First, they took the lights out of my pool and hot tub and plastered over the openings. I had to call him and he sent somebody out to fix the problem and reinstall the lights. A month later the light was floating in my pool. It took 2 months to get that fixed. It turns out my waterfall wouldn't work because of how they fixed the leak in my pool. For months Morris said he would fix it and I finally had heard enough and I hired another company to fix it. They had installed the waterfall in the first place. This started in April and its now the end of September. That's how long I waited and the cost of the repair $4,800 and when the pool was drained this time I was shown "turtle shells" where a crappy plaster job was done. I now have to take Morris to court because he won't pay for his screw ups. Less time on TikTok and more time supervising his not trustworthy employees might have helped

We used Delta Pool Renovations to completely refresh our saltwater pool (see before and after…read morepictures). After 18 years, the quartz pool surface was chipping away and marred with severe rust stains. It didn't look inviting at all. The flagstone coping was also looking a bit ragged. Despite annual sealing, some of the flagstone coping was chipping and falling apart. The tile around the border of our pool was faded and the mastic sealant on our decking was peeling away and plants were happily growing in the cracks. Our stone waterfall had white mineral deposits that added to the "aged" look. It was time for drastic action. I consulted with four different pool renovations companies, and Humberto at Delta Pool Renovations immediately stood out for his responsiveness and confidence that he could make things look as good as new. Whereas other companies seemed to offer a piecemeal approach to their logistics, Humberto always treated all aspects of the project as a single package deal. This, along with the glowing praise from others in my neighborhood, was enough to win Delta Pool Renovations the job. After discussing our wants, Humberto put together a written bid and once we had that squared away, we went with Humberto to pick out materials. We ended up putting in new travertine coping, new glass tile for the spa and the pool, and of course, a new pool surface. Humberto's crew even rebuilt our spa spillway into the pool for a more modern look. Once everything was set, Humberto worked out a slot on his schedule and completed the entire job from start to finish in less than 10 days (I was blown away because other companies told me it would take at least 30 days). Humberto let me pay 1/3 up front, 1/3 after the coping was completed, and 1/3 at completion. I really liked the flexibility of these terms. All of the work was done to high standards. Humberto came by multiple times each day to check on progress and, in some cases, had the workers make corrections to keep things to his liking. There were absolutely no surprises in the process and all of the workers were respectful of our property. We selected the StoneScapes Micro Pebble for the pool and spa and love that it is durable and yet relatively smooth and easy on our feet. The new finish is gorgeous and, combined with the new coping, mastic, and bead blasting to remove mineral deposits on the rock wall, the pool really does look brand new. There was one thing that Humberto told me up front he would not be able to do and that is polishing the exposed cut-edge of the travertine coping. The exposed edge is totally fine, but I prefer a honed look so I'm taking up that project on my own. I would have rather just paid Humberto a bit extra to do it but he didn't have any workers with the right type of tools. I am thrilled with the work done by Delta Pool Renovations and strongly recommend you have them give you a bid for your pool remodel.

He returned with two very different concepts for our future pool. Once we settled on a preferred design, he was quick to make modifications along the way. Most people complain about how awful and stressful the pool building process can be, but this was NOT our experience at all. The crews worked on schedule and typically stayed later than expected. The schedule that was presented was strictly followed and any deviations were only due to weather and quickly adjusted for. The budget we had set out was adhered to (except where our eyes and hearts got too big on some materials). Occasionally, we have a little hiccup and Leo is extremely responsive and has a crew member out to our house to fix the matter immediately (no matter how big or small - from a loose tile to a burned out light inside the pool). My husband and I can't say enough good things about this company or Leo. We have recommended Leo and Paragon Pools to several friends and all have been happy. This lesson taught me not to look up Random contractors who has no credentials and their company has fly by the night contractors . He got back with me super quick and answered all the questions I had. First off, most pool companies suggested me to drain my pool and quoted me between $700-900. That's not even the water bill included. Jose didn't go this route as he was extremely confident he can get my pool Crystal clear and swimmable in a few short days. Another pool company said they can shock my pool but will take 2-3 weeks to get pool back to blue. I obviously went with Jose as he was professional, confident and price was very reasonable. I'm glad I hired him because he was good for his word. My pool was blue within a few short days. Also, it rained 3 days out of the 5 days he was working on getting my pool blue. You think the rain stopped him? NO! He showed up even if it was raining to clean my filters out. I mean who does that? Jose does! 100% Jose is a scientist when it comes to pool chemistry unlike the other pool guys who didn't want to mess with the chemistry and drain it instead. Anyone can drain and pressure wash a pool, not all can get a pool from green/black to blue within days. You need an expert and Jose is your guy! Also, Jose is very honest which I really liked. I never owned a pool before so I'm a little dumb when it comes to the logistics. I was told my pool needed resurfacing which I was quoted between 5-10k. Jose also does resurfacing jobs and he was happy to give me a quote. He was honest with me and told me, my pool doesn't need resurfacing right away as it's more of a cosmetic issue. This was a relief for me as I just bought 2 homes and it would be nice to put the resurfacing on the back burner for the summer. After he solved my green pool issue quickly.... I hired him to clean my pool on a weekly basis. He's a gem and I'm super happy I found him. He's a one man show and very passionate about his work. Hire him and you and your pool will forever be happy.
