    These wedges are so good!
    Jeslyn X.

Decided to try this place because of its reputation for using high-quality chicken. The chicken preparation actually reminded me of KFC; the batter wasn't as crunchy, and the meat was a bit dry. But their potato wedges completely won me over! They had a crispy, creamy batter and a perfectly seasoned, mushy interior. Hands down, their wedges are better than the chicken. That said, I could tell they use good quality chicken, so one star to this Canadian brand for that focus. Lastly, biscuits were nicely made, not oily but toasted perfectly with butter. Gravy tasted good too. The place had a spacious dining area, service was good too.

Meh! Failure to launch, It has potential, but i've had much better wraps and fried chicken than this place. Also the drive through was very slow, slow food rather than fast food, and there was no sauce, no cutlery, no straw! Good thing it wasn't fast, they would've forgot my food too!

Mary Brown's is such a sleeper! Find their branding quite off but they packed a dope ass Nashville chicken sandwich and their potato wedges were actually off the charts. Would definitely revisit.

This is the first Mary Brown's I've ever had and the food was good. You get large pieces of chicken, including the drumstick, thigh, and chicken breast. The chicken is juicy on the inside. The outside is crispy, flavorful, and well seasoned. The taters (aka potato wedges) are also tasty, but they're not my favorite. The staff here is quite nice. Sometimes you may not get the quantity of chicken that you ordered and the staff will make it right. Mary Brown's is a welcome addition to the food choices in this area and definitely gives the KFC across the street a run for their money.

5 pcs tenders with honey dill pickle sauce

A new Mary Brown location opened up recently at Keele & Rutherford and it has become a regular lunch spot! The location is always clean, staff are extremely friendly and food is always made within a reasonable amount of time while still being nice and hot. My favorite go-to menu item is the 5-piece tenders, paired with their honey dill dipping sauce (pictured above, for $9.49 plus tax). It's great to know that they cut their real chicken in store and the breading is light. We've also tried their snack-size chicken pop-ins which are a little more on the salty-side as it's mostly breading and less chicken but has a nicer crunch ($3.79 plus tax).

2 piece chicken has a nice batter. packaging is cute. Their teters are actuslly wedges.. its seasoned lightly. The chicke sandwhich mary something. is very delicious! the drinks are coke cans.. which i like versus the syrup fountain drink at fast food restsursnts. you can customize alot of things like.. spicy mayo or regular mayo.. u can cha ge the cheese in your poutine. They give u alot of poutine.. the sauce is a tint bit salty but still good. it is beef gravy. paid bout $27 for 2 combos.

Did you know it was halal?! We had Mary browns chicken sandwiches which are on sale on Monday's for 3.99 (we got 8!) and we loved it! Crispy, delicious, fresh and that chipotle sauce was perfect! So excited it's halal and will definitely be a new takeout spot in the area! - the_halally

We raved about our mutual love for all things wings (especially flats), and he suggested this place. He's a local, born and raised in Toronto, so I figured his opinion on the best wings had to be accurate. And boy was I right!!! Appropriately named, Crave Wings unlocked the key to my heart with the first bite! As I take a gulp-sized swallow to avoid drooling at the memory of the deliciousness I experienced here. Both the wings and fries were phenomenally yummy! I decided to dine inside because I wanted to experience everything fresh and hot! By the time I was finished, there was nothing left except bones and the container they came in. I look forward to going back, again and again. And AGAIN!!

I personally love dry rubs when it comes to wings. - Garlic Cajun: flavourful and crispy - Salt & Pepper: ordinary, nothing special - Kansas BBQ: tangy and slightly spicy Highly recommend Garlic Cajun and Kansas BBQ. Service was friendly despite they're always busy. They do takeouts mainly but there are about 20 seats for dine-in. On the left side of restaurant, you see a wall in yellow with their logo on. On the right side of the restaurant which is the table side, there are walls with different popular mangas, from One Piece to Naruto to Demon Slayer.

Different system but works as their is also a few tables to eat at if not take out back to be eaten. Order - 30 crew pack which 30 pieces of chicken with up to 3 flavours, upgraded regular fries to voodoo fries, veggie (sticks which were carrot and celery) and 3 dips which we selected ranch. Plus 3 bottles of drinks. Total to be about $85 Service - self serve with multiple screens available to place order request, flavours, sides and drinks to be selected. Then paid via credit card or debit with machine available. Given a number on the receipt to bring out and contacted once done for pick up. Text msg sent to phone as number is required upon orders placed that order is processed and text received once order is ready. Can do grocery shopping and pick up after which is convenient. Ambience - clean and organized from Clare's to place order to pick up counter. However the few tables available to eat at on site is not managed or cleaned but self cleaned by patrons. Food - had voodoo fries which was good and had some spice kick to it. Had the boneless chicken with the following flavours: hickory smoked BBQ which was my least favourite. Just drowned in BBQ sauce that was too sweet. Lemon pepper which was good but it was not lemon pepper dry but lemon sauce or juice poured over the pepper chicken that had it soggy if not eaten quickly. Honey garlic which was everyone in the families favourite. Ranch dip was watery for the veggie dip It was average and premium for paid for but it is about convenience too complete grocery shop if needed.

The servers were friendly and I understand they have to entertain it to earn their living but I should not have to be harassed in the process. Our server forgot items and did not punch them in the POS so we never got it. Luckily it was not on the bill. The special for the AYCE boneless wings is not worth it. They are heavily bread and fatty with uneven coats of batter. Not much meat on them. I still always enjoy the beer prices. I came to this location since it was there but I'll keep going to my main location outside Canada wonderland moving forward. Much cleaner location there.. and the workers have never forgotten my order.

(Eating experiences before or after crossing the international border between the State of New York…read moreand Canada - 2 of 2) I needed to eat and this place - St. Louis Bar and Grill - was in close proximity and among the few open late. I saw what they have to offer front and center and it's neither the product nor the ambiance I seek: ribs, wings, a loud sports bar with big TVs everywhere, and alcohol, thus perfect for backslappers. I figured they would have something I might like to eat. Before walking over to St. Louis Bar and Grill, I had spotted fish and chips on-line. I went in, the look was true to form to what I was expecting, and was greeted and seated right away. The big TVs do dominate the locale and deal with the local religion - hockey. The resto-bar was clean. A menu was brought over quickly. The server immediately made me aware of the nightly specials. It changed what I would order. I appreciated that. I settled on a burger platter, to which I added cheese. With it, I had a root beer. (The special that night was the burger platter and one could have it with their lower cost domestic beers, or something without alcohol.) Rounding out the platter was a nice serving of fries ... the kind with the ridges ... and they were good. The platter took a while to come to the table. However, given how good it was, this didn't matter. They got it right. The final tab was to my liking. I added a tip to reflect how welcoming and good natured the service was. Note that, even though later hours are kept, the kitchen closes a little earlier. Not knowing the landscape, it then became apparent that St. Louis Bar and Grill is a chain, albeit a sports bar that would, in my opinion, channel wings and ribs from places in the U.S. Lastly, it's less than 2 large blocks from the terminus station of TTC Line 1 up at Vaughan Metropolitan Centre.
