I went to a McDonald's earlier in the day and on my 3 hour drive home decided to get a snack. I saw that they now have donuts so I wanted to try them. You can order in a 6 or 12 pack of them. They are small finger like shaped. I took one out of the bag and took a bit. Too oily, texture was paper like and had no flavor. When I got down to the last one, it had some sugar/cinnamon coating. I'm back. I swore I wouldn't return to this McDonalds after my last experience but my daughter wanted It for her and her kids so I put in a mobile order, picked it up and delivered it to them at their home. Once again, order wrong. I took one of the sandwiches back and went inside because the drive thru line was ridiculously long. After what seemed like forever (8 mins) for one burger they gave me a new sandwich (with "cebollas", as I heard several times) and I went out to my car. I checked the burger and it was wrong again. NO CEBOLLAS!! I went back in and in 3 minutes finally got the burger I ordered. Plus a free pie. Which no one wanted. But I did have a pile of cold French fries waiting for me when I got back to my daughter's house. I think we should definitely raise the minimum wage to reward such expertise. Went through the drivethru last night to get those new "Boo Buckets" happy meals. When I ordered those happy meals I specifically asked for the boo buckets and the gentleman taking the order didn't mention any about not having them or being out of stock. The electronic ordering menu board had pictures of them and everything. I get around to the 1st window and spoke with the same guy who took my order, and paid. We had a small conversation about them and he even got my young kid super excited. His birthday just happens to be Halloween as well. After paying for the meal I go to the next window where I found a completely illiterate young lady. She handed me two regular happy meal boxes. I didn't take the happy meals and asked her for the "Boo Buckets", Unfortunately, she either doesn't speak English or didn't know how to handle the question. She started speaking to me in Spanish, which I don't speak. I happen to be Irish. After a couple minutes of back and forth English/Spanish not getting anywhere, I asked for a manager. She comes over rather quickly greeting me in Spanish as well. I told her I don't speak Spanish and explained the situation to her. I couldn't understand anything she was saying. When I asked her if there was another person I could talk to that speaks English, she then started speaking English all of sudden, telling me that I didn't read the sign. I asked what sign? The electronic one that has all of the menu items on it including the buckets? She then started yelling at me in Spanish and closed the window. DON'T GO TO THIS MCD's!!!! It is TRASH. Absolutely the worst attitude and customer service here. If there was an award for the biggest jerks, they would win every year. My sister in law ordered a cheeseburger, but they said they no longer have cheeseburgers, but she can order a hamburger and add cheese... Really, isn't that a cheeseburger? Came here just to grab some coffee before a long road trip. We ordered 3 coffee drinks. 20 minutes later, we were still waiting for the drinks and watched other customers who came after us get their food. When I finally gathered enough courage to inquire about the wait, it was apparent to us that our ticket had gotten lost. They hadn't made our drinks at all and had essentially lost our order. The entire place was a mess--the workers were running around and were way too busy. The customers were growing impatient with their respective long waits. It wouldn't have helped to speak with a manager. They were busy working, too. But catering to the drive through, clearly. 30 minutes went by and we got 2 of our 3 drinks and were given our money back, upon our request. Though they were gracious to refund us, they were $2 short. So we ended up getting our last coffee drink and the last $2 for our full reimbursement. This McDonalds is not bad, but it's not great either. The food is good and just like any other McDonalds. The problem is the wait and the machines. It takes forever to get what you ordered, even if it is just one thing. The line inside and outside is long most of the time and it is very busy. The machines always seem to be broken or unavailable too. Sometimes it's a little annoying because you need good fast, that's why it's called fast food. But I hope with the new renovation, my opinion will change and things will get better. read more

After seeing a line of cars wrapped around the building for the drive through, I parked and went inside. There were several people in line with one cashier and I went to order at the kiosk since they were available. It was the simple 2 for $5.00 special, nothing else. Myself along with several customers stood around for about 20 minutes before mine and a rush of orders were brought and our numbers called. Since the recent remodeling, it seems as if they completely forgot about the fast service that they were known for. What other McDonald's has a 1 star rating? This place blows. Today I purchased a classic chicken burger and when I got home I opened the wrapper to find a regular hamburger... Seriously how hard is it to get that wrong especially putting the wrong order in a different wrapper. Have stopped here many times on the way out of town and regret it every time. The bad: The line is almost always ridiculously long. They ALWAYS forget something in our order and NEVER just simply say "Oh sorry about that". Instead, they make every excuse in the book and even blame the customer. Customer service is HORRIBLE here. Long version: (just one example) This last time we went through the drive-thru and asked for 3 meals; one with a large vanilla iced coffee. We pay and are about to get our food when I realize they have a medium vanilla iced coffee. I let them know that I asked for a Large (which is clearly shown on the receipt), two of the workers look back and forth at each other already with a visible attitude. They come back with our food and still with a medium iced coffee. I try to tell them again that I ordered a large, they walked back made another drink and handed me yet again a MEDIUM! Finally we pulled out so we could just walk in since we were holding up the line. I walk in and ask for our LARGE iced coffee where one of the workers tried telling us that we didn't ask for a large (again it is clearly shown on our receipt that we DID ask for a large). She then starts to raise her voice and says that they don't serve large iced coffees. Uummmm ... I admittedly have an iced coffee obsession and stop at different Mcdonalds at least two times a week to get the same thing .. Large Vanilla Iced Coffee, so lets say I have gone to Mcdonalds twice a week for the last couple years to get an iced coffee... and I have been served a large vanilla iced coffee every single time (including at this location) OVER 200 times and now you're suddenly going to tell me you don't serve large vanilla iced coffees and you only serve medium??? Just cop up to the mistake and serve what you charged for. This location has by far the most horrible customer service of any fast food places I've been, and by the time things FINALLY get sorted out and you have the correct order in hand, it's cold! Went through the drive thru in the hopes of getting some quick breakfast. I place my order nothing too crazy just breakfast for 3 and once I pay and move forward to the next window I'm told to pull forward to one of the parking spot spots saying my order will be right out, no big deal, I've had this done at other McDonald's before. Over 20 minutes pass by me sitting in the car and still no food. One of the kids working there comes out to finally give me my food and I ask for a syrup for my breakfast and he returns with only 1 pack. Annoyed I left home without checking my order first. When I get home and unpack the food there was an item missing from my order. HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE WORST DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCES EVER . I am very empathetic to people who work in retail or fast food because I used to and I know exactly what it's like. This McDonalds is great if you aren't in a hurry and don't care what you get. My daughter and just ordered lunch here and they managed to mess both up. My daughters wasn't a big deal, they just gave her the wrong sauce for her chicken nuggets, but to a 4 year old that's a big deal. However on my chicken sandwich they forgot the bottom bun and sauce! I frequent this establishment at least 2x's per month. I ordered food no problem, I paid no problem, I received drinks no problem, I was told to park at the number 2 spot while they get my order ready -no problem, I receive my order pretty quick -no problem . I looked thru the bag to verify everything is in the bag , I let the person know I was missing 2 fries. She said ok let me go and get them . An employee comes out with no bag of fries but says can I check your bag , common for 2 fries really , I gave the employee the bag to check , I just said this is a little insulting that you didn't believe I was missing fries . I politely ask for the manger , she replied there isn't one here , again I ask politely when will the manger be in , in a nonchalant voice she says I don't know maybe an hour or so , at this point I am pretty upset . I bite my tongue and wait for fries , meanwhile 4 cars pass thru the drive thru with there orders . I think to myself really for 2 fries . Overall this place was pretty clean and luckily I visited at a time when it wasn't to busy. But I did want to give a shout out to Omar, he was walking around and asking people if they needed anything or if they needed help and was so kind! He really made my experience here much better than my normal experiences at McD's even my boyfriend said that his service made this McD's seem more "legit". On another note, they had the Kiosks there which I don't recommend if you have a family size order. They also have a touch table for kids with coloring and games which is good for when you're waiting for your food. read more
