First of all, the girl who took our order, Pao, was extremely rude. Because we were taking our time, she rolled her eyes when she thought we weren't looking. When all we got was a milkshake, brownies, and an ice cream cone, she did it again. We noticed they use automatic trash cans, which we had been commenting on throughout our visit. When a worker came to take it out, we felt it was inefficient and lazy, since they could just use a normal, old-fashioned can. So we started laughing, and she then proceeded to keep looking at us and stated, "We heard you making comments about our worker, so we're going to ask you to leave." She came at us completely rude, not even trying to resolve the supposed comments. She then proceeded to very obviously talk badly about us to her coworkers. Knowing that she is a manager, you would think she'd have better conflict resolution skills. Ruined our night. read more

Pretty standard fast food restaurant. Food came out hot and fresh. The drinks are always a hit with the fruit flavored lemonades. The restaurant was clean and spacious. Staff was fast but short with customers. I understand they get busy, and there is a line at the counter and drive thru, but a little friendly eye contact goes a long way. I dont think the cashiers looked up once, like robots, "hi, what can I get you!" Dont get me wrong this spot is busy, but slow it down, and take a breather and remember, one customer at a time. Finally made it to our new chick fil a to support and see what this location is all about. I'd say overall I had a good "middle of the road" experience but I can also see the call for some upgrades and training. The new location is nice and like any new restaurants it's very clean inside and nicely done. Located nearby the outlets it's a prime location for those who need an easy on the go meal. Having stopped in the food was classic and fresh. My meal was made to order clearly (based on the wait time) and the staff were nice. I was greeted in a friendly manner and my order was taken right away. No issues really with the friendliness of the service. Going into upgrades I will admit similar to a lot of reviews the food took a bit longer than expected. I'd avoid this place if there was a lunch rush etc. When I came it was dead, only one person waiting for their food ahead of me, yet somehow my simple to go meal took pretty long. Surprised that going to a busy drive thru was about the same wait time as me being in this empty restaurant. They don't have a drive thru (which is a bummer for me) so I don't love the wait time given they are only catering to walk ins and some mobile orders. For this reason I'm not sure this would be my go to location. Food was good, staff were nice but they need to figure out their timelines for getting food out. Wishing them the best as it's nice to have a new location in Cam but based off of other reviews they have some work to do. read more

I love this chick fila being in Cam. I frequent it often that some of the employees know me. My go to is the Cobb salad and some days a kids meal. lol Employees greet you as soon as you walk in and all are motivated to help you in anyway they can. Breakfast visit: At last, Chick-fil-A has finally opened in Camarillo. It's located in the Camarillo Outlets as a free standing unit, but no drive thru. They do have curbside pickup options, as well as spacious indoor and outdoor seating. This place is immaculate and the employees are just as nice and kind. The wait to be the first 100 customers this morning was simple and organized. Took awhile to get through the ordering line, but it was worth it! The meal is fresh and warm, up to Chick-fil-A standards. The uniqueness of this location is that they have a few dedicated parking spots for electric vehicle charging. Dinner visit: Stopped by with my family for a quick dinner on opening day. We ordered from our table using the app and it was pretty simple and straightforward. Our meals were brought to us about 10-13 minutes later. It was pretty crowded around 6:30 pm and we were lucky to find a table. The staff wiped it down for us and continued to clean other tables for new customers. The floors were in pretty bad shape after a busy day, but it's understandable considering all the foot traffic they received on opening day. Our meals were all delicious and the staff continued to check on us and even refilled our drinks. Great dine in experience. So happy this day is finally here and I got to be part of this grand opening. read more

Been here a handful of times including their opening day and every time I come to this location, it just seems to get worse. Curbside pickup takes extremely long every single time. Placed an order today at 12:03, arrived at 12:15 and didn't get my food until 12:40. Straws are a hit or miss. Sometimes they include them in the bag, sometimes they don't. Food quality and portion sizes also vary each time. If you order nuggets, don't be surprised if they give you tiny pieces of breading instead of actual chicken. Today I received 5 nuggets with 3 tiny breading pieces for my 8 count order. (photo included) I haven't been inside, so I cant speak on service or cleanliness there. Like others have said, save yourself the disappointment and drive to Oxnard or the thousand oaks location (my preference). This location has the worst customer service of any restaurant that I've ever been too in my life. They ALWAYS take a long time to get your food to you, even when they're not busy. Plus, they're not very friendly and treat you like you're a burden to them. I recently went there and ordered food to take home. When I got home, one of the Chicken Sandwiches that I ordered didn't have the chicken in the sandwich. They actually made a Chicken Sandwich and forgot to put the Chicken in the sandwich. This has NEVER happened to me in my life. This location is badly managed and they need to do something about it. I absolutely love that we have a Chick-fil-A here in Camarillo. They're always have the most outstanding staff clean and fast.

First time coming in to this particular Chick-fil-A. Loved that there was hardly anyone in here. And the olive looks very clean. The young girl that helped us was very nice as well. We got our food pretty quickly which was helpful. The girl asked if we needed anything else & I asked for 2 more ketchup. Well she never came back. So I decided to go to the counter since I forgot to ask for pickles in my sandwich. Whej I got to the counter, the girl looked at me confused & sausage she had to charge me. I said that's weird cause I've never been charged before. And sais that's ok, I'll just take the 2 ketchup I needed. She asked another employee that said I could get them. Welllllllll thwy came back with 2.5 pickles in a much bigger container than necessary. ‍. What's going in Chick-fil-A??? I went to lunch with a friend, it was a little busy, but we ordered immediately, the lady that took both our orders was super sweet, we got seated at a table and within five minutes of ordering already had our food, the food was fantastic! after our meal we stayed and talked, a sweet worker guy came over and cleared our plates for us, and even offered us refills on our drinks. I stopped by this CFA while I was traveling home. Lots of parking and the dining room is big and clean. The front counter had a line so I placed a mobile order. There's a separate entrance just for mobile and 3rd party orders and the gentleman working in that area was so friendly. I sat in the dining room to enjoy my spicy sandwich that was piping hot and the bun was so soft. I noticed that the employees looked sharp and they were all so nice. First time a fry & my kids ice creams, second time straws for my drinks & milkshake & just now my large Mac & cheese. What's the point of doing curbside pick up if I have to get out of my car everytime to get my items. And then when I walk in, they're rude & ask me for my receipt for proof. I rarely write reviews but I just feel this Chick-fil-A goes above and beyond and deserves some recognition. Our family has visited the Camarillo Chick-fil-A several times. Each time food has been excellent, service goes above and beyond and it is always very neat and clean inside. We have never had any problems with our (usually very large) order. They are very accommodating for big families which I greatly appreciate as usually I'm a bit nervous to dine inside with all the kids but not here. They are so helpful. I have also heard about how much the owners give back to the community and we are so blessed to have them here in Camarillo! read more

Love that we finally have our own Chic-fil-A in Camarillo! It has a good amount of parking and fast service. Nice decor and design inside. Friendly staff that were very helpful. The food is spot on and the fries were perfectly crisp. We had a spicy chicken sandwich, FF, grilled chicken club sandwich and side salad.
