Ordered a Spicy Deluxe Chicken burger combo with house sauce which was a sweetish flavored honey. The filet was thin but flavorful. Waffle fries were good and didn't seem to be pre-fried which is always awesome when FF restaurants do that. Service is quite fast, they bring your meal to your table. The dining room cleaning staff member even offered to take away my tray when i was done (am used to cleaning up after myself.) The restaurant appears to be kept in a good clean environment. The ambiance is your typical bright FF restaurant. However they had comfy booth soft couch like sitting along the side wall. Went through the drive thru after not having it almost a year. Was extremely hungry after soccer. The service was ok.. only got "what can I get for you?" And then a blank stare instead of "anything else?".. weird. Got a cob salad and small fries... that was $30.. which is quite a bit in my opinion. The fries have gone down in quality by a lot. Relative suggested I try this out while I was in Toronto - and personally found this place overhyped. Plenty of parking - place was pretty large and staff was actively keeping the lobby area clean. It was well lit. Service was fast - they bring your meal to your table , which was a nice touch. In terms of food - it was super meh - chicken burger was pretty dry - not really a taste to it , absolutely no crunch to it - Waffle fries were kind of cold - don't think it was salted so not much of a taste. Will probably skip on a re-visit. - but worth a try if you never had it before. Prices seem to reasonable for a fast food meal. read more

My friend from the USA warned me that this franchise is overrated. He was right. The food was alright but I wouldn't say fantastic. Would I try it again? Nope. Been there done that. No more. Especially not ever at this location again. Busy AF on a typical Saturday. It is quite the trek to get in and out of there. I literally had to 'bud' in to get the heck out of the parking lot. The one thing we both said about Chick-fil-A is that we like that it doesn't feel heavy and you don't hate yourself after finishing your meal. The chicken sandwiches were both really good. The bun on the grilled chicken club was quite crumbly and quite dry compared to the regular buns. The service we received here wasn't the best but at least the food was still good. read more

My second time at a chick-fil-A and it did not disappoint! Upon arrival on an evening to grab a quick bite, I noticed that the restaurant was packed! So many people dining in and enjoying their meals. I went up to order and got the Chil-fil-A Deluxe sandwich and the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich. Both into combos with the waffle fries. Also got their Chick-fil-A nuggets. All of the food items were so delicious and crispy. Especially the waffle fries that add so much texture when eating. Service here is so good, you order, grab your number and sit down. They come bring the trays of food to you at your table. A tip for a noobie Chil-fil-A eater is that you can get as much sauce as you'd like without being charged. A Chick-fil-A restaurant opened up recently near Vaughan Mills and I've been meaning to try it out. The restaurant is clean and modern, with a line for ordering on one side and tables on the other end. There is also a 2-lane drive thru if you're on the go. After perusing the menu, I decided to order the deluxe chicken sandwich combo, which comes with waffle fries and a drink. It also came with their Chick-fil-A sauce. What stood out the most on the chicken sandwich was the giant fresh lettuce leaf and thick slice of tomato. The chicken sandwich itself tasted freshly made, moist and tender on the inside. The waffle fries were okay. It was a small portion. I dipped it in the Chick-fil-A sauce, which tasted like mayo but sweeter and with a smokey flavor. While the food was good, it's not my favorite chicken sandwich. I also thought the price was steep at over $12 for the combo. read more

Plenty of seating, 2 lane drive thru for those in a hurry. Ordered the original deluxe and spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches. Waffle fries were cooked perfectly with a nice potato flavor, however they were under seasoned, could have used a little salt. They have cherry coke as one of their soda selections with no extra charge but it's not from a self serve station as many other places are now going to. Very generous with the lettuce and tomato toppings, doesn't come with any sauce in the sandwich but you get to choose 2 sauce packets (original, ranch, Polynesian, etc) to add to your sandwich. Both their original and spicy chicken were moist, tender and crunchy, personally I would have preferred my chicken a little less crunchy, maybe next time I'll try their grilled chicken. This was my very first time at Chick-fil-a. I was very surprised by how "healthy" they are as a popular fast food joint, and for a very reasonable price point (~$7 sandwich). The chicken was tender, non-fatty, and not overly fried (it really did taste like chicken!) and even the vegetables in my burger were probably better than I've had at other fast food restaurants! The sweet tea tastes like a sweetened tea (rather than a sugary iced tea soft drink) and even their waffle fries tasted like potatoes! Overall I can understand why this may be a popular, but I personally enjoy the flavour profile at other chicken shops much better! read more

I really like their drive through service where an actual staff member is by your car taking your order via a tablet. The original chicken sandwich is a piece of fried chicken in between two buns with a few pickles. So highly recommend getting the deluxe chicken sandwich for the usual toppings like lettuce and tomato. The chicken was tender and not dry. Do eat it quickly before the crispiness turns soggy though! Their fries are waffle fries with a lot of potato skin which we enjoyed. My absolute favourite part of the meal though was definitely the soft drink where we got unsweetened ice tea. I was curious about how their milkshakes would taste. They have vanilla, chocolate and cookies and cream. I ordered the cookies and cream one. It only comes in one size and it's around $5. Was it the best milkshake? no but it did taste good. I did expect it to be better but I believe it cause they use soft serve ice cream which probably what makes it a tad underwhelming.
