Honestly, every time we stop here, the food is tasty, fresh, and delicious ! Our experiences, as well as, the quality of food here are always consistent ! The staff is always nice, patient, friendly, accommodating, and willing to answer any inquires we may have. Since we usually order take-out / drive through, we did not see the inside. I don't need anyone hating on the fact that I love Wienerschnitzel lol. I am a woman of class BUT sometimes you just need a drive thru chili dog. I shouldn't need to explain myself lol. But all jokes aside I wanted to shoutout this location because the gals that work the drive thru here are super nice, my order is always correct and honestly there really is never a line at this location, at least not when I come. It's a little hidden nearby the base and I've found it to be an easy in and out drive thru location. Again, the gals that seem to always be working the drive thru during the daytime are elite. Always so nice and friendly. They take my order without confusion or repeats and the order is always correct. My standard order will always be their chili cheese dog with easy chili (makes it less messy) and then usually whatever special flavored lemonades they have for the season. You can't go wrong. I only leave fast food reviews here and there but when a place has nice staff and consistency worth giving them a nice little shoutout. It's been a while and I was in the mood for a chili dog. I was in the area so I decided on stopping by Wienerschnitzel. I ordered the chili cheese fries, corndog, and to satisfy my craving a chili dog. The corn dog was nice and crispy. The chili dog never disappoints. The only reason why I put down 4 stars was The chili cheese fries. French fries seemed kind of stale. Overall the service was good and the ambiance is nice and quiet. Holy flying weiner! I guess we ought to call this place stompschnitzel, I waited over 20mins. in the drive thru as the manager proceeded to have an altercation w/team member, so very unprofessional. Save the drama for later. The employee was so upset w/apparently being told to stfu by his manager that he threw all the orders that were up on the floor & proceeded to stomp them. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until I looked at the receipt after I drove away. The fries were completely oil-soaked and soggy. Everytime I go to this location they screw up my order. Today, it was simple, add onions to everything and a hot dog kids combo. They gave me chilli dogs chilli burgers and chilli fries without onion. The fries were refried and nasty. The burger had everything in it except chili and it wasn't a hot dog. This franchise owner does not seem to understand that when customers say ez on the relish it simply means dont pile the relish where the bread gets soggy..instead the hot dog has 1/4 of a teaspoon or less of relish ..do you call that a hot dog,, i dont think so.
