The Fries were fresh and fluffy and Even the special requests where in point. We noticed Ian, the attendant whipping tables, when we were looking for a place to sit. He was cheerful and kind while doing his job. When we were almost done, he stopped by asked us how we had enjoyed our food and offered to clear off our table. One of us was not yet finished and he offered to return when we were done. As promised, he retuned. Still with a cheerful attitude. The best part was that he was like that with everyone there. Thank You All @ Camarillo In N Out.

The food was fresh, prepared as you would expect it and delivered to the table in less than 10 minutes. It's also perfectly situated just off the 101, away from the traffic of the bigger shopping centers so you can get in pretty quickly. If you have a crowd of people, you could also have each person choose from the neighboring ramen restaurant, Habit Grill or Baja Fresh and then sit outside together. And for EV owners- there's a Tesla supercharger in the parking lot-- very convenient.

Paid over $20 for a 3 piece meal. Added a side of beans. Did not take the tortilla option and when I asked for creamy cilantro dressing for my broccoli she tried to charge me extra!!! ZERO clue for "customer service"... I eat at El Pollo Loco's all over California every day - and this location too for years - I get the same meal every time: never been asked to pay extra and now this nickel-and-dime BS? Not to mention the place is filthy!! You can smell the bathroom from the line and every booth was unkept. I had to clean my own table off. This use to be a great EPL. Now I have to call headquarters and see if I can get some kind of compensation for this disaster of a lunch :-( Looks like I'm by far not the only one observing a problem here. UPDATE: You can see the owner responded to my review asking me to share more details using their internal comment process: I did. Three weeks later is this update: zero response; no apology; no courtesy coupon to make up for the waste of my life and money. This all just validates SOMETHING did in fact happen to this branch. I had the chili fries which I think lacked a little cheese while being too heavy on the meat chili but were still good. I went back for blvd fries, which I highly recommend. My kid loved his chicken tenders but for some reason didn't eat his fries, so I ate those too, mixing them with my blvd fries. I was happy to see my wife left part of her blvd grilled cheese, which has bacon, tomato and avocado. Finally they still have the 3 free arcades but some punk kid stole one of the knobs on the street fighter arcade joystick. You can still play it, just a little trickier to throw a fire ball or uppercut. Well that's this critic's review.

It is pretty consistent with its fast food Chinese, and the customer service was fast and friendly. This particular Panda was open late, and fully stocked with freshly made food. It has a large dining area for dining in, and we're quick to everything bagged up to go. The dissatisfaction comes in that they didn't have any fortune cookies. How can you have panda without a fortune cookie? Someone really dropped the ball in ordering. Well that's this critic's review, until next time, I'll be eating.
