If I could give them zero stars, I would. For months we have ordered without an issue. Today, they had an awful day- we ordered twice and they got everything wrong, they gave us four sodas that we did not order a completely burnt quarter pounder and a half of a big mac in a quarter pounder box, they gave us only one ordered of fries and forgot our cookies. It seemed like they were untrained or even worse did not care.
