Jeff and his team are amazing! They resurfaced our pool and it looks better than ever. We decided to replace the tile which was put in about 20 years ago. We thought we wanted the glossy again, however Jeff pointed out that the natural looking tile would actually go better with our flagstone and he was right! Our pool actually looks larger now. We also wanted a true blue water which we did not get when our pool was resurfaced 10 yrs ago by another company. This time we got just what we wanted and could not be happier. There was a weather delay for our pool due to rain, however Jeff and his team kept us in the loop the whole time. I highly recommend Professional Pool Supply! I had been waiting almost a year for my previous pool builder / maintenance company to replace my heater and maintain an issue with the new pressure pump that was leaking (and originally under warranty). I couldn't get them to call me back. I called Professional Pool Supply. Jeff came out within a couple of hours if my call. He gave me a quote, I agreed and he placed the equipment order. Within 24 hours of my initial call, my equipment was replaced by Doug and Paul - equally kind gentlemen, and I am now heating the pool! How hard was that? Couldn't get a call back from the other company and Professional Pool Supply had me up and running within 24 hours! Their tech came out within 2 days following my email request, to evaluate my pool issues and they were able to replace the blower on my Haywood heater. I am writing this review to warn unsuspecting pool owners of this company's level of unprofessionalism. The relationship started beautifully. Our pool was re-plastered, however, due to COVID. the plastering company could not complete our start-up. I began my search for small pool business owners who could complete the task. The pool start-up was terrific, and all was well. I decided to use their services because of the affordable price that I was quoted however you get what you pay for. The communication between the pool tech, the pool owner, and the manager was horrid. They have broken several things, including the wheel on the Polaris and the skimmer basket, and then chlorinated. The different pool techs that rotate thru to complete our cleaning are novices. The techs cover their mistakes with untruths. When I called or emailed management about the pool, I was met with no reply for weeks. We have used this company for less than a year and now will return to cleaning our pool due to their untruths and lack of communication. Please save yourself the headache and continue your search for the next Upstanding pool cleaning and repair company. I have officially renamed this company " UnProfessional Pool Supply & Services" because it's more accurate. read more

Today I met Jeff. When I tell you he went above and beyond to help me with my pool needs is a vast understatement. I needed a new O-Ring for my chlorine pump. Unbeknownst to me it had been spewing water for at least a week. I had been driving around Spring all day the day before going to different supply stores and even looked online with little to no luck. I got to Profession Pool Supply store a little before they were to open. Long story short Jeff let me know the part I had been looking for was under recall. He had the replacement kit and now my pump is back up and running with no problems. I know it seems simple but trust me, due to the circumstance of this transaction (if he ever reads this he will know what I'm talking about) he just secured a customer for a long time! Jeff was very helpful initially upon selling me my Dolphin pool cleaner, but after the sale was made and as soon as it needed repair that's where the helpfulness ended. My machine would sit there for weeks on end and each time I called and talked to one of the repair guys the story changed each time as to what was going on and how long it was going to take. Plus the repairs were not done properly. After many frustrating interactions I took my machine to Texas Pro Team Pool Supply and the difference was night and day. I contacted Professional Pool Supply last Thursday to inquire about and schedule a rep to vacuum my pool with a heavy duty (Hammerhead) vacuum. I spoke to manager and informed him that I'd been treating the pool for about a month and I wanted them to clear the larger debris in the pool from this winter (twigs and leaves). I also noted that I was working to get the pool ready for the following weekend. I was informed that a rep would stop by the following Tuesday to assess the pool and vacuum it with the hammerhead. I called Tuesday afternoon to confirm the appt and check on their status but unfortunately I was told that an error was made and my pool wasn't scheduled however they would add me to the schedule and stop by to assess the pool without the hammerhead vacuum that evening. The hammerhead vacuum service would be executed the following day, Wednesday. I never saw anyone access my yard Tuesday nor did I receive a call about the assessment. I called back Wednesday and was informed that they could not get the pool ready by the weekend because of its current state. I've consistently asked for just a heavy duty vacuum service, not because it was a necessity but because it would speed up the cleaning for me and I wanted to develop a new relationship with a local pool supply because I'm new to the area (new homeowner). Needless to say I vacuumed the pool with a regular vac which took me 4 1/2 hours last night whereas they could've done that job in less than an hour. I could've gotten another company to do the job 3 days ago but these guys have a storefront and I planned on purchasing my supplies from them as well... very disappointed. read more

We went here for a water analysis to help us solve a green water problem with brand new water introduced into a brand new pool and was told it was most likely algae, when we are certain it's probably metals contamination since there has not been any time for algae to form yet. However, we were dismissed by a young kid at the counter like we didn't know what we are taking about, but who was obviously at the end of his shift ready to leave instead of listen to a potentially new customer who would be a good revenue source. Recently bought a house with a pool. Knew very little about the pool. So, three days after closing on my house, my pool pump was messed up which caused my pool to turn green fairly quickly with all the rain we have had here lately. Went into Professional Pool Supply over the weekend (about 10 trips total) and the guys in there were very friendly and very helpful. They coached me through everything and were not condescending like some of the other pool companies I have been to. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are very competent and very knowledgeable about things that are not even in front of them to look at. If you have not visited this store, go by and say hi. I bought this house as a foreclosure. It has a massive pool and hot tub but the pool is in sad shape and the equipment was "fair". Since my last visit in the store (that's around the corner) I decided to have them quote me a new heater and installation. Well let me just tell you - I LOVE these guys. The price was great, the install was more than I could possibly imagine. They did such a wonderful job installing my new heater and new timers that I can't wait to have them do more work.
