I would highly recommend Mazda of Everett's service department. I actually purchase a Ford truck (used) from them in 2016 and they have serviced the truck ever since. This is for all repairs not just service. They have been above the board, reliable and very fair in their pricing. It takes away the fear of the repair shop, knowing that I'm not going to be gouged. I had received a Kelly blue book instant offer of $21,580 for my 2​01​4 ​Cad​illac.​ When I took my car to Lee Johnson Chevrolet​, they agreed to give me the full offer or apply it to a trade-in. Unfortunately I did not find ​a car that I wanted in their inventory. I went on the Kelly blue book site and found a car at Mazda of Everett. I went there and was met by Kourtney. Kourtney let me take a test drive and was very helpful. I told her I wanted to trade my Cadillac for it. A manager went out to evaluate my car and Kourtney brought me their offer. It was $15,000 for my Cadillac. I was underwhelmed with their low-ball offer. I asked the manager if they would honor the Kelly Blue Book instant offer and he said they could not even come close to it so I got my keys back and left. At that point I gave up trying to find a replacement and accepted Carvana's offer of $24,692.00. I would never go back to Mazda of Everett for obvious reasons. read more

As a woman who has been in Sales for 30 years and has negotiated every car and RV purchase in my life, I am absolutely blown away by how glorious my experience was with Mazda of Everett. Every single deal I have ever done with any dealership anywhere has been fraught with shenanigans. Not this place! I was all set to buy a car elsewhere (that I would have to take time off of work to rent a car to go pick up), but I connected with Cindy Hedden and Jason Peters and all it took were a few emails and a couple of phone calls and texts and I had a car delivered to me (1.5 hours away) within 3 days of our first communication. I should mention that this is also during the great COVID chip shortage crisis when cars are hard to come by, many are going for more than MSRP and dealerships don't need to work hard. I got a better car than I was negotiating elsewhere, a better price (they are also a Costco-authorized program which I used), significantly better payment terms than anywhere else I checked (a longer term AND a better APR by a .75 point than any loans online, Carvana, CarMax or with ANY of the Washington dealerships! I checked them all). They initially gave me a term .5 better than anywhere else and after I verbally agreed to buy it for those terms called me back and gave me an even lower APR! In 3 days I had my car in my driveway. It was an absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end. At every turn Cindy and Jason answered every question immediately and directly and pulled zero funny business. I LOVE these people and I have never met them, but I will sure be stopping by next time I am in the neighborhood. These guys are crazy smart in how they run their business: Be legit, be responsive, have a sense of urgency and make it easy to buy. Instead of all the other dealerships wasting time with the back and forth and trying to pull something over on me, these guys get the deal done, make sure you are happy and then move on to please the next customer. I has a great experience here at Mazda of Everett. First off I just moved here from Hawaii and have been car searching since before I got here. On Monday we went to 4 dealers and Mazda of Everett was our last stop. We talked to Bob and he was very welcoming, friendly and well informed. I was waiting in the lobby while it was getting an oil change and the service department, 15 feet away from me, sent me a text, that took me to a site that said I needed well over $700 worth of fluid and filter replacements. If a human had talked to me I would not have been pissed off by the experience, but I kept on scrolling through 7 pages of yes/no questions with yellow and red exclamation points and dollar signs! The staff at Mazda of Everett have been the best people to work with when it comes to buying a new car. Each person is so friendly and helpful! I told them exactly what I needed in a car so they tailored my shopping experience to those needs. I've been particularly looking for a crossover that's great for my commute to work from Everett to Seattle but also can accommodate my weekend outdoor adventures. Sheldon, the sales associate I was working with, led me to the CX5 I now own, and talked me through all features for my city drives and my back country drives. He also let me take my time test driving.I felt in no rush but I also immediately fell in love with my car. I then worked with the lovely Bebs in the accessory department, who helped me add a roof rack to the CX5 as well as All Weather floor mats. She also answered all my questions and I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't need. I also got to meet the owner, Jerry, who such friendly and funny guy! He kept asking me if I was being well taken care of. He made me and my parents who were with me feel like family. I also liked their promotion idea of "Dog approved." The car buying experience was great but they had owed us $125.00 and we have still not received that despite calling and talking to them about it twice. Long story ahead. But in short, kudos to Joy and Jay. Joy isn't a sales associate but funnily she is the reason why I bought the car. If you're looking to buy a car here, I would recommend trying to work with Jay. I had the misfortune of working with Frank who I would not recommend to anyone. Actually, if you're looking for someone who will work with you and follow through on the tiniest of promises, stay far, far away from Frank. ----- Like many people who set foot on a car dealership, I was in the market for a new car. We decided to check out Mazda of Everett because my bf knows someone from corporate who highly recommended this dealership. I wanted to pick up a new daily since I no longer wanted to daily my WRX. So, I considered Mazda CX-3 because it seemed like a decent daily, and Frank was nice enough to show us the car. I wasn't completely sold on the car because I wasn't sure if I wanted to sacrifice both power and fun, so I slept on it while I decided if I wanted to make the transition to an automatic car. Frank was fine at first, but then he got all weird and pushy and I decided I didn't want the car anymore. Fast forward a few weeks, I completely changed my mind and was in the market for an NC Miata. And it just so happened that Mazda of Everett landed one. It seemed promising on the website, but we needed more information to decide whether it was worth driving all the way back from Renton to look at the car. My bf emailed Frank for photos of the interior (since they were missing online), as well as additional information. Well, Frank sent back some crappy blurry photos that were useless and didn't send us any helpful information. We decided to go check out the car and we let Frank know when to expect us. We get to the dealership and Frank is busy but he didn't think it was necessary to greet us or let us know that he was busy. So we just went to find and look at the car ourselves. This is when we met Jay, who was nice enough to greet us and locate the car for us so we could take a look. We requested the service history for the car since it's a used vehicle and Jay didn't know how to obtain it. The dealership owner, Jerry, comes out and tells us that he can't access it either and there's nothing he can do so we just have to come back another day. So obviously, I'm irritated because we emailed Frank about this earlier to obtain this information, and by the time we rushed from Renton to Everett to look at the car, all the service people are gone and apparently no one else knows how to access this information on the computer. WTF. Fortunately, Joy happened to be passing by when she heard was what going on, and she knew how to access the information we were looking for. That print out sold the car, because it had everything I needed to know. AND THEN COMES THE PURCHASING PART. At this point, I just wanted to proceed with Jay because he was the main sales guy helping us out. But my boyfriend was like, we should go back to Frank because he was initially the one helping us out. Ugh. Sure. Whatever. So we proceed with Frank. I already know my max for the car and we're throwing out numbers and right away Frank is like, "No. No. No. Jerry isn't going to take that, blah blah." So I'm super annoyed because he didn't even bother to go back and ask. We made him go ask and he begrudgingly did. He comes back with a final number that's over my max so I'm ready to walk away. And then that's when he pulls out the "Ohhhh let me go talk to Jerry one more time." Comes back with my previous offer and the car is sold. AND THEN COMES THE FINANCING OFFICE PART. (This was actually pretty standard. Nothing amiss here.) Then we were ready to leave, but we remembered to ask for the spare keys. Well, Frank wasn't the one who took receipt of the car, so he didn't know whether or not it came with a spare set. He tells us that he will call the owner the next day and follow up. Well, he never did. I called halfway into the week. That's when he tells me that the car DID come with a spare set of keys, but they lost it. And they needed me to drive all the way back from Renton so that they could try to figure out which key it is amongst all the keys at the dealership. WTF. (FYI, they never found it and just made me another one.) 6 weeks later, I haven't received my plates yet and my car's temp plate is expired. So I call and have the misfortune of getting redirected to Frank who doesn't know anything and says he'll follow up the next morning. Of course, he doesn't follow up. No message/call the next morning, afternoon, or even by the time I get off work. OVER IT. Moral of the story: DON'T BUY CARS FROM FRANK. read more

DO NOT TRUST FOR CAR SERVICE !! I brought my car last year and spent $3k on car repairs to only find out that the service they do is lazy work. I changed out all my fluids and all they do is change out the fluids, they don't take the time to actually clean out the trays. My transmission fluid was one for instance. I trusted them and to find out by my family friend when I actually saw my transmission fluid tray pulled out last week that they don't even clean it. It was ridiculously build up of shit that Mazda should've taken care of. They were quick to keep recommending more services that weren't needed. For instance my air filters, I changed that myself and took it in shortly after and they recommended it needed to be done? Wtf?!?! What a waste of $3k I spent here. read more

The infotainment system on my 2016 MazdaCX-5 got stuck on KUOW around Feb 1 2022 because a data file received by the radio was missing an extension on its name and caused an endless reboot of the system. It took 3 months to get the part because Mazda was back ordered due to so many failures. Thankfully it was covered on an extended warranty that created for this issue. I've never had a car buying experience so quick and easy. I called ahead because they were out of the car I wanted at every dealership in western Washington. It just so happened they had one of my CX-5 carbons on the lot. When I got there it was parked right out front waiting for my test drive. Two hrs later I was out the door with my new car. Have a Miata and wanted to take the stupid locking lug nuts off as the key is lost. So I took it here and they replaced them with regular lug nuts free of charge. Then I went into the parts area and asked about Mazda shirts and they gave me a free shirt, some keychains and some other cool stuff. I will definitely bring it back here for regular maintenance. I had made several painful and costly mistakes of flooding my car and which required towing my car to Mazda of Everett each time. The last time my car wouldn't start, I was already having horrible day. I had it towed to Mazda and the gentlemen Seth was able to dechoke my car free of charge and get me back on the road as soon as possible. I am going to be honest and say my experience here was not good, and I am leaving Mazda of Everett a 5-star because the sales managers Joe, Beb, and Mariame were very nice. In addition, a friend referred MOE, so I know the way Tim treated me was an anomaly, and Mazda of Everett's customer experience is better. It was not a good experience. I went as far as depositing money in a car. I called back and expressed concerns, and Tim just rushed me off the phone, citing he did not have the time to listen to me since he had other customers and I had to call back. When the phone was hung up, the deposit was still active, and I felt Tim had taken me for granted as a customer. I was thinking, "I am a customer as well." Tim never fought for my sale, so I asked for a refund. The part I am most upset at is Tim told ownership, which my friend said called them, but Tim failed to tell the full story, and now owner Jerry probably thinks I was a horrible customer, and my friend is upset at me for walking away even though I justify the walkout. I just wanted to be valued as a customer, and a salesperson telling me he does not have time and I have to call back is not a great way. Again, this was my experience, and only Tim treated me poorly. Joe, Bebs, and Mariame were absolutely great people and top notch employees, and if a close friend recommended MOE, I know they are better than this. It was the holiday weekend, so maybe Tim was just stressed. This dealership was great. I bought a car remotely from 2,000 miles away over the phone. After bargaining and calling other area dealers for 2 weeks, I finally was given very quick, efficient price quote without the B.S. from my online salesman Jay @ Everett Mazda. He was immediately responsive through phone call and text throughout the entire process. He sent high-res videos of the car to us and made it really easy. When I was handed over to the finance manager to complete the deal is when I was really surprised. They held to the max OTD price the salesman and I agreed on, and actually lowered it even more. They were honest and walked me through all of the paperwork, but even more so efficient and competent at their work. They arranged to ship the car on the exact day and time i needed it for shipping purposes. I did not purchase a car here, but I wanted to leave a 5-star review because my experience at this dealership was worthy of one. Scotty, Bebs, and Jay, are all people I interacted with and received great customer service from each of them. First person I interacted was with Scotty. I had a unpleasant experience at Magic Toyota (feel free to read about it in my reviews) and told Scotty, I know nothing about the CX-5 and I'd like to simply test drive it. His response was "So we're not here to talk numbers right? Maybe another day?" He asked for my license and insurance and I went ahead with my test drive. He simply gave me his business card and asked me to contact him if I'm considering buying a car. He didn't press me for my phone number or any other contact info. The second and third people I interacted were Bebs and Jay who are part of the Costco Auto Program. Bebs remained very patient with me as I asked a bunch of questions through email and she also answered each email clearly and promptly. I wanted to get a better look at the car I was interested in and Jay helped out since Bebs wasn't going to be available. Jay answered all questions I had about the car and was honest on where the CX-5 stood among its competitors. I got my CX-5 here in 2018 and have been coming here for car wash and service ever since. Don't tell the owner I've been coming for the espresso for me and dog tress for my pup. I got a very good, transparent deal through Sheldon and the people here are great! I moved away from the area for a little while but came back by Mazda of Everett twice in the first week. Once for service (excellent customer service btw), and once to bring my pup to see all her old friends who work here! Only dealership in my life I would give a 10/10. They said it was 4 wheel drive, which didn't even work. They took this car as a trade in without getting the title to it, and sold it to my husband without obtaining that first. My husband never should have bought it, but he did. A professional dealership would have taken it back when we disputed it but they refused. WOW, WHAT EXCELLENT ABOVE & BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our situation needed a lot of attention and care. My 80 year old mom needed a reliable & reasonable vehicle, we had a lot of boxes that needed to be checked and I had already spent many days & hours calling, stopping by and researching other dealerships/sites. A friend of a friend recommended for us to call Mazda of Everett. When I called, I was able to talk with the owner, Jerry McCann. On the phone he was very attentive, positive and made sure I knew that he takes referrals seriously and that he would take great care of us. We scheduled a day to bring my mom in to look at cars, they needed to be no longer then 167 inches, safe, priced within her budget and plenty of visibility...not an easy task to complete. When we arrived, Jerry had three possible cars that Luis Soriano assisted us with. Unfortunately none worked for my mom, so she started reminiscing about her cute yellow beetle that was in an accident and how much she loved the car. Jerry left for a few minutes, then returned and asked if we believe in miracles. He remembered a past client that happened to have a yellow beetle that was perfect for my mom. Within 15 minutes, the yellow beetle appeared on the lot and she knew this was the car she wanted. We brought our Mazda here to be inspected for rodents. We were told that they would take apart the dashboard the same day to inspect for the rodents and that our car would be ready that afternoon. They called us later that day to tell us they still hadn't taken apart the dashboard and hadn't found any rodents. They also told us they'd need the car for an additional day. To me it's an issue when a dealership makes false promises only to keep your car longer than predicted and charge you more. We won't be coming back. read more

On 10/19 I came in right when it opened cause I'd received a mail on a pre approval from my bank, so I went in seeing if I could leave with a new car. It was between a Cx-5 or a Nissan Murano (which I wasn't aware that it wasn't even on the lot) I got to test drive the '17 cx-5. Long story short made the deal and signed, but I wasn't able to even leave the lot with it because there was a huge dent on the drivers side which they promised to get it fixed (apparently all I had to do was make MY own appointment, which really it should've been their jobs to do it in the first place), but hungry and frustrated I agreed to it. I was there from 10am till 7pm, and I just left with my old car (even though I was promised a loaner). Next day I came in because I was told I could pick up the vehicle, so I went in there when then I was approached by a man named junior. He asked me about his concern about the price I'm paying for on a '17 cx-5 which I definitely agreed was a little high. He promised me he could try and reverse the contract and see about getting me into a newer car or renegotiating. So of course why would you not agree to it right? Wrong. Stayed about 2 hours till I was finally given a loaner car because he said it's taking a while and asked me to come by tomorrow for an update. and so I given a loaner car and was promised a full tank of gas (They didn't even gas it so I had to gas it myself). Told me to come the next day. So after work I went straight there. Was told the same thing that he was still working on something with the bank and was asked to allow a couple of days. Still haven't gotten my car or any update. The next day I received a call from Adrian asking about his concerns on what was going on, I filled him on the details and was told by junior that he and mick we're working on making a change to get me on a brand new vehicle instead. Adrian was really rude on the phone sounded really offended and just repeating the sale is done and final there was nothing I could do. Then I told him I was just repeated what I was told by junior himself. He said well then I'll talk to junior and then I'll call you back and then hung up so rudely. I was finally fed up and decided to go to the general manager Sheldon. I finally came and expressed my frustrations to him. He said he'd get to the bottom of this. And that I shouldn't be feeling like this. And here I'm supposed to have a great experience because you're purchasing a vehicle. Then 30 mins later, instead I was then face to face with Adrian again, and talked to him about what happened. I explained my frustrations and didn't understand why I'm being told on thing or another. Adrian tried to help but at the same time I wanted to talk to junior to verify. I told him I didn't want deal with him anymore and I wanted to talk to someone else. Adrian then insulted me then stormed off. Came back 29'mins later and tried to offer me something else and I said no because of how rude he was and he acting like he never said anything kept twisting his stories making me sound delusional. Then Sheldon and Adrian both started doing the same thing Adrian saying junior wasn't even here . And Sheldon saying he spoke with junior and junior had any recollection speaking to me about this. They made me sound like a liar and made me doubt myself . They gave me bad anxiety that I had to walk away and just walk all the way home. They kept contacting me till we finally reached a deal. I came in on 10/25 and was promised a full detail, window tint, and full tank of gas, and a steering wheel replacement. I just had to come over on Tuesday which was the appointment made to get all that stuff done. I was told to just drop my car off Monday night and the car should've been ready by Tuesday or Wednesday. Today on 11/04 I dropped my car off and was told my car was already detailed (it was a half ass job, nothing was detailed) I still saw crumbs around the car and some dog fur. My girlfriend even said it herself. Was also told that they never placed an appointment about my steering wheel. Even though it was on the WE OWE paper noted which was given to me on 10/25. As far as I know. The communication is really poor here and the customer service seems bad like really bad especially if they don't get it their way. Watch out, they might even make you seem like you're crazy. Wish I could rate this horrible experience with a zero but I guess a one will do. read more
