It was not a morning like any other. The air buzzed with destiny. A voice--mine, Ronald McDonald's, maybe the spirit of a soda fountain--whispered: Go to McDonald's. But not just any one. The one--where the "M" flickers like prophecy, the ketchup dispensers attack, and ancestral memories of Happy Meals hum in your DNA. I arrived shoeless, in an ethical alpaca robe, and parked diagonally like a sunbathing walrus. The arches shimmered with pure nostalgia. Inside, time bent. The floor clung to my soul. A woman in a Reagan-era Garfield sweatshirt whispered: "Snack Wraps... soon." Then vanished. Ezekiel at the register knew my order without asking. The receipt printed itself. The burger? A cholesterol cathedral. The fries? A salty sonnet from your grandma. The Sprite? Not a drink--a carbonated exorcism. A child sang "Old MacDonald" in a minor key. Everyone wept. A man screamed, "I REMEMBER MY MOTHER." I emerged from the bathroom reborn. McDonald's is not a restaurant. It's a temple. A liminal cathedral of salt, starch, and sorrow. Would I return? Yes. Every day. Forever. (5 Stars) read more

I did a curbside order for two waters and two drinks, because my 9 month old baby was asleep in the car and the two lines were horribly long and not moving. I sat in curbside for approximately 10 minutes before walking in. I stood there for 5 minutes without a single person asking if I needed something. I saw my number on a sticky on their workstation. The employees were slowly completing orders, not speaking to any customer and a couple weren't doing anything but walking around in the back. I then watched a girl come in and walk behind the counter and clock in. When she walked by the woman who was grabbing the numbers out of the printer and starting orders, that woman grabbed my number, handed it to her and said "you have a curbside". This tells me whoever has absolutely no knowledge of how to manage employee workloads WAITED until she clocked in to fill a 4 drink order....when she had multiple people who were not doing any thing that could have filled it before the other girl clocked in. On a side note, the girl who walked it was extremely friendly and provided good customer service. Do better!! It may be fast food; but it's your job, you're paid to do it, and its customer service so PROVIDE customer service! If you don't like it, quit and find something you do! read more

More than disappointing. After a long day, McD's sounded satisfying. Fries were stone cold. Chicken nuggets hard as a rock, dry and cold. Person working the window could not say more than one word until she wanted me to pay her to wash my truck. Not going back! Negative 5 stars here read more

I live in town and every time I go they forgot multiple items. Be prepared to waste half your money.

Slow service. Waited almost 20 min for burger combo. Stay clear. Will not go here again. Not fast. They bring out all the orders at same time to the numbered parking spaces. Go figure my was the first and cold. read more

The food here is gross, the quarter pounder bun was stale and burger tasted awful!! The fries had been sitting out for awhile barely warm and no salt. Even the coke tasted awful, had a weird taste to it. I managed to eat a bit of my cheeseburger we had been on the road and needed something quick!! We were better off eating snacks in the car. On a positive note though the bathrooms were clean. But definitely not the McDonald's fries and coke I was looking forward too!!! So don't waste your time go to another fast food!!! read more

Well they didn't give me my buffalo and ranch and we kept calling them and they ignored me

If it were possible zero stars ! They refry the old fries and sell them as new and the management can careless while leaving the restaurant as dirty as possible and the restrooms are disgusting. The soft drinks are flat, staff is just like their worthless management The previous reviews speak for themselves! Do not come near this poop hole ! read more

2 stars would be generous. I used to work fast food as a teenager and this is diabolical. They only care about drive thru. Forget help at the counter, forget using the self order inside. Doordash and UberEats??? Complete apathy. read more

I gotta say, Im loving it. Out of all fast food restaurants I have been to in this town are great don't get me wrong but, this McDonalds restaurant has to be my favorite. Great food, good interior, and great customer service. Whenever they get my order wrong, they don't get mad or anything like some people. The workers at this McDonalds just simply fix your order up as requested. Overall GREAT experience eating here at McDonalds and I do recommend eating here for a lunch break or just a quick meal. read more

Service was good at the counter. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean - best I've seen in a while at a fast food restaurant. The food was good, but here's the twist: I got the wrong sandwich in my to go combo even though it had the correct ticket on the box and it was the correct box. I'll stop here again but maybe try to eat inside so I can QA the meal more effectively. 4 stars if order was correct read more

Stop here on Thursday for lunch. The best Mc Donald's I've ever stopped at EVER !! The service was excellent. The food was amazing. The restaurant very clean. Like they were shooting a movie for Hollywood. Amazing !!!! read more

Probably the worst McDonald's location I've ever been to. It's been 4 times that I've been here and every time the French fries are so soggy and lack of taste. The last time I came I even had to wait 15 mins just to get my happy meal. Overall I won't be coming back here. I guess I will just have to drive further out to get McDonald's at a different location! read more

Forgot my nuggets, they got to double check or something. Makes me mad.... Tired of this

FIne for a quick stop on the way to Palm Springs. Orders were correct, but the French fries with the Happy Meal were dried out and more like those canned shoestring potatoes than actual French Fries. The waffles on the Chicken and Wafflewich were a bit greasy, but not too bad for a McDonald's. They didn't have any root beer time we stopped, but we subbed in orange soda and it was decent. The bathrooms were clean and graffiti free with the new high powered air driers that actually dry your hands. Not too busy at around 1pm. read more

I'm don't eat MickeyDeez too often but for the price you can't beat their breakfasts. Now for the best burgers have their Quarter Pounder w Cheese or a Double Quarter pounder w cheese. By far the best meat in any of their burgers. I've heard they have "special quarter pounder cows", only for these burgers- I cannot prove this but try it and prove me wrong! Enjoy read more

Since when is the drink not included in a happy meal!??? A 10¢ upcharge? Really? That's actually insane. Like literally no matter what drink you pick. I got the kids chocolate milk and it was an up charge. WTF man read more

Why is it so difficult to mix McFlurrys now? It's shamrock McFlurrys time so I figured I'd add one to my meal but completely forgot that they refuse to actually mix McFlurrys anymore. It had concentrated mint flavoring ribbons throughout. The food is always meh, there is absolutely zero concern about quality. How is this place still open? read more

So bad how can yall be forgetting people buns ? or food, awful service, this place should be investigated or there employees should be checked. So unprofessional even from the workers to the boss . I visited this McDonald's yesterday on the way home from Camarillo. I had the chicken mcnuggets. The chikcken was good and the fries were delicious, as usual. Customer service was good. This McDonald's is smaller than most other McDonald's I've been to. I would visit this McDonald's again if ever in town. read more

This is probably the worst McDonald's I have visited. Poor quality of food, poor customer service, and no concern when they make errors... which is often. They recently gave me two large fries in the drive thru that were almost raw potato. They frequently undercook fries in an effort to be faster. When I asked the for replacements there was no apology, no concern at all. I was also surprised to discover that an order I paid $19 for at Fillmore McDonald's, was less than $15 at Santa Paula McDonald's. So they charge premium prices for crappy quality and poor service. No point in complaining because the franchise owner doesn't care what the customers think. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would tbh!! This place needs to step it up!! Went to get some ice cream.... Paid $4.50 for less then half of the cup of ice cream that is ridiculous!!! To much money for this BS!! This place is trashhhhh read more

The best hot spot in all of Fillmore! If you're traveling through, be sure to hit this place up! I've never had a burger so fresh and juicy at any McDonald's location, the staff goes above and beyond, and they even gave me a free small fry because it's my birthday! The location is gorgeous, and worth the extra drive! It's why the line is so long in the drive through! Definitely hit this place up! It's unbelievable how clean and trendy this place is. Glad i was in the area! If you can only stop in one place on your trip through town, make it this place. People say Yanni's is better but they're lying. read more

McDonald's - a cup with a straw sticking out of it - Fast Food Near Me - Fillmore, California

Management here is terrible. I stand in line at this place numerous times and people act like they cant see me, (Im doing it right now in fact) including the manager while she is standing at the the register. So after being ignored i goto the self service kiosk, only to have it shut down on me in the middle of my order by the manager controlling it at the register. They were shutting down the dinning room I guess but the manager clearly saw me ordering on it. So after that instead of taking my order she walks away from the register and I continue to wait at the counter to have my order taken minutes later after some other employee who finally comes and take it. I was baffled. Felt like I was in an episode of Seinfeld. Smh. read more

This McDonald's is very bad, the person who was taking our order says that the red slushy is not available but the blue one and cola one is available, so we all took the blue slushy. Once we reached to get our drinks, they say, "there are no slush's other than the colas". At that point me and my cousins and my sister were all pretty upset since we just spent money for something they lied about, we decided to get our colas but it tasted like sewer water in the end. #worstmcdonaldever! read more

We ordered a chocolate shake. The employee gave us a vanilla shake. She said "It doesn't look like chocolate but it is." I took one sip and told her it was definitely not chocolate. Another employee came to the window and said that there is no chocolate. They should have just been honest from the beginning. Why lie?? Horrible customer service. read more

Fill the box. I told them to fill the large fries. And have them well done. The big mac was warm. The fries where warm. No well done. The box was not opened. The line was long but moved fast. The person taking the order out of the box, the person taking the money, and the person giving the food where nice. They just do not listen well. They did the food as they always do. Low/average and the prices are getting high. Time told upgrade read more

To be honest, not the worst McDonald's I've been to. The food is good, the service is eh. The only big thing I hate is that sometimes they forget what you order. I've came here many times before. I also hate that there's 2 lines in the line???? A little confusing but over all 4 stars!!! read more

I'm so tired of McDonald's getting my order wrong. I hope they all go to robots. I wanted a steamed bun, extra onions & well done fries. I received a regular bun, no extra onions & soft fries. When you're in drive through & get to destination what a disappointment. read more

Ordered a Hot n spicy Mc chicken sandwich, they had me wait for it, was on spot number 1 for literally 15-20 min, just to go in and find out they didn't even have it available. Once again this specific location is a huge disappointment. It's like the French fries are coming out of the employees wages because what the fuck is this shit. Paid for a large because everytime I order a medium they are never full. And I wanted a medium amount of fries so I decided to order a large today and this is how they came, exactly how I thought they would. I also asked for fresh ones since I know they only take about 3 mins to do I said I would wait but they guaranteed me they were fresh at the pickup window. They were not. read more
