It's been several years since this location moved here to the Winco complex. It used to be off Telephone near the freeway exit, and just the location sometimes made it hard to access depending which direction you were coming from. I know that some of the workers said their foot traffic and business increased so much after moving. In general, I feel like this is an above average experience for Fast food. Most of the workers are friendly, and I feel like especially the managers are very efficient and friendly. Even dining inside, it is not loud or garish and the can actually be a relaxing eating environment. Like most fast food, if you use their reward apps, the prices are very affordable and they offer quite a lot of Bogo deals! This is more about sanitation. I saw a girl with gloves on doing the trash and mopping the floors then she went in the kitchen area by the food touching things with the same gloves she even went to the area to look at receipts like she was about to help prepare food with them same gloves. Maybe she felt my eyes piercing her or maybe her brain came to terms that what she is doing is nasty and she went back to doing the trash. You suppose to change gloves and wash hands between each interaction. Also they need to clean the pop machine how does each handle has residue from a drink that's not the one in that particular fountain. Just nasty looks like it hasn't been clean in a while. This Arby's is located on telephone road in ventura. It is connected to the Blaze Pizza and Waba Grill here in the plaza. This place was surprisingly popular during the lunch rush. The median age was about 50 but that means it's got some great food. My local Arby's closed down so I've been craving Arby's for quite some time now. I ordered the number three combo which was the French dip sandwich. Also got curly fries. Overall, is very delicious and very nostalgic. I felt that I was lucky enough to find somewhere to sit inside. It is pretty spacious. The sound machine is right at the front entrance and also the sauce bar and those are both great attributes to this location. I love the Arby's sauce that they have. And I love how the curly fries have so much surface area that it's a great way to dip and pick up the sauce. They are pretty efficient here. The person working the counter worked very fast and then shortly after they were calling my order already. I like how you can mobile order things in advance through their app so you don't have to wait around. Arbys pulled pork is a Total waste of calories. For $9.19! Paltry serving lower end of 1/4lb! No flavor except the Sauce. Ad image is completely deceptive. Look up the closest sandwich factory for eats. There used to be fairly acceptable fast food from Arbys but those days have been replaced with over priced lower quality of meat. If it is the same meat as days of old then it is CRAFTILY DISGUISED. Crinkle French fries are priced as much as a side order of a baked potatoe and 20 pcs in a med order. Not sure I can explain just how lame this "restaurant" is. There was ALMOST nothing about our pick-up order that was accurate, but all you can really do is make sure the correct number of items are there, not that they were what you ordered or were properly constructed. The shake was accurate, but what they call "regular" would be a "kid's" elsewhere. We ordered, AND PAID FOR, onion strings on four of our sandwiches. Two had them. None of the other toppings we ordered (tomato, lettuce, onions, cheese, BBQ sauce) were there, and the EXTRA packets of BBQ sauce I ordered AND PAID FOR were missing. And the "Sweet BBQ Brisket" did't have any on it in the first place (it's supposed to), and ALL the Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce packets we requested were left out. The Double Roast Beef was a single, and the pulled pork and the brisket were the same meat. For the thrill of having ruined our dinner, we had to wait - we requested & they designated it to be ready at 5:50...but it was "ready" at 6:15. Since we had given them '5:50' when we ordered at 5:15, that's just not reasonable. So that's a $71 bag of blunders that isn't even that good had it been correct, but cold and incomplete (how could it be cold and late ate the same time???) it's a crying shame. Honestly I don't know what I was expecting. I guess I recall a different time at Arby's. The food was ok and the service was decent.... Must be the good old days. I was rushed to place my order while being the only person in line. The young lady didn't pay any attention to my order so it's of course wrong. The fries are burnt and inedible. When I mentioned that my order was wrong she said " I don't know what to tell you, that's what you ordered". WOW! The prices are very high which I suppose is a sign of current economic conditions, but combined with poor and inaccurate service this will be my last trip to Arby's. The ONE POSITIVE is that the store is clean. THAT is the high point of this review. So sad to see a classic fast food place hit the wall so hard. read more

Ordered crinkle fries well done and they were good. Diet Coke was out of order so I settled for diet Dr Pepper. I don't usually give 5 stars to fast-food restaurants. I have to admit I have never been a big Arby's fan. I just recently became an Arby's fan. So let's be honest, it's fast-food and not a 5-star restaurant. They have a limited menu and unfortunately, a number of items at this location are posted as "sold out" or not available. So why 5 stars you ask... here's why: 1. The service is ALWAYS fantastic. You are greeted when you enter and thanked when you leave. 2. The prices are decent (much better if you use the coupons) 3. This location is always very clean including the restrooms and drink station. 4. Did I mention the service is FANTASTIC?!? Sierra helped us on her 1st day working. She was such a sweetheart. Her manager who was training her was very patient and helped her correct our order very politely. Sierra kept a big smile on her face the entire time telling us it was her first day. She thanked us for our order and invited us to come back soon. I have to say the service has brought us back to this location multiple times. I will say, however, that we were SUPER bummed when we returned a few days later to try the burger and it was off the menu. read more

It's hard to find good fast-food restaurants. I'm driving up the 101 highway to Santa Barbara and the traffic is, as usual, worse than expected. The cereal and milk I ate for breakfast are not going to last me another hour. When my stomach starts growling, I do a quick search for a nearby Arby's. Arby's is rare in Los Angeles and there's something perfect about a roast beef sandwich while driving America's open roads. I find a location right off the highway. Walking into this Arby's, I feel the cool AC snap my fatigue. Refreshed, I step into the ordering line with two people ahead of me and, almost instantly, it's my turn. "Two, no wait, make it three Arby's original roast beef sandwiches," I say. "What sauce would you like with that, sir?" "Horsey. Lots of horsey sauce." I choose the communal table with the high chairs. As soon as I sit, I hear my order being called for pick up. I grab my plate and plop down to chow. Unwrapping the first sandwich, I see the puffed-out buns with sesame seeds spaced as if they are stars in the night sky. I notice the layers of roast beef coursing up and down like waves carved from red rock. I sit back to look around the restaurant and make sure I'm not dreaming. I layer one and a half packets of horsey sauce on the roast beef. Squeezing the buns together, the white sauce peeks out at the edges. Warm, soft, and savory. With each bite, a gust of horseradish tickles my nostrils. One by one, the sandwiches are cleared from my plate, each mouthful tasting better than the first. When I leave, a staff member from over the counter says goodbye. I feel like I have the energy to drive to Santa Cruz let alone Santa Barbra. I haven't been to an Arby's in many many years, but I decided to try them out for the new gyro sandwiches they have been promoting. It's obvious they have come a long way since what I remember of them. This particular location is brand new, as they moved from another spot down the street. The gyro sandwich was actually quite tasty. They offer a choice of beef, turkey or traditional, which is what I had. It's a blend of beef and lamb, and is only being offered for a limited time. It goes for only $4.59, which is quite reasonable. I'll definitely be back to try out some of their other offerings. read more

The new place seemed great a huge step up, they needed to get out of the old location it became a pit stop for shot out people, homeless, drug dealers, hookers and more! This is the "new" Arby's, widely advertised with a booming voice exclaiming "WE HAVE THE MEAT!". And indeed, they do. But they don't always have the condiments. In response to copious ordered the Cajun Fish Wrap, which promises to be seasoned with "a zesty Cajun remoulade". Being a fan of Cajun food, and especially remoulade sauce (a Louisiana stable made from mayonnaise with Cajun seasoning, whole grain mustard, hot sauce and grated fresh horseradish), I looked forward to this tasty looking combo. Alas, I was told they were out of the sauce and they could substitute with ONE alternative spread, such as mayonnaise. I was free to add other condiments from the condiment bar, but alas that bar lacks mustard. Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, or indeed anything that could approximate remoulade. They didn't even have tartar sauce or relish from which I could make my own tartar sauce. Am I being picky? Not really, because without the remoulade sauce this sandwich is nothing more than a pollock burger -- in other words, a McDonald's Filet of Fish. Nothing I could do would rescue this sandwich. The fish itself was breaded but with no seasoning whatsoever. It was bland as bland could be, not surprising, because pollock is the poster child of tasteless, inexpensive fish. It has the subtle, delicate flavor of nitrogen. Apparently the only source of flavor in this sandwich is the sauce, for which nothing Cajuny was available. I get that supply chain issues may affect delivery of certain sauces, but come on Arby's, YOU'RE IN THE FOOD BIZ. You should have pre-planned meaningful substitutes, especially for featured items. All you'd have needed was common condiments: hot sauce, pickle relish, mustard, ketchup, and horseradish. Something. Your industrial lack of foresight gives boring a bad name! Arby's. I love their new location. The place is clean and the staff attententive and friendly. When we walked in they actually greeted us and when we left they thanked us for coming. We ordered to go. The sandwhiches had the perfect amount of cheese and meat. But my favorite were the onion rings and mozzarella sticks. They were fried perfectly.
