Chick-fil-A is doing a great job for the community both for believers and nonbelievers. They are closed on Sunday for employees to rest and Christain to go to church. Both my husband and I are Christians too. So it is very important for us to be able to go to church on Sunday. This place has earned my respect not only for this but also because it offers delicious chicken. The chicken tenders are a must-have item and they are my absolute favorite. I recommend pairing the signature sauces to add more flavor. I like the Polynesian dipping sauce the best. Overall, our dining experience was excellent. My tenders were juicy and a little bit crispy on the outside with a great texture and temperature. The food service professionals were exceptional. Highly recommend this location. read more

Wow! What happened to this location? Ever since they remodeled, the customer service has gotten really bad. I had a few slow service days after they reopened the drive thru and thought nothing of it. Last week I went through here and I was the only person in the drive-through yet my order took forever to come. I thought because I ordered the egg white sandwich I would just dismiss it, but clearly something has dramatically changed, especially in the mornings. Today, I literally spent nearly 20 minutes in line and not once, not twice, but three times someone in front of me literally got out of their car to check on why the drive-through window was not moving. At least one mobile order person jumped the line of seven people due to the new "merging lane" and I took off after 15 minutes waiting in line. I couldn't believe there had been that big of a shift in quality. The line was so slow I was able to order an iced coffee drink at Starbucks next-door while in the drive thru, pick it up and get back into my car quicker at Starbucks then the line was moving. By the time I got into my car and drove off, cars started to move and I would've been the next car up. Sorry, this location has lost my business. Just ridiculous that I could do a mobile order for next door and even after grabbing that I would still be waiting. Something is off now here and that's deeply disappointing read more

Ordered via the Chick Fil A app, which saves your previous orders or favorites. This also saves you time (which is key on a long solo trip). 5/5 Service The app notifies the restaurant when you arrive so your food isn't just made and left to get cold. Food was ready when I walked in and the Icedream cone was served after I asked for the order. 4.5/5 Food Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich was tasty especially adding Chick-fil-A and Buffalo sauces. Tomatoes and lettuce was fresh. Buns were nice and soft. Ate the Icedream cone first (don't judge me). Icedream cone was a little less dreaming that I dreamt about. It had some pieces ice crystals. Unlike the other comes in e had this was a bit off but not by much. 3.5/5 Bathroom Bathrooms needed a cleaning there was kind of a mess with paper all over the floor. Thank you Chick-fil-A for installing diaper changing tables in the men's bathroom. No more changing my kids on my lap while squatting. Every time I come to this location, I get bad service or they mess my order up. The new one by the collection or the one at Rose Avenue I always get perfect service. Perfect food, but I'll never come to this one on Eastman again. I waited in line in the new drive-through for about 15 minutes, by the time I get up to place my order they tell me they no longer serve breakfast so I ordered a chicken sandwich. Got up near the Drive Thru window. Waited there about 15 minutes I asked if it's gonna be much longer? they were barely making my order so then I asked for a refund and a receipt. They said the printer was down and it would be a few minutes (15 minutes to finally get a refund) no apologies or anything. read more

Another chain that I really try not to go out of my way to frequent too much but dang, this spot does always hit. Another staple stop by my work that always comes in clutch last minute. On the rare occasion that I'm craving breakfast and on my way to work I know I can always stop at this Chick fil a location and they'll get me going with hot fresh food in no time. This chick fil a is located in the Winco shopping center in Ventura right off of the freeway. A two minute drive from my work, I sometimes just have to stop here. The key is I always go early in the morning - there is NEVER a line before 8am which makes it such an easy and perfect spot to get a quick to go breakfast. Like most chick fil A's the service is truly great here. The staff are always so so nice. It's hard not to support this spot when they've truly mastered exceptional customer service, and again, this is just a fast food joint. Everyone that works here is always super nice and my order has always been correctly packaged and made 100% of the time. That makes it good odds to stop here when I really want breakfast. My go to order is their chicken breakfast burrito and hash brown bites. I love their Arnold palmers since their sweet tea gives it good flavor. Not the healthiest of breakfast choices but when in a pinch it's always tasty. Just don't do it too much lol. While I don't review chains too often (or try not to), I've been coming to this location for years and they do such a good job here that it only felt right to give them a shoutout and a rave review. The foods delicious, but whenever I order from here and get it delivered the bag is ripped. Not once but every single time. It's extremely ripped, therefore I don't feel comfortable eating here. They overstuff the bags. They try to put everything in one bag. I get scared people will eat out of it plus it's unsanitary to put open bags on your porch. My family and I are regulars at this Chick-fil-A! We love what they stand for and the way they treat their employees! All the employees there are always so nice and helpful! Most of the time we go through their drive-through but my kids love their play area so we decided to go eat inside today. We love their chicken strips and fries. Everything taste fresh and a lot better than most fast food places. They also have the best sweet tea. Their ice cream cones are the perfect dessert after a good meal. I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A!! I simply love their chick-fil-a sandwich. I order it without the pickles and with honey mustard. It is always great. Their drive thru organization is on point. You have to drive past Burlington's a few parking rows down and get in line. It looks daunting. It's not. It is efficient. You are approached before you get to the window to have your order taken. At other fast food places, I do not ask for modifications on my order as it is too time consuming. This is not the case at Chick-fil-a. Order what you want, get in line, and use your app to get future discounts. I can only recommend the 3 items I buy here. First, the original chick-fil-a sandwich. It is always cooked to perfection. It is juicy and tender not overcooked liked the copycat fast food places. The waffle fries are really good. I often buy my soda pop here -- Diet Coke. There is a joke on social media that I wish were true. Since Chick-fil-a is closed on Sundays, it would be great if there was a food truck that had the same exact food for sale on Sundays. Horrible service. I was in there about 15 minutes ago and I waited at the front counter to order for approximately 10 minutes and nobody came to take my order. Then I glanced to my right and the manager was taking another customer's order. That customer had just walked in the door then the Manager looked at me and asked me if I wanted to order and I said yes. The manager proceeded to tell me that she had asked me if I wanted to order, but I didn't respond (While she was standing at the opposite end of the counter) She could have walked over to me and asked if she could help me at a different register. I was craving chicken sandwiches today and where better to go than here. I am so glad I decided to come here because the grilled chicken club sandwich was delicious. I also decided to grab some waffle fries with their chick fil a sauce that never disappoints! I really enjoy the extra layer they add to their drinks because the vanilla milkshake tastes just like ice cream!! I placed my order through the mobile app and dined inside. I've been to this location a lot. Today they disappointed me as they have really chosen to be tight with their condiments where they hide them behind the counter so you have to ask for more. The owner has made this decision to save money I'm sure and has gone as far as placing a basket at the front for unused condiments to recycle them. Completely disappointed with this chick fil a. I went through the drive thru and ordered breakfast and I specifically asked for 2 of the 4 count mini yeast rolls without the chicken, just the bread! I repeated it again to the person taking the order and she said okay got it. She never repeated my order except stating that she understood what I wanted and to come around to the front window. She hands me my order and we drive off after checking the bag shortly after, we noticed she actually charged us for the chicken minis and did not give us the correct items. We went back and instead of them acknowledging the mistake, they said this was not an option, but later on rather found it and took the other food back and charged us for what we originally asked for. To me, this was not great business service at all, they mad a mistake and it caused me to deal with the inconvenience of having to go back inside and especially since I had my child in the car who was quite hungry and had to wait even more time to eat because of the mistake they made. The food aside for a second; who ever designed the drive through at this location is a genius! It's hands down the best drive through line I've ever seen executed. They had not one, not two but three people taking orders outside! I know crazy right ! Three people taking orders. Also, while they occupy a corner of this shopping plaza (where there are other stores and drive throughs) their drive through signage is everywhere ! There was not mistaking where I needed to go...did mention there are other drive through restaurants in this same shopping area ? When I got to the window I was there for like 10 seconds, or long enough to reach out for what I ordered and was back on the road! Horrible customer service and strange behavior all around! Akin to coming to a three way stop, I waited for the car that arrived first to enter the drive through before turning to enter myself. I was cut off by a car entering from the opposite direction, and another one trying to rush in after I turned in half way. Is this how aggressive people get when they're hungry for chicken?? Upon reaching a staff to order, not only did she not take my order, she looked the other way. Then I reached the second attendant, and again, nobody acknowledged me. Then a manager came out, and to my shock and disbelief, accused me for my unsafe driving and cutting in line. He said "I will let you order this time" as if he's letting me off easy.
