Nothing much nearby like it, just a small A&W near Spadina and McD's next to that. I ordered the Chick-fil-A® Deluxe Sandwich combo with fries and a drink. In case you don't know the deluxe means they add cheese, tomato and lettuce to the regular sammie, which has pickles only. My first impression opening the pack was that it was smaller than I expected. It seems to me that pics I've seen show the chicken sticking out of the bun and being the star of the show, but mine was underwhelming in size. There's a choice of sauces for dipping which is good, although they come in those little takeout packs that aren't easy to open. That's fine for eating in the car or in a park, but dining in it would be nice served in an open container ready to dip. Fries are the grated ones with holes which is neat! The restaurant is roomy and bright with plenty of seating looking out on Queen West, always fun to people watch at. But if I was to recommend a friend chicken sandwich in Toronto, this would not be anywhere near the top of my list. If you are used to McD's chicken sandwiches, Chick-fil-A is step up with the options and quality, but this is Toronto and we have many other choices so take a pass and head out into the culinary landscape here if this is your favourite lunch meal.

The packaging, the CFA sauce, waffle fries, and the variety of specialty drinks all point to carefully designed branding. If I have CFA and other fast food places side by side, I'd go for CFA for sure even if it's slightly more expensive.

I've been here several times and it's always good southern comfort. The sandwiches themselves are just OK, it's not overly crisp and the flavors are fairly standard. We chose deluxe for the lettuce & tomato slice. The waffle fries are nice, as is the iced tea. You can expect to have a quick meal served straight to your table. It's a reminder of our southern neighbour's friendlier side.

I did a search on my Uber Eats app and found a BOGO deal at Mary Brown's. Perfect! The Big Mary sandwich was BOGO. I also got a large mac and cheese, and a small waffle-cut fry poutine. My app stated that it would take fifteen minutes for my order to be ready. I was good taking my time driving northbound along Woodbine Avenue. I needed to make a left turn. I've been to this area before, with Freshii, Pizza Studio, Big Smoke Burger, and more in this plaza. I had an impatient dealer car behind me who honked while there was oncoming traffic and wanted to bypass me to make a turn. I had never seen that move before. If he wanted to get hit by oncoming traffic, be my guest, but don't do a tailspin into my car. I turned left. He gave in and followed suit. Weird. I parked away from Mary Brown's, as there was a tow truck helping out a car closer to the eatery. I realized walking over that I could have parked closer to the entrance. The cheese curds were stretchy and the real deal. There was lots of gravy, which I love. It was salty, though. Bummer. The waffle fries were yummy. Corner unit…read more While my colleague grabbed some Szechuan Express, I opted to try a grilled chicken sando (away from my usual fried chicken sando pick). Instead of waffle fries, I also opted for some mac n cheese. The mac n cheese noodles were cooked al dente which was surprising tbh. I thought they'd be mushy and overcooked like most fast food places lol. The flavour was on the saltier side though. I think they use really SHARP cheeses for their mac (I recreated some of those social media "hacks" by adding a bunch of random sauce and shaking the container which actually mellowed out some of that saltiness). First time having a grillled chicken sando from Chick Fil-A and it was good! The chicken was juicy. Chick Fil-A doesn't put any sauce in the sandos (opting to just give the customer the sauces they want so they can add whatever they want at their own leisure). I added polynesian sauce, chick fil-a sauce and honey mustard sauce to my burger. Staff were very nice! Would return again.

There is no free WiFi, but you can use the Eaton Centre's free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible (via elevators).
