Even simple items such as egg scallion fried rice are prepared with care. The only "dud" we ordered on this visit was an excessively greasy and rich firecracker salmon spring roll. The price point is very hard to beat given the vast selection of items and the quality. Service is swift and accurate, as despite a chaotic ordering process on our end no dishes were missed. That said, I would probably just STAY AWAY FROM ANY BEEF DISHES here. The beef was touch and inedible, cut into thick strips. An older asian lady took my order and there was another front staff. An asian gentleman was at the wok cooking the food. There are a good amount of tables if you wanted to eat in. So the food. The chicken in the GT was huge chunks of dark meat tossed in a sweet slightly spicy sauce with some carrots and green peppers (nothing changed from a decade ago). I was pleasantly surprised how tasty the Singapore noodles was! It had just the right heat kick. $26 for a large portion of meals, not too shabby!
