I did a curbside order for two waters and two drinks, because my 9 month old baby was asleep in the car and the two lines were horribly long and not moving. I sat in curbside for approximately 10 minutes before walking in. I stood there for 5 minutes without a single person asking if I needed something. I saw my number on a sticky on their workstation. The employees were slowly completing orders, not speaking to any customer and a couple weren't doing anything but walking around in the back. I then watched a girl come in and walk behind the counter and clock in. When she walked by the woman who was grabbing the numbers out of the printer and starting orders, that woman grabbed my number, handed it to her and said "you have a curbside". This tells me whoever has absolutely no knowledge of how to manage employee workloads WAITED until she clocked in to fill a 4 drink order....when she had multiple people who were not doing any thing that could have filled it before the other girl clocked in. On a side note, the girl who walked it was extremely friendly and provided good customer service. Do better!! It may be fast food; but it's your job, you're paid to do it, and its customer service so PROVIDE customer service! If you don't like it, quit and find something you do! read more

The food here is gross, the quarter pounder bun was stale and burger tasted awful!! The fries had been sitting out for awhile barely warm and no salt. Even the coke tasted awful, had a weird taste to it. I managed to eat a bit of my cheeseburger we had been on the road and needed something quick!! We were better off eating snacks in the car. I gotta say, Im loving it. Out of all fast food restaurants I have been to in this town are great don't get me wrong but, this McDonalds restaurant has to be my favorite. Great food, good interior, and great customer service. Whenever they get my order wrong, they don't get mad or anything like some people. The workers at this McDonalds just simply fix your order up as requested. FIne for a quick stop on the way to Palm Springs. Orders were correct, but the French fries with the Happy Meal were dried out and more like those canned shoestring potatoes than actual French Fries. The waffles on the Chicken and Wafflewich were a bit greasy, but not too bad for a McDonald's. They didn't have any root beer time we stopped, but we subbed in orange soda and it was decent. The bathrooms were clean and graffiti free with the new high powered air driers that actually dry your hands. Not too busy at around 1pm. read more

This is probably the worst McDonald's I have visited. Poor quality of food, poor customer service, and no concern when they make errors... which is often. They recently gave me two large fries in the drive thru that were almost raw potato. They frequently undercook fries in an effort to be faster. When I asked the for replacements there was no apology, no concern at all. I was also surprised to discover that an order I paid $19 for at Fillmore McDonald's, was less than $15 at Santa Paula McDonald's. So they charge premium prices for crappy quality and poor service. I've never had a burger so fresh and juicy at any McDonald's location, the staff goes above and beyond, and they even gave me a free small fry because it's my birthday! The location is gorgeous, and worth the extra drive! It's why the line is so long in the drive through! Definitely hit this place up! It's unbelievable how clean and trendy this place is. Management here is terrible. I stand in line at this place numerous times and people act like they cant see me, (Im doing it right now in fact) including the manager while she is standing at the the register. So after being ignored i goto the self service kiosk, only to have it shut down on me in the middle of my order by the manager controlling it at the register. They were shutting down the dinning room I guess but the manager clearly saw me ordering on it. So after that instead of taking my order she walks away from the register and I continue to wait at the counter to have my order taken minutes later after some other employee who finally comes and take it.
