I've eaten so much Chick-fil-A that I've gotten an invite to take a free backstage tour at their Atlanta location (initially a $10 value). This location gets super busy but when you can snag a spot in line on their "off hours" it's a pretty good location that doesn't disappoint. Chick-fil-a is a once in a while treat for me when I want something that quick on the go, yet still has "somewhat healthier options" for a fast food spot. Today I was starving as I missed my lunch and rolled upon around 4pm. Saw that the lines weren't insanely long and figured this was my best bet. I'd say there were about 7 cars ahead of me, which for this location really wasn't bad. I only had to wait a few minutes before it was my turn to place my order in the line. I want to not like this place (not getting into ethics, religion, politics, and funding on a good old yelp page) BUT the food is really good for a fast food spot and gosh dang those staff are NICE NICE! Lol. Is anyone else beyond impressed with the professionalism and manners of staff at chick fil a?! Like I am always impressed. I will admit that this keeps me coming back and while it's not my first choice I'd have in supporting a business, I can't help but give in every once in awhile because the food will be good and I love the staff because they are just so nice, polite, and my order ALWAYS comes out correct - from never forgetting a little side sauce, to napkins, and even little smart things that I didn't think to ask for, like wet wipes being in the bag. Chick-Fil-A is on Rose Ave, next to Wendy's & across from the Walmart Super Center. It shares a small parking lot with Wendy's. I usually steer away from here Bec this Chick-Fil-A Drive-Through is usually busy. I don't care for the drive-thru set up. The line looks long Bec of the cars going out on the busy main road on Rose, sometimes causing some traffic. They have 2 Drive-Thru Lanes, but during this visit only 1 was being utilized during breakfast hours. If you have the Chick-Fil-A App, you can order ahead & pick up inside the store, for prompt service. Just know that if you park in the lot, it's best to park near the Wendy's side or near the La-Z-Boy side. Otherwise you may be blocked in from the drive-thru lanes. Customer service at the Drive-Thru was fine. Employees still say "My Pleasure" which they've been doing since I've gone years ago... If you have time to eat here, there are plenty of tables inside to dine at. Just remember what I said about the parking sitch. This was my 1st visit for breakfast. I tried the Greek Yogurt Parfait & saved an extra side of the Fruit Cup for later. A lil pricey for the parfait imo but it's good... Idk why I ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Muffin. It sounded good at the time & I think I wanted to try theirs. I was disappointed in myself for ordering it. I still ate it ofc... But, next time I'm getting a Chicken Breakfast instead! Not the best chick fil a in terms of convenience because the parking is literally right in front of the drive thru. If it's lunch hour, it would be very hard to find parking and/or very busy to get into the drive thru lanes. GETTING HERE: Located on Rose Avenue in Oxnard across from the Wal-mart. It's located next to the Wendy's. If you're a first-timer, please know that accessing the restaurant (parking, etc.) can sometimes be a BEAR. If you don't time it well you could be stuck in the sea of cars and customers. REVIEW: Oh, how I wish Rose Avenue was bigger. :) Of course, that's no one's direct fault and not a direct bearing on their review. GREAT tasting food. Always delivered/served HOT. The service is outstanding, and I don't say that frivolously. Great service goes a long way and they are my favorite. Period. I would suggest using their app to order and pay. So convenient. Idk what happened to this place but its gone WAY down hill. Prices gone up and quality has gone way down. Last few times ive been there its honestly been pathetic. Cold chicken thats tiny and old buns/biscuits that are just cold and not good at all. Got breakfast sandwich and the eggs were cold so cold the cheese didn't even melt. Can ya'll teach the other restaurants a thing or two. What has me coming back is that FROZEN LEMONADE even on cold days I'll ask for it :D with a warm chicken noodle soup that's a combo to die for! Employees do a great job here managing traffic and providing friendly and efficient service. It is very busy though so you will definitely have a wait in their drive through. We ate our food in our cars in the parking lot which is very large (shared) but pretty crowded. They offered our dogs milk bone treats after seeing them in the car which was so sweet! We love the spicy chicken deluxe, waffle fries, and Polynesian and honey mustard sauces. read more

What can you say about Chick Fil A that hasn't already been said? This location was bustling with patrons with a lengthy line at the registers. That being said, the line was handled with efficiency and speed. I attended this location while on vacation at my sons request, he is a huge fan of the chicken sandwich produced by Chick Fil A. We ordered 4 chicken sandwiches between us, a waffle fry and 2 Cokes (yes they serve Coke, the official soft drink of my belly.). The sandwiches were delivered hot as were the waffle fries. I'm not sure my son actually chews the sandwiches as they seemed to disappear quicker than a California sunset behind the Channel Islanss. He chicken was good and the fries were delicious. The Chick Fil A was remarkably clean for being as busy as it was. Not only was it sparkling clean, but I observed 2 different managers wiping down tables while the other staff took orders, made change and cooked the delicious food for the masses that kept coming in to eat. Overall, this location was clean and fast and there was ample parking in the full well lit parking lot. And to top it off, the staff and managers were also super friendly. I'd give them 5 stars, but I can't bring myself to do that for a fast good establishment. But regardless, thank you for a good meal and meeting mine and my sons expectations while we were traveling. read more

I've frequented the drive thru at this location several times during the pandemic. You cannot go inside. It's extremely popular, and they seem to have a long line of cars almost all the time. However, the line goes fast and they are extremely well organized. The cars form two lines and they have people posted along the lines to take your order, so by the time you get to the front of the line your food is ready to go. Everybody is wearing a mask and gloves and they will even hand the food over to you in your car on a tray, so the whole experience is touchless. read more
