The Rose Tteokbokki had the perfect level of spice balanced by a distinct sweetness. I would have loved to add cheese, but the $5.50 surcharge felt difficult to justify. The Eggplant Dolsot was another enjoyable dish, and the $3 coffee surprisingly reminded me of dalgona coffee, being bold, creamy, and quite sweet, like a dessert to finish off the meal. The restaurant itself has a unique, modern aesthetic that makes the space feel warm and inviting. The staff were friendly throughout our visit and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. As a nice bonus, they offer a 5% discount when paying with cash. Overall, the prices are on the higher end for Korean food, but the generous portions, quality dishes, and pleasant dining experience made it an enjoyable visit.
