I went through the drive through today and my bill was $8 and some change. I had a lot of quarters that I wanted to get rid of so I gave the cashier $6 worth of quarters and the rest on my card. You could tell in her face that this annoyed her and she proceeded to tell me "we don't accept this much change". I asked her "why not?" And she told me "my manager says not to take change". I was so confused because was paying with MONEY, US CURRENCY. So I asked her for the manager's name and she ignored my question. So I asked her a second time for the manager's name and she asked me "why?, I'm accepting your change!" So she took the quarters and my card and I asked the other girl that was there, I think her name was Estrella (her name badge was not clear) and she said "I'm the assistant manager". I've gone here a few times (about once a month) to get lunch but only ever through the drive thru. I always get what's on sale or if I have a coupon. At the time it was 2 Jr. Whoppers for $5. No fries or drink; just the burgers. Sometimes I will get the Hershey pie when I'm craving for something sweet. I have not had any issues at this location that others have reported (as of this writing 1/29/24). The burgers I got were fresh with ripe tomatos and crisp lettuce. I got there around 12:10pm. The order came out pretty quick, however, I was the only one in the drive thru at the time. Guess I got lucky and beat the lunch rush. I would not recommend this place but it's the closest to my house and gas prices aren't cheap. I've had an issue with a manager that works in the morning and has been giving me my order wrong when I am clearly stating what I want. They keep messing up their customers orders even if it is inside order, or drive through... but urber eats. This is the most inconvenient thing to mess up. Ordering the food and expect to be delivered. They didnt add the two items from the online purchase. I had to drive to their location to explain that I open the sealed bag that the delivery guy gave me and the two items are missing. The manager made me repeat 3x the situation. My husband and I went through their drive thru for 2 chicken sandwich's and two frozen cokes! Never again will we go to this location!! First off the drive thru employee was not paying attention, was laughing with other employees and screwing off. Then gave us the wrong order, which we didn't notice till we got home. Gave my husband a look when we didn't drive off and told him we wanted our card back and laughed, held it up and said "this one??" We got home to find it wasn't our order in the bag. When I called and asked to speak with a manager, I get a kid named telling me he was the manager. Which was a lie....he was a shift leader, not the manager. A short while later he called back to say his manager said to authorize a refund if I come back with the whopper, which we fed to our dog. The whopper in question was a bun with two patty's and cheese and nothing else. When I asked him to have his manager call me, he said he called her and she said to come back in for a refund, I asked again for her to call me and again David gave me a run around.
